Khalifa of Islam on real Eid of Sacrifice.

The World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama-â„¢at and Fifth Khalifa, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, delivered the Eid Sermon from the Baitul Huda Mosque in Sydney, Australia on 16 October 2013 in front of an audience of more than 2,000 people, whilst millions of other people around the world had the opportunity to watch his address live on MTA International.‚
‚ During his sermon, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad praised the sacrifices of the Prophet Abraham and his family. His Holiness said that true Muslims should learn from their pious examples. He said that the slaughter of animals performed by Muslims on Eid would only prove to be of value if conducted with a pure desire to attain God-â„¢s nearness.
‚ Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad said:
‚ -Allah deems that it is the piety of a person-â„¢s heart that reaches Him -” not the ritual slaughter of an animal… Without righteousness no worship or sacrifice is of any benefit. Thus we should strive to ensure that our Eids are based upon true righteousness.-
‚ At the end of his address Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad expressed greetings of -ËœEid Mubarak-â„¢‚ (-ËœA blessed Eid-â„¢) to all Ahmadi Muslims across the world. He also led a silent prayer in which the members of the Community prayed for those Ahmadi Muslims who are suffering persecution in certain countries.
‚ The Khalifa, normally based in London, has been in Australia since 1st‚ October and his Eid Sermon marked the second time that a Khalifa of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama-â„¢at has delivered the Eid Sermon from Australia.‚ The first occasion occurred when his predecessor, Hazrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad, delivered the Eid Sermon in Sydney in 1989. Wednesday-â„¢s address also marked the first time that Eid in Australia has been broadcast live on MTA International.
‚ Later in the day, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad laid the foundation stone for the Ahmadiyya Muslim Guest House, which will be situated on the premises of the Baitul Huda complex.‚ After laying the foundation stone and offering a silent prayer, His Holiness inspected architectural drawings of the Guest House. ‚

A true Muslim should sacrifice the balance of his sex organ as a true sacrifice to his God and not an innocent animal. This way it will be he who makes the sacrifice and not the hapless and innocent animal. Allah will be truly happy with such an honest sacrifice!
