Restoring LTTE cemeteries is high treason: ITAK members aiming to do it need to be punished!

‚ Media reported on 17 October that the Chavakachcheri Pradeshiya Sabha, controlled by ITAK, has passed a resolution that it wishes to restore the LTTE cemeteries that the armed forces of the legally elected government of the Sovereign Republic of Sri Lanka destroyed during (and after) the campaign that the latter launched to rid the country of the Tamil terrorist curse that plagued the island nation for a near three-decade period. If any individual or group wishes to resurrect the LTTE, or the symbols or monuments in the memory of the blood thirsty gang that killed nearly 100,000 Sri Lankans -” Sinhalas, Moors as well as their own blood brother Tamils -” and waged war against the State of Sri Lanka in the pursuit of a mythical Eelam, the Sri Lankan government should act without dilly dallying and use its legally endowed might to destroy it.
‚ It is too much to expect the ITAK members and its sympathisers to consider themselves as Sri Lankan. The recently concluded NPC provincial council elections have proved beyond any doubt that nearly all the Tamils living in the North are racists and that they do not wish to live in harmony with the rest -” the 75% Sinhalas, 9% Moors and the other non-Tamil ethnic groups. They clearly do not pay any attention to the fact that over 40% of the population of Colombo is Tamils who live comfortably, carrying on with their chosen occupations, facing no hindrance whatsoever from the much-maligned Sinhalas or other ethnic or religious groups.
‚ The Commander of the Army is reported to have said that the Tamils living in the North do not pay heed to the role played by the armed forces or to the fact that the government has carried out extensive development work in the north. It has been reported that billions of dollars -” totalling nearly 80% of the foreign aid and the national budget – have been spent in building the infrastructure that the LTTE destroyed, while the rest of Sri Lanka, especially families such as those in the rural backwoods in the north western Province that sacrificed their youth to save the Tamils in the North, have received a meagre proportion of the budgetary allocation and from the foreign grants and loans received by the country.
‚ The very name ITAK -” Ilankai Tamil Arasu Katchi – refers to a Tamil nation. Sri Lanka can have only one nation, that of the nation of Sri Lanka (or Lanka). It could comprise various ethnic or religious groups -” Sinhalas, Moors, Tamils, Malays, Burghers, Vanniye Aththos or Buddhists, Muslims, Christians, Catholics, or any other groups. The fact that the TNA (Tamil National Alliance) had won the Northern Provincial Council cannot be interpreted to mean that the racist Tamils have got the legal right to strive for a mono-ethnic Eelam in the north or in any other province of the country: it is only a national referendum that decides the destiny of a sovereign nation.
‚ If any Tamil separatists take steps to resurrect the LTTE through the restoration of the cemeteries of the terrorists, the armed forces of Sri Lanka should use their full might and destroy such individuals or groups. If Tamils living in Sri Lanka aspire to have their own independent Tamil nation, all that they have to do is to move for good to ‚ Tamil Nadu – a mere 30 kilometers to the north of Sri Lanka – and establish it there, through any means that they consider as appropriate and with the blessings of Jayalalaitha, Karunanidhi, Vaiko, Sreemaran, et al.
‚ The LTTE waged war against the government of Sri Lanka. That amounts to high treason, and anyone who aspires to continue or resurrect the LTTE aims is guilty of the same crime.

cheat the Tamils in the future.
To built a house a poorman they complaint GOSL ignore Tamils, To Built a Cemetery from where do

thurai is right again. I add : The whole idea is to keep the Caste Wars of the North intact by Tamil leaders from TNA (now ITAK).
Why did the Elections Commissioner allow TNA with illegal Manifesto intact contest NPC under the ITAK ? If the law allowed it to happen, something is wrong with our election laws. This must be amended, even at this late stage or else the error will be repeated to the detriment of Lanka, including the bulk of Tamil folk.
Did the west allow Hitler or the Third Reich commemorative monuments in Germany ? NO. In fact, even the Constitution of Germany, post WWII, was written by Pres. Truman & his team.
P’karan was Sri Lanka’s ‘Hitler’, was he not ? Even Hitler’s reign was shorter than P’karan’s.
Sri Lanka is DONE & FINISHED with Tamil Caste Wars. Anyone who wants to fight Caste Wars will have to take it elsewhere.

In order to stop this process of making genocidal killers into martyrs in order to pave the way for Eelam is to take examples from other cultures and other times.
When the Catholic church fought against the Protestant movement they would incinerate any site created to represent the cause of the Protestant movement. One example is in this war between Catholics and Protestants the Catholics created the era of the inquisition while Queen Elizabeth the first had her Catholic cousin Queen of Scots beheaded on trumped up charges.
No cemetery that contains a grave of a Tamil Tiger should be allowed to stand and the warning should go out well before action is taken. The price is that the entire cemetery is vandalized with this or that grave and should be taken over by the government. The graves of the Tamil Tigers should be dug up and their bodies cremated. Give the Tamils to move their loved ones from that cemetery as it is taken over for the glorification of the Sinhalese Soldiers who died in the war or as a memorial site or even as a place for commercial use.
This is obviously and ongoing war where diplomatic actions are used instead of terrorism. That is a game two can play and like the war Colombo needs to fight to win even if that means Tamil cemeteries are taken over and Tamils are forced to relocate from the north while relocating Sinhalese to take their place. This is an example from China on how she manages internal movements for separation and it works.

As for the international community mainly India, to the US and the UNHRC who will come down on Sri Lanka like a ton of bricks it is also time to take them on with equally strong language that condemns every accusatory sentence they make and use their righteous indignation against them. Proving to them that the actions taken fall within some set rules has to date proven futile so why pursue this path?
Be ready for representatives to come to Sri Lanka to accuse, slander and threaten and in turn accuse, slander and threaten them. As for India who has played such a central role in trying to divide Sri Lanka the more that nation protests the greater the threat that all diplomatic relations with India will be severed and her fishermen will face the death penalty if they cross into Sri Lankan waters and that is just for starters. It is time to put India in her place and make her pay for the role she played in denying Sri Lanka the most lucrative years while she supported a movement to divide Sri Lanka.

Why is the GOSL dragging its feet on banning COMMUNAL & SEPARATIST parties?
Political parties with SEPARATIST labels such as “Eelam” and COMMUNAL labels such as “Tamil”, “Sinhala”, “Muslim” should be BANNED and OUTLAWED!
For example: TNA, ITAK, EPRLF, TELO, PLOTE, TULF, EPDP, SLMC and possibly the JHU should be banned as being either SEPARATIST or COMMUNAL!
Until this is done, and the GOSL POLICY against TREASONOUS SEPARATISM and Discriminatory COMMUNAL practices is CLEARLY SPELLED OUT and ENFORCED under the Law …. we will NEVER BE ABLE to make Sri Lanka TRULY SECURE and UNIFY its people.

KP alleges TNA hardliners trying to cause chaos: Chava PS resolution to rebuild LTTE cemeteries
By Shamindra Ferdinando
October 18, 2013
Velupillai Prabhakaran’s successor, Selvarasa Pathmanathan, aka KP, yesterday said that hardliners in the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) would try to cause new issues to derail the ongoing reconciliation process.
The Kilinochchi-based Pathmanathan was responding to the TNA-run Chavakachcheri Pradeshiya Sabha passing a resolution to request the newly elected Northern Provincial Council to rebuild LTTE cemeteries in districts coming under its purview.
The Illankai Tamil Arasu Kadchi (ITAK) is the dominant constituent in the five-party TNA comprising the EPRLF, the TELO, the PLOTE and the TULF. They contested the first Northern Provincial Council polls on the ITAK ticket.
Pathmanathan alleged that hardliners were making an obvious attempt to provoke the government. The one-time chief LTTE procurer of arms, ammunition and equipment, KP told The Island that ITAK hardliners and those pro-LTTE Diaspora groups would make it extremely difficult for moderates to function. The resolution passed by the Chavakachcheri PS was meant to trigger an angry reaction from the military, Pathmanathan said, urging the government to be extremely cautious. The cemetery issue could be a rallying point for both northerners and easterners, he warned.
Malaysia handed over KP to Sri Lanka in early August 2009, in accordance with an understanding reached between the two countries.
Pathmanathan said: “We have to realise that the pro-LTTE Tamil Diaspora and various other interested parties including the Canadians and the British push Sri Lanka on the human rights front for different reasons. Those wanting to secure political asylum in the West propagate the lie that the post-war Sri Lanka is not safe and people forcibly sent back experienced severe difficulties at the hands of security authorities. Fortunately, the strong stand taken by Australia against illegal immigrants helped to expose those spreading lies.”
KP declined to comment on speculation that Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is likely to skip the Colombo CHOGM . The LTTEer said that he would reserve his comments until New Delhi officially announced its decision.
Pathmanathan said that Western powers had ignored the fact that Tamil speaking children had never been safe until the eradication of the LTTE in May 2009. “They are also silent on the rehabilitation and release of over 11,000 combatants since the conclusion of the war. How many would have perished if the LTTE retained a conventional military capability.”
With the support of Diaspora and well wishers, Pathmanathan now runs three orphanages-two in Mullaitivu and one in Kilinochchi, where three hundred children are accommodated.

Tiger Nominated Agents of the TNA are DESPERATE to get the Army out of the North and East so they can REVIVE their terrorist activities and gun running again.
The ARMY should not budge ONE INCH from the North & East … instead the Army PRESENCE should be increased TENFOLD settling Armed Forces Personnel PERMANENTLY in those areas.
This NATION belongs to the Armed Forces TOO; they have every right to be stationed anywhere necessary to defend it.
They are NOT ALIENS, but citizens of Sri Lanka with and INALIENABLE RIGHT to be ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE in Sri Lanka, pre-textual accusations NOTWITHSTANDING!

Sri Lanka military strongly rejects allegations of sexual violence in North
ColomboPage News Desk, Sri Lanka.
Oct 19, Colombo: The Sri Lanka Military has strongly denied the allegations made by a right group that its troops are responsible for insecurity experienced by the women in the Northern and Eastern Provinces.
Army spokesman Brigadier Ruwan Wanigasooriya speaking to media Friday said there have been repeated attempts to pin incidents of sexual violence on minority women in the North on the troops while in majority of these cases perpetrators are of Tamil ethnicity.
“In a majority of cases, the perpetrators had been close relatives or neighbors of the victim and had been of Tamil ethnicity,” the spokesman told media.
The spokesman vehemently denied a recent report released by the London-based Minority Rights Group (MRG) that the militarization of the north and east from 2009 has contributed to continued insecurity for minority women.
The MRG recently released a report titled “Living with insecurity: Marginalization and sexual violence against women in north and east Sri Lanka”. In its report the group says that Tamil and Muslim women in the North and East of Sri Lanka are increasingly marginalized and face chronic insecurity due to presence of security forces and government actions.
The report alleged the Sri Lankan government of “actively contributing to insecurity and rights violations through the pervasive militarization of the north and east, with negative consequences for the safety and freedom of minority women.”
Brigadier Wanigasooriya said the right groups and other interested parties are repeatedly trying to draw a non-existent correlation between the security forces presence in the North and insecurity of women in the region.
According to the military spokesman a study of incidents of sexual offences occurred in the North between January 2007 and May 2012 had shown that during the conflict period from January 2007 – May 2009, seven security forces personnel were involved in five incidents of sexual violence.
The figures were out of a total of 125 persons accused in 119 incidents reported in the entire Northern Province. The ethnicity of the victims of these cases was 4 Sinhalese and 1 Tamil. In the post conflict period (May 2009 – May 2012) ten Security Forces personnel were reported as being involved in six incidents of sexual violence in the North. This is out of a total of 307 persons accused in 256 incidents for the entire Northern Province. The ethnicity of the victims is 2 Tamil, 1 Muslim and 3 Sinhalese.
Brigadier Wanigasooriya pointed out that the Security Forces personnel were involved only in 11 incidents out of a total of 375 during the whole period from January 2007 to May 2012. As a percentage, the total accused is 5.6 percent in the conflict period and 3.3 percent in the post conflict period clearly showing a decline after the war.
“The decline clearly demonstrates that the allegation that the presence of the security forces in the North contributes to the insecurity of women and girls is a myth”, Brigadier Wanigasooriya was quoted.
he Spokesman further noted that the government has taken legal action in all the cases the Security Forces personnel have been involved and those implicated have been discharged or punished.
He further said that the Sri Lankan military does not condone such actions by its troops against women and any perpetrators will be strictly punished if proven guilty.

TNA is going too far. It’s time to ban this group if not we will face another headache before long. Those LTTE murderers do not like to live a decent life and they are trying to take the innocent Tamils back to those dark days. Our Govt must take quick action to stop these maniacs. We are in a good position now as a country. We should not bow down or give in to threats or afraid of big bullies like India or America. Americans do not have jobs, nor schools,to eat or housing for their own peoples and how can they boss around the world? They were punished by the nature for evil things they do to poor small countries like us. Those who breaks the law should be brought to justice at all cost whether Tamil,Sinhales or Muslims. We cannot afford to have another blood bath at this juncture.
Separatists, Terrorists, drug lords,Sex abusers,Murderers, child traffikers etc must be caught and brought to justice and give them maximum punishment whether they are in the high ranks of the Govt or Opposition. Our peaceful country do not have room for such criminals anymore as we are going forward to become a prosperous nation. Please Mr.President ban TNA for good like other countries do. Take Greece as an example. Our country is for us Sri Lankans not for any other country to give lectures or demand things. Be brave and clean up all evils.

Ancient Tamil kingdoms in Sri Lanka.
Remains of these kingdoms everywhere in the north and east.
Those kings were masters of science. Master builders.
They built their palaces, buildings using materials only Tamil eyes can see.
How clever of them.
To us they were all mythical kingdoms of course.
They don’t have Anuradhapuras, Polonnaruwas. So they don’t have a claim for our country.
You can live. No separate country ever!.
Remember the famine in south india few decades ago. How many people crossed the 16 miles to greener pastures
in our country? Those days no visas, plenty of space. Nobody bothered. Now they want separate country for
themselves while holding on to Colombo as well.
They can live all over the world (after claiming refugee status blaiming the Sri Lankan Government in truth they were fleeing Sri Lankan Hitler prabakaran’s forced conscriptions) proudly declaring I’m French, I’m German etc. But in Sri Lanka which gave them FREE EDUCATION, FREE MEDICINE they are reluctant to say Sri Lankans. Don’t even write name Sri Lanka properly. All of them write Srilanka. That’s how ungrateful this lot are. Only a few hundred years ago Sri Lanka was all Sinhalese. Now we have to let them carve out a separate country.
ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS TRAITORS IS, SETTLING DOWN MORE AND MORE SINHALESE IN THE NORTH AND EAST. EVERY TIME TRAITOR DIASPORA OR TNA (traitors national alliance) MAKE NOISE START A SINHALA VILLAGE IN THE NORTH OR EAST AND SEND A CLEAR SIGNAL AND REMIND THEM SRI LANKA IS SINHALAYAS’ COUNTRY. We don’t have two motherlands, like them and mossies.
We also have to thank the UnPatriotic Party (UNP) for the mess we are in. THEY DIVIDE THE SINHALESE AND MAKE THE MINORITIES KING MAKERS. Thambi J R made the 13th amendment to destroy the country. Still there are a lot of traitor Sinhalese supporting these selfish, unpatriotic lot creating an ideal environment for the tamil and mossie traitors to ruin our country.

That is the absolute truth about this so-called “National” party that has abandoned its patriotic past and has become the haven, refuge and tool of Sri Lanka’s enemies.
Let all misguided Sri Lankans still supporting them, abandon this UNpatriotic Party that everyday is undermining our beloved Motherland!
