One for the Goose & None for the Gander – The Double-Faced Strategy of the West Against Sri Lanka

ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Many a patriot as well as sane writers have published their opinions in LankaWeb on the USA-Western assault on Sri Lanka for destroying terrorism of LTTE Tamil Tigers.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ However, the Americans and the West have decided that Sri Lanka which is placed in the strategic maritime lanes between the West and East, should be the “whipping-boy”, since their old target USSR, Iraq, Osama bin Laden, Libya are no more.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ It was pointed out that -;
Example One: The bullet-ridden body of the son of LTTE Terrorist Leader Velupillai Prabhakaran was displayed, with wounds of bullet holes, discharged at close range.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ There was no evidence to prove who caused the death of the son.
Nevertheless, it is safe to assume that Prabhakaran himself murdered the son to avoid capture, as he had preached the doctrine of committing suicide, in the event of imminent capture.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ But the murder is conveniently attributed to the Sri Lanka Defence Forces.
In any case, in a theatre of war, solders in defence may shoot to kill the counter-forces.
Since there are no witnesses to prove the actual act, time, date and place, the matter is closed.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Example Two: Afghanistan – March 2012, a soldier or a group of soldiers, enter a village and murder 16 defence-less civilian Afghans, men, women and children in their sleep, in cold blood.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ One soldier surrenders, accepting the total responsibility for this unlawful act of murder, possibly trying to exonerate others.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ US President Obama, and other leaders publicly apologise but decide to remove the soldier to USA for justice, where it is possible, based on grounds of mental health, the soldier may be sentenced to therapeutic treatment, in a comfortable relaxed climate.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ This soldier should be tried in the land where the crime was committed, ie Afghanistan, where he would be tried according to Afghan Law, and most likely afforded Death Penalty.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Question: There have been many atrocities committed by American and NATO Forces in military theatre, in Europe, Middle East, Asia, but should questions be raised by UN on the savagery or the gravity of each act?
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Answer: The two camps, Those who support USA and the West, will always keep their mouth shut, and Those who might oppose may be required to keep their mouth shut, in order to continue the stream of aid and other gratuities to flow. Hence the silence.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ A point to note: David Milliband who lost the Labour leadership race to his sibling brother, is raking in moolah by the million, to fund his campaign for the next run. He is now gathering momentum with his commercial supporters, riding in Rolls Royces (very unlikely Socialist style), and salivating the Tamil electorates.ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ For the enterprising Tamil entrepreneurs, LTTE is a “Lunch Ticket” to print money. It is a Win-Win situation for both.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ So the patriots in Sri Lanka should worry more on the distribution of the land-mass in the Island, to ensure there are no more massive Tamil ghettos to cultivate chillie, onions and Terrorism in any region or urban area, and the land is distributed andƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ occupied in the same ethnic proportions.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The less fortunate Sinhala should receive financial aid from the Central and Regional governments for settlement, with adequate engineering and security support from the military.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Making “What is Good for the Goose is also Good for the Gander!”

Let us se who is behind this resolution.
The resolution is brought in by the Us supported by UK and Norway etc. Its is a shame the Conservatives have capitulated to Indians. How much will th Pound be if not for the Indians and Indian colonial parasitism?
Finally India has come out saying it will support the resolution if it meets what India wants.
I am sure it was drafted by Indians either in the US or the UNHCR or India.

It is time to reverse the ethnic cleansing campaign carried out by the Tamil Racist groups through their agents the Tigers and also, even before that through the thesavalam law etc. The minimum the govt can do is to colonise land in ethnic proportions wherever the government has undertaken development with tax payers money, whether in the North, South, East or West. SriLanka must not trust India as it has always blocked SriLanka’s progress, as it is jealous SriLanka would end up as another Singapore economically. When the Asean was formed SriLanka was invited to join, it was India that protested vehemently and stopped SriLanka from joining. Now that India is in the pocket of USA, it could even act as a proxy for USA in our neighbourhood and SriLanka need to strengthen relationships with genuine friends.

Prof, in this particular case, does the ‘Gander not only gets none’, but gets cooked, tandoori style ? !! We presume that the ‘Hivalas’ are waiting for ‘Tandooried gander’ ?.
Let us wait and see – ‘D-Day’ at the UNHRC is 23rd March.
India’s motto says “Satyameva Jayate” (Truth alone Triumphs). We trust that Truth alone Triumphs, always. We hope this comes true for Sri Lanka.
