Not sure why anyone would wish to speak to an individual of dubious and unprincipled character about patriotism when he himself is not a Citizen of Sri Lanka.
When did KTR obtain a Doctorate? Was it the same Educational Establishment that conferred a Doctorate to our erstwhile Minister of Public Relations?

You are trying to put a twist to the story in Ummagga Jathakaya which I also studied in the school. Guttila taught Musila how to play musical instruments, not the art of war, which SF carried out perfectly well to defeat the terrorists under the leadership of MR. If he learned the art of politics from MR he would not be in the situation he is in.

I do not dispute the fact that SF was a brave soldier despite his personal differences in politics. I have always maintained the same feelings with you that SF enforced the war stratergy planned by GR and supported by MR and every citizen of the country. SF’s firm command with his real army language prevented the forces from taking a step backwards in the front line lead to the forward march untill the gang of terrorists were surrounded in Nanthikadal lagoon. We must give the devil’s dues. But the similarity with Guttila, Moosila remains unchanged as MR is the Senadhipathi to the Major General.
