The attack on a Buddhist monk in South India carried out by the pro-LTTE thugs must be condemned by the Government of Sri Lanka publicly and the issue must be taken up wit the Government of India soonest.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ The attack is not an isolated incident but a part of the plan of Indian terrorist supporters to voice their protest regardsƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  the defeat of the LTTE by Sri Lanka even though it a purely a domestic issue of Sri Lanka. The LTTE fronts in South India have used
violence on Sri Lankan pilgrims, Sri LankanƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  fishermenƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  and other Sri Lankan groups for sometime. It is obvious that neither theƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Indian national government nor the Tamil Nadu GovernmentƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  are keen to control these thugs for reasons known to themselves.
ƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚ Sri Lanka should condemn such despicable behavior and issue a travel warning toƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  Tamil Nadu so as to discourage Sri Lankans especially to the Sinhalese proceeding to this den ofƒÆ’-¡ƒ”š‚  LTTE thugs.supported by the Tamil Nadu politicians who are relishing in racist
politics.

So far SL has NOT officially condemned these 2 TERRORIST attacks!

    What is going on?

We have a backboneless govt. which is good for them. Otherwise how can they bend backwards so easily?

The attitude of the Government can only be designated by one word: FRUSTRATING. These repeated attacks on Buddhist monks who are the backbone of our history, culture and civilization have gone unchallenged at Geneva. What a wonderful opportunity handed over to the GOSL on a platter to make use of and turn tables on its detractors, and it has been wasted. Were do these Government officials have their brains is now the only riddle left to be solved. Just imagine the contrary happening. Our enemies would have splashed the incidents around the four corners of the globe and vilified us.Hww can we categorize the attitude of the GOSL? Carelessness? negligence? Brainlessness? I am for the last.

Alarming information is given by Mahinda Weerasinghe in the below given article. But the Editors of Daily news and Other English dailies never relay them to the public. It is high time BBS take control of the public owed News papers, such as “Daily News” and “Sunday Observer” from the clutches of Judeo Christen editors. So that ‘bona fide’ information reaches the public?

Many people in the world are not aware that Islam has a unique law, the law of ‘Apostasy’! Which makes an outright mockery of the UN Charter of Human Rights?
    Question:
Does Islam proscribe the death penalty for Muslims who wish embrace another religion?
    Summary answer:
Those who turn their back on Islam are to be executed. This is confirmed by the words and deeds of Muhammad.
The only freedom of belief in Islam is the freedom to become Muslim. ?
Bukhari (52:260) – ”…The Prophet said, ‘If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.’ “
Bukhari (83:37) – ”Allah’s Apostle never killed anyone except in one of the following three situations: and the third situation is blatantly stated (3) a man who fought against Allah and His Apostle and deserted Islam and became an apostate.”
That this law is practiced unseen and covertly.
Bukhari (84:57) – [In the words of] ”Allah’s Apostle, ‘Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.”

So changing the religion is out of question for your son. But would you or your son be tolerant enough to allow his newly married spouse to let her practice what she is used to?
Not on your life, and pray why?
In general, Muslim men are not permitted to marry non-Muslim women. But exceptions are there.
”Do not marry unbelieving women until they believe. A slave woman whose beliefs are better than an unbelieving woman, even though she allures you…. Unbelievers beckon you to the ‘fire’. But Allah beckons by His Grace to the garden of bliss and forgiveness. And He makes His signs clear to mankind, that they may receive admonition” (Qur’an 2:221).
This is agonizing news for us the Buddhists for we are nothing but Buddhists and disgusting idol worshippers.
Why this particular exception to the Buddhist? In fact the prophet informs:
“But Allah beckons by His Grace to the garden of bliss and forgiveness but never forgive a man who marries an idol worshipper.”
No wonder I am an intolerant Buddhist and simply go by the famous Christian edit ‘do on to others as they do unto you.’ For there are no more tolerant Buddhist along the Silk Road for they have been massacred by the followers of the religion of peace. Now in Pakistan they have no more Buddhist to kill so believers of Quran are killing each other I.e. Shia and Sunni.
Hang on, hang on! Have we missed something in all this subtle investigations; indeed we have. For –
Hameed Abdul Karim writes: Shania law champions absolute freedom of conscience and freedom of religion. For example, the Qur’an goes so far as to oblige Muslims to fight on behalf of Jews, Christians and people of other faiths and to protect their churches, synagogues and temples from attack. (Qur’an 22:40). But please don’t confuse the tribal laws that prevail in Saudi Arabia with the Shania. Please observe the other Muslim countries where tribalism doesn’t rule the roost.
NOW MR. Karim, do you include idolatry with other creeds? For that is the worst thing a Muslim knows! In fact when the Bamiyan Buddha was blasted to kingdom come, did any Muslim protest or go to its defense. Did you know that Afghanistan was 100% Buddhist and the only external book included was written in Afghanistan 300 B.C.? It is called ‘The Questions of King Milinda’. It is simply a masterpiece of philosophical deliberation.
