අර්ජුන් මහේන්ද්රන් යළි මුදල් අමාත්යංශයට?

බැදුම්කර සිද්ධියට චෝදනා එල්ලවී සිටින මහ බැංකුවේ හිටපු අධිපති අර්ජුන් මහේන්ද්රන් මහතා යළි මුදල් අමාත්‍යංශයේ මහ බැංකු උපදේශකවරයෙක් ලෙස කටයුතු කරමින් සිටියි.අර්ජුන් මහේන්ද්රන් මහතා මුදල් අමාත්‍යංශයේ රැස්වීම් වලට පවා එහි උපදේශක වරයෙක් ලෙස සම්බන්ධ වී ඇති බව පෙන්වා දෙමින් දුෂණ විරෝධධි පෙරමුණ විසින් අද (23) ජනාධිපති මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මහතා වෙත ලිපියක් යොමු කළේය.

ගරු ජනාධිපතිතුමනි,
මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශයේ උපදේශක ලෙස අර්ජුන් මහේන්ද්රන් මහතා කටයුතු කිරීම
බැදුම්කර වංචාව පිළීබද විමර්ශනය කිරීම සදහා විශේෂ ජනාධිපති කොමිෂන් සභාපත් පත් කිරීමට ඔබතුමන් ගත් පියවර පිළිබද දුෂණ විරෝධී පෙරමුණේ ස්තුතිය පිරිනමමි.
කෙසේ නමුත්, ප්‍රශ්නකාරී බැදුම්කර සිද්ධියට චෝදනා එල්ලවී සිටින මහ බැංකුවේ හිටපු අධිපති අර්ජුන් මහේන්ද්රන් මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශයේ මහ බැංකු උපදේශක ලෙස මේ වන විට කටයුතු කරමින් සිටී.
මුදල් අමාත්‍යවරයා විසින් සතියේ අගහරුවාදා සහ බ්‍රහස්පතින්දා දිනවල මහ බැංකුවේ වත්මන් අධිපති ඉන්ද්‍රජිත් කුමාරස්වාමි, ආර්.පාස්කරලිංගම් සහ අමාත්‍යාංශ ලේකම් ආචාර්ය ආර්.එච්.එස්. සමරතුංග සමග සවස 5 ට පවත්වනු ලබන රැස්වීමට මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශය නියෝජනය කරමින් අර්ජුන් මහෙන්ද්‍රන් සහභාගි වී ඇත. කුමාරස්වාමි මහතා මහ බැංකු අධිපතිවරයා වශයෙන් පත් වූ පසුව මුලින් මෙම රැස්වීම සදුදා සහ බ්‍රහස්පතින්දා සවස 5 ට ජූලි, අගෝස්තු සහ සැප්තෑම්බර් මාස වල දී පවත්වනු ලැබීය. ඉන් පසුව, මෙම රැස්වීම අගහරුවාදා සහ බ්‍රහස්පතින්දා සවස 5 ට සිරිතක් ලෙස මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශයේ දී පැවැත්වේ.
අවසන් වශයෙන් මෙම රැස්වීම පැවැත්වුයේ 2017 ජනවාරි 6 දින පෙ.ව. 11 ට මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශයේ දී ය.
ඉහත රැස්වීමේ දී සිරිතක් ලෙස අර්ජුන් මහේන්ද්රන් වත්මන් බැංකු අධිපති කුමාරස්වාමි මහතා වෙත ශ්‍රී ලංකා මුල්‍ය මණ්ඩලය විසින් ගත යුතු තීන්දු සහ තීරණ සම්බන්ධයෙන් උපදෙස් ලබාදීම සිදු කර ඇත. මෙය ශ්‍රී ලංකා බැංකු පනතේ විධිවිධාන උල්ලංඝනය කිරීමක් වේ.
අල්ලස, දුෂණය වංචාව මැඩලීම සදහා වත්මන් යහපාලන රජයේ කැපවීම වචනයෙන් නොව ක්‍රියාවෙන් ඔප්පු කළ යුතු කාලය දැන් එළැඹ ඇතැයි අප සිතමු.
ගරු ජනාධිපතිතුමනි,
තවමත් මුල්‍ය මණ්ඩලයට උපදෙස් දෙන්නේ ප්‍රශ්ණ්ගත හිටපු අධිපති අර්ජුන් මහේන්ද්රන් මහතා නම්, ඔබ විසින් පත් කරනු ලබන ජනාධිපති කොමිෂන් සභාව තවත් එක් කාලය කා දැමීමේ උපක්‍රමයක් ලෙස ජනතාවට තේරුම් ගනු ඇත්තේය.
එබැවින්, මහ බැංකුවේ හිටපු අධිපති අර්ජුන් මහේන්ද්රන් මහතා මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශයේ උපදේශක ලෙස මහා භාණ්ඩාගාරය සමග කටයුතු කිරීම නවතා දැමීම කෙරෙහි ඔබගේ කාරුණික අවධානය යොමු කරමි.

However much we tell thus PANA-NATH JANA-PATHI that his PARA-GATHI AGA-MATHI robbed the CENTRAL BANK in broad daylight, he us allowing that FOREIGN THIEF to cover his tracks, further CONNIVE in stealing national funds, and to draw a pay at the STATE’S expense!
Meanwhile, Wimal Weerawansa is arrested and remanded PENDING investigation of his alleged misuse of govt vehicles!
Why is Arjun Mahendran, at the least, not treated in the SANE WAY as Wimal?
Why is the man who LOOTED the CENTRAL BANK of a sum of money that is SO LARGE that affects the ability if the bation to service the National Debt STILL not only free, but is employed as a TRUSTED ADVISOR to the PARA-GATHI AGA-MATHS? ?
Why is Arjun Mahendran, and his sidekick relative Aloysius NOT IN PRISON pending investigation and prosecution?
It is reported that Aloysius is buying large amounts of real estate and businesses with his STOLEN LOOT!
Why has the PANA-NATHI JANA-PATHI Ayooooo Sirisena not ordered their FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS to be IMPOUNDED and their ASSETS HELD IN CUSTODY until they are prosecuted and a determination made by the courts?
Why is the PANA-NATHI JANA-PATHI not discharging his BOUNDED DUTY to protect the ASSETS of the PEOPLE of Sri Lanka?
Are you DEAF and BLIND, or you merely in CAHOOTS with them also?
ACT FIRMLY to PROSECUTE all of these THEIVES, and RECOVER the STOLEN WEALTH of the Sri Lankan People!

Why, and for What Purpose … to further facilitate Foreign Assistance to Separatist EELAMISTS?
I have NO DOUBT this is a PLOT between the PARA-GATHI AGA-MATHI, his PARA-GATHI Foreign MInister Avamangala Samaraweera, and the Tamil EELAMISTS Wigneswaran and the TNA!

Jan 24, Colombo: Following the vision of President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to the public, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will open a Regional Consular Office in Jaffna.
The Consular Office which will be located at the District Secretariat in Jaffna, will be declared open on Thursday 26 January 2017 at 10.30 a.m. by the Foreign Affairs Minister Mangala Samaraweera.
Leader of the Opposition R. Sampanthan, the Governor of the Northern Province Reginald Cooray, Chief Minister of the Northern Province, C.V. Wigneswaran, Minister of Prison Reforms, Rehabilitation, Resettlement and Hindu Religious Affairs D. Swaminathan, Minister of Industry and Commerce Rishad Bathiudeen, and State Minister of Women & Child Affairs Vijayakala Maheshwaran will participate in the event.
The Regional Office will provide a range of consular services to the public that were previously provided only through the Office at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Colombo.
Services provided by the Regional Office will range from attestation of birth, marriage and death certificates as well as educational certificates for their use abroad; extending assistance to family members of Sri Lankans who may be stranded abroad; facilitation of redress and compensation claims of families of migrant workers; and repatriation of human remains from abroad.
