The TNA MPs began life in 2001 ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ as slaves of the Terrorist Prabhakaran.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ They did not have to think, but do what the terrorist Thamilchelvam and Prabhakaran asked them to do.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ As a result they are today a set ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ morons unable to think ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ for themselves withoutƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ having to consult others to tell them what they should do.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is a shame to have them in Parliament as representatives of people as in reality they represent no one, not even themselves.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ What can they doƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ in a National Forum like the Parliament where they have to plan things for the people andƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ the country.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ They are unable to do that, andƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ do only things they have learnt from their evil masters the terrorist.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ TNA MPs cannot speak about unity , because their masters the terrorists stood for division.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ TNA MPs cannot speak about development, because their masters the terrorist stood for ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ regression. TNA MPs cannot work to take the country and its people forward, because their masters the terrorists stood for taking the people and the country backward.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Therefore, why bother about asking TNA MPs about the 13 Amendment , as they know next to nothing about it and their masters the terrorists having been eliminated they seek those who helped their masters to take orders and understand about the 13 Amendment.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The PresidentƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Mahinda Rajapakse instead of asking these ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ set of dummies the TNA MPsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ their views on the abolition of the 13Amendment, should take his own decision as the executive President, and face the consequences without a 13 Amendment the best way possible, facing any problemsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ as and when ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ they arise.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ If not we will remain for years encumbered with the ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 13Amendment which we do not want, ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ and which will cause more problems as time goes on.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 13A is something which could have been nipped in the bud ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ which ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ now requires an axe, and more.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ What have the TNA MPs done ever since the elimination of terrorism ? They have been running about from India to South Africa, from South Africa to Canada, Canada to UK, and from UK back to India asking them to help them set up a separate Eelam State.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Sampanthan speaking to the Foreign Press had said the Tamil people will not return to violence.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Then he sayƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ but who knows. He says that they did not create LTTE .ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Of course it was the LTTE that created TNA.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The TNA MPs cannot speak in one voice.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ They are divided and Sampanthan cannot profess to speak for the rest of the TNA MPs.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ TNA MPs can speak only aboutƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ devolution of power, an undefined ethnic issue, undiluted 13Amendment, police and land power to PCs. Other than that they know nothing about the Communal Unity, peoples desire for peace , inter communal relations, etc.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ What have the TNA MPs really done since they were organised in to a political party ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ by the terrorists to be their spokesmen in the Parliament and forced the Tamil people in the North and East to vote for them at the 2001 election ? They have done nothing progressive or positive other than carrying the torch of terrorism in to the Parliamentary politics, and carrying a negative image of Sri Lanka asƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ violating the rights of the minorities in to the outside world.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ They have not organised any new projectƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ for the Tamil people , but has laid barriers to the Government in its work for the betterment of the Tamil people.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Today a serious matter with regard to the interference of India into Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s internal affairs is to be discussed and the necessity to remove theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ 13 Amendment, whichƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ remains a scar in the Constitution of Sri LankaƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ subjugating Sri LankaƒÆ’‚¢ƒ¢-¡‚¬ƒ¢-¾‚¢s sovereigntyƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ to India, is demanded by the people, and the MPs of the TNA instead of being with the government to discuss the matter is out in India discussing the subject with India.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ TNA MPs who were the spokesmen for the terrorists in the Parliament then , are today the spokesmen for India in the Parliament of Sri Lanka.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It is time that a Supreme court Judgment is requested through legal means to disband TNA as a political party, as it is openly in breach of the Constitution of Sri Lanka. If the President does not ignore them and go ahead with the removal of the 13AƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ from the Constitution in the interest of the country and the reconciliation of the Communities, it would be subjugating ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Presidential authority to whims and fancies of trouble shooters, and nincompoops.

We all know TNA = LTTE.
But what is the govt. doing about it? NOTHING!
Govt. could have put the 13 amendment to a referendum for people to decide WITHOUT depending on TNA. Why not doing it?
Govt. has 2/3 majority. Why not scrapping 13 amendment?
The problem is NOT with TNA but with the govt.
e.g. If I get diarrhea, the problem is not with the bacteria that caused it. Those TNA bacteria will ALWAYS cause it. The problem is with ME for not curing it.

Let me put it BLUNTLY: Holding NPC elections and devolving power to the Provincial Councils will lead to an UPRISING AGAINST the Government and its TOPPLING in Sri Lanka by Patriotic Forces OPPOSED to Devolution of Power to UNREPENTANT SEPARATISTS.
The current UPFA Government was returned to Power in the last General Elections in a LANDSLIDE VICTORY because it REUNIFIED Sri Lanka and SECURED the safety of its ALL of its citizens. The UPFA Government CONTINUES to enjoy that support even today based on that ACCOMPLISHMENT, and the VISION of transforming Sri Lanka into the New Wonder of Asia as ably articulated by President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
However, that LOYALTY is given to by PATRIOTS only to PATRIOTIC LEADERS who continue to Defend and Protect the Nation … not to those who fail to do so because they fear PERSONAL CONSEQUENCES and DODGE their DUTY to PROTECT.
Ultimately, it is NOT THE SURVIVAL of the LEADERS that is at stake here; it is the SURVIVAL of the NATION and its PEOPLE.
The GOSL should HEED THE WARNING in the Cries of the Patriots: that if it Devolves Power to SEPARATISTS, it will FALL from Power just as RAPIDLY as it ROSE to Power on the Adulation of the Vast Majority of citizens of Sri Lanka.
There is NO ISSUE of GREATER IMPORTANCE to Sri Lanka’s SURVIVAL than REPEALING the 13th Amendment and DISSOLVING the Provincial Councils, PERMANENTLY RIDDING Sri Lanka of this FOREIGN IMPOSED BALL & CHAIN that threatens to sow Civil Discord and Communal Divisions in Perpetuity!
Instead of DISINTEGRATING the Country into a Patchwork Quilt of Racist Apartheid Fiefdoms, INTEGRATE the country into ONE Indivisible Nation, of ONE Inseparable People, sharing ONE Indomitable Destiny, based on EQUAL RIGHTS for ALL of Sri Lanka’s people, under ONE system of National Laws, irrespective of Communal Considerations!

He should RESIGN NOW without delay …. he does not belong in a PATRIOTIC Government committed to defending the Nation. Perhaps the Tiger Nominated Agents (TNA) can offer him a Portfolio in their Northern Provincial Council Eelam after the PC elections!

Sri Lanka Minister ready to resign to safeguard provincial councils

June 14, Colombo: Sri Lanka Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Rajitha Senaratne said that he was ready to sacrifice his cabinet portfolio to stop further reducing the powers devolved to the provinces through the 13th Amendment to the Constitution.
Addressing a press briefing held in Colombo today, the Minister said that he would not change his position on the 13th Amendment.
He further said that the government would be defeated before the international forces unless it fails to stop the moves to further curtail the powers of the provincial councils.
The Minister also rejected the proposals for a referendum on the 13th Amendment to the Constitution.
The Cabinet of ministers yesterday decided to ask the government to appoint a parliamentary select committee to study the issues regarding the amendment of the 13th Amendment since there was opposition from some cabinet ministers to diluting powers vested to PCs in the 13th Amendment.
Constituent parties of the ruling alliance had expressed divergent views on the changes to the 13th Amendment but all were in agreement that the 13the Amendment which was formulated by India and trusted on Sri Lanka should be changed to fit to current situation after the end of the war.
