Former Minister and the leader of the All Ceylon Makkal Congress (ACMC) Rishad Bathiudeen has filed a Fundamental Rights petition before the Supreme Court, seeking a court order preventing his arrest by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).

Acting IGP C.D. Wickramaratne, the DIG in charge of the CID, the Director of the CID and the Attorney General have been named as respondents in the FR petition.

In his petition, the former MP states that the CID has commenced an investigation into an alleged incident of transporting voters from Puttalam using buses belonging to the state-owned Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) during the last presidential election.

The former minister claims that the CID is preparing to arrest him in connection with those investigations.

Bathiudeen, in his petition, states that he has no connection to the incident in question and that the CID is maliciously attempting to arrest him over that.

He therefore requests the Supreme Court to issue an order declaring that this is in violation of his fundamental rights and to also issue an interim order preventing his arrest until this petition is heard and a verdict is delivered.

  1. Ancient Sinhalaya Says:

Fastest breeding religion aka religion of violence mussies have multiplied like …. now and want to make Sri Lanka
a mussie country. Mussied turned old Buddhist iran, afganisthan, pakisthan, bangladesh, malaysia and indonesia
to mussie countries within a few hundred of their arrivals in those countries with their baby machine wives. This is
what the menace has done in Sri Lanka thanks to our traitor deshapaluwas who heaped powerful ministerial posts
to mussies to get the mussie votes. Then mussie deshapaluwas in turn promoted even more mass breeding and
we have a massive mussie population in Sri Lanka. Tamils also should take blame for this situation since they
never propped up any government giving the mussies the opportunity to do it and land powerful ministries. What’s
more mussies even improted more breeders from maldives, myanmar, afganisthan, pakisthan and settle them
down as if don’t have enough of the menace already.

The dirty, disgusting, subhuman trick of multiply, multiply and outnumber (murder) natives trick worked in the
olden days since people didn’t have a clue until multiplied enough and turned up on their doorsteps to murder
them. Today, in this connected world people find out what the menace up to and fight back to save their
livelihoods and it is going to end up in bloodbath. Do the mussies care? Of course not, with their religion of
violence the madness won’t see any sense. Prime example is the middle east. If they don’t have enemy outside, they will start killing each other. The dirty, disgusting, subhuman trick was tried recently in Buddhist Myanmar,
after mussies crept over from bangladesh over the years, multiplied, multiplied and when the numbers are high enough started the murder campaign to take over. Unfortunately for the breeders, Myanmar had a patriotic
leader and the mussies fled across the border to where they came from with 100s, 1000s of children coming out
    of ears.

Thanks to anti Sinhalese, anti Buddhist, anti Sri Lanka, minority worshiping, Mother Lanka dismembering, lying,
thieving, murderours (Sinhalese Buddhists only) GooandPee aka UNPatriotic_rats along with its sidekick
jaathidhrohee vermins’ party aka jvp who divide the Sinhalese and make mussies and tamils kingmakers,
Sinhalese race is in grave danger from the fastest breeding religion aka religion of violence followers. Bring in
new laws to limit 2 children to a family before the baby machines destroy Sri Lanka! Sinhalese should not shop in
mussie shops and get sterilised. You shop in their shops crafty lebbes will have even more children!
