The Sri Lanka High Commission has issued the following response to the latest video evidence:

“Your latest attempt to denigrate Sri Lanka is a continuation of your pernicious campaign that has already been exposed in the book Corrupted Journalism Channel 4 and Sri Lanka.
Your allegations are such unmitigated and unsubstantiated rubbish that you make even gutter journalism appear to be Pulitzer Prize-winning professionalism.
What makes your journalism doubly dubious and obnoxiously unbalanced is that you expect us to comment on footage which, in fairness, we have not even been given the opportunity of seeing or hearing.
It is a pity that your continuing propagandist vendetta against Sri Lanka only continues to undermine the process of reconciliation and healing that we have undertaken after a near three-decade long terrorist war.
It is certainly not going to help those in Sri Lanka you pretend you are helping but who only wish to live in peace without external meddling and posturing. Your crude journalism exposes both Callum and your calumny”. Sri Lanka High Commission, 7 March 2014

How about a reply to the following statement by Tamil bastards of Sri Lanka ?
“”We believe that tangible progress on accountability and genuine reconciliation are necessary ingredients to the achievement of a peaceful, united Sri Lanka. To this end, it is paramount that the truth should be ascertained, an acceptable political solution evolved and swift action taken to terminate and reverse the harmful trajectory on which the government has set the country”
These bastards think the “harmful trajectory ” started by killing ( or genocide as they call) of LTTE murderers.
By supporting mass murder , these bastards ( namely Viggi and TNA) have become murder supporters thus deserving death penalty.

The latest BS video shows COLOMBIAN (a Latin American country) soldiers, NOT SL soldiers.
Our soldiers don’t have that type of GUN and they don’t wear that hat.
Our soldiers are not so fair skinned either.

“The UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) has called for independent investigations into drone strikes in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and elsewhere.
In a 21-page report, the UNHRC demanded the investigations after drone strikes around the world, mostly carried out by the US, led to civilian deaths, The Guardian reported on Monday.
In the report, the UN special rapporteur on human rights and counter-terrorism, Ben Emmerson, said the US drone strikes in Afghanistan and Yemen increased in 2013.”

“Youth against Settlements, an organization based in the occupied West Bank city of Hebron, made a presentation at the 25th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in Geneva last Friday. The presentation was made by Issa Amro, a well-known human rights defender from Hebron who was invited to share his experience of how Israel targets Palestinian human rights defenders in an effort to thwart their work.
Amro began his speech by acknowledging and thanking the social engagement of civil society in Palestine and throughout the world that aims to confirm UN resolutions and international law as the foundation for solving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He continued by describing the politics of social and political discrimination, exclusion and deportation of the 229,000 Palestinian residents of Hebron due to the Israeli occupation and the presence of some 800 Israeli settlers in the heart of the city.
Amro continued by requesting the United Nations to stand by Palestinian human rights defenders, highlighting Israeli attacks against them. He added that the UN must apply sanctions should Israel continue to target human rights defenders, and that global civil society should continue its pressure on Israel to end the occupation. Specifically, Amro called on the UNHRC to utilize its specialized knowledge of the human rights situation in Palestine to promote international law and an end to Israel’s occupation.
Moreover, Amro highlighted how some countries serve to maintain the Israeli occupation at the expense of the Palestinian human rights, for example the United States, Canada and some European countries that unfailingly defend Israel and its policies.
In conclusion, Amro requested a reactivation of the UN’s Independent Fact-Finding Mission on Israeli Settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.”

We viewed this idiotic video. The Army folk in it are NOT Sri Lankans ! Those in the film are fairer skinned, and the film has been DUBBED with Sinhala words and merry making, together with blurred figures in suggestive poses.
