The recent cabinet reshuffle shows how bankrupt of our government is. What is the point of reshuffling a pack consisting of some corrupt, uneducated and stupid ministers instead of appointing some new, educated and capable faces and some professionals. It is obvious and sad the president has become a puppet who came to power with so much promise and who pulls the strings. I had so much love and respect for Mahinda during his first term but loosing it fast because because his obsession of promoting Namal Baby at the expense of the welfare of our beloved country. Mahinda’s ambition of making Namal the next president was squashed by the president by announcing his intention of contesting the next presidential election and now Mahinda is going all out to make Namal the next PM.
