   We don’t agree to foolish statement “ඒය කල හැකි ඒකම තැනත්තා හිටපු ජනාධිපතිතුමාවන මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මහතාට පමණි. “, but your intention is pure and our full support is assured.
   We MUST make a hell of a big noise one EVERY WRONG MOVE of the government. There is no point keeping on Mud slinging based on previous (10 years old) actions. Stop that and focus on the future.

   There is no other CIVILIAN with proven track record, who could do it. If My3 has any intention of doing it – if the necessity arises – HE SHOULD NOT give away his executive powers to anybody else.

   Mahinda & Sirisena is o.k. but not their henchmen around them. Most of the Ministers former and new were corrupt. They never wanted to serve people except serve themselves. There are lot who collected vast wealth while they were in power. You cannot point finger to any particular politician and say you are corrupt. They were all corrupt except genuine few. Mahinda truly did something for the people. Stop the blood bath is more than enough while all those traitors before him almost sold the country to terrorists. I think our Sri Lankans do not like the war been stopped.They like to drag the war because they can earn a buck from here and there. The reason I tell you this because most of the Govt servants voted for Maitri this time including war heroes. No Govt has ever done to Forces like the previous but they too was ungrateful to the man who gave them freedom. One policeman said that he like the war,when I asked him why he said those days we got lot of incentives and O.T etc. So that kind of people living in this country.So sad to hear such things but that’s the truth otherwise people will not bring such past traitors to power again.

   When any new Govt comes to power they always wanted to show that they are the best,UNCORRUPTED, decent,Innocent politicians and always finger point to the losers for bad Governance. We know everybody in MY3 group before. Are they good politicians can anyone tell me? Can we trust them after all what they did in the past? Can MY3 handle them? Do you think North is safe without our Forces? I am asking because the people in MY3 ‘s govt is capable doing anything to satisfy their foreign friends same like before. If we trust MY3 is it enough to keep our homeland safe? Mangala,Ravi,Chandrika we know about these characters very well so how can we trust MY3 for doing the right thing while those golubellas are with him? I hope he uses his brain independently and work as a true Sinhala Buddhist to safeguard our Motherland.

   බලවත් සතුරා ඉදිරියේදී සෘජුව සිට ගැනීමට ඒතුමාට ප්රභල බල වේගයක ශක්තිය අැවැසිය.ඒ් ශක්තිය ලබාදිය හැක්කේ කාටද?

   1. He did EVRYTHING in fear of WAR CRIMES nonsense.
   2. FEAR arise because of greed and delusion.
   3. Before the war he paid LTTE .
   4. After the war he paid LTTE ( by means of protecting them)
   5. If he is not scared he wouldn’t have set up LLRC nonsense , he could have done and internal investigation (same as for Fonseka)
   6. Then last moment he set up “war crime” investigation again out of fear. Now what will happen to this investigation headed by Desmond de Silva ?

   “බලවත් සතුරා ඉදිරියේදී සෘජුව සිට ගැනීමට ” he should be honest and upright. But he stole the nation and he can’t do anything now (has given up the president post of SLFP too).

   So his TACK RECORD proves he is a Baya Gulla and cannot stand straight, as he is a cheat.

   We must be compassionate to him, as all these happens because of DELUSION. DOn’t think that this happned because of his greed or hatred. If you think that way , you will get angry.

   Absolute rubbish, despite how many times you repeat it.

   The cowards are the people who said that LTTE cannot be defeated in war, meekly signed useless CFA, tried to establish a de-facto Eelam via ISGA, and continued to ridicule the war effort when the SL forces were gradually winning the war.

   MR stood defiant against the western govts who wanted to save Prabhakaran. You accuse MR of paying LTTE – what about the culprits who facilitated containers full of military equipments, sophisticated communication equipments to be sent to the terrorists?

   You say he was afraid of War Crimes “nonsense”. Sure. What about the local TRAITORS who supported this bogus war crime nonsense concocted and funded by LTTE diaspora? Aren’t these traitors running the SL Govt now?

   I’m not going to take sides here. Mahinda deserves his defeat as he disregarded the majority and served a proven ungrateful minority. But this coupled with other facts cast serious doubts on the validity of Sirisena’s election as president.

   The astronomical increase in the number of persons polled in the districts of Jaffna, Vanni, Batticaloa, Nuwara Eliya, Trincomalee and Digamadulla against 2010 indicates a large number of voters from these districts voted twice. Thanks to the efficient road network today it is possible for a person to vote in both Colombo and Jaffna districts. And in Vanni, Batticaloa, Nuwara Eliya, Trincomalee and Digamadulla districts too with ease. Each of these districts show an increase of 20% in polling compared to 2010 which is only 14% for other districts. It was unthinkable in the past!

   As a side note, it is really unfortunate Mahinda’s excellent road network defeated him, literally.

   As Sirisena won by only 155,436 additional votes (not the lead by the excess over 50%), it is possible to successfully challenge his election based on voter fraud in the districts of Jaffna, Vanni, Batticaloa, Nuwara Eliya, Trincomalee and Digamadulla.

   Those who support Mahinda and wish to see a ‘safe Sri Lanka’ (as they claim) must take up this challenge instead of verbally defending the former president. In my view, there is substantial merit in such a legal challenge. The current setting of the Supreme Court is also beneficial. If successful, the outcome will not be Mahinda getting elected as president. Instead the outcome will be a situation as if there was no election.

   Wickrama you are damn correct.I agree with you in everything. Corruption was there as we all know and many of the writers in this web wrote about it. Unfortunately no one listen to it. Shenali and many leading writers wrote pages and pages about corruption in the previous Govt and they thought Mahinda will do something about it but unfortunately nothing happened and that reason alone blamed for his downfall.

   People have forgotten how those traitors who Governed in the past behave and how they openly gave Arms and Ammunition including money to the enemy to kill our own people? They forgot how they asked our war heroes to stay indoors while the enemy roam freely around the country? Our ungrateful Sinhalese forgot everything in 4 years and I am sure they will suffer for that in the future. The question here is not supporting Mahinda or Sirisena but about the Sinhala race who were ungrateful to the man who saved them from blood bath we had for thirty years. Sirisena maybe good but his comrades in his Govt as we all know were corrupted as some in the previous Govt. So nothing new will come up from this lot.Already they act like GESTAPO the Hitlers most feared unit during the world war two in Germany. Now also our politicians do the same way barging into houses,offices etc and search,harass and arrest innocent people. They should not take the law in to their hands and make enemies among the Sinhalese. This is not Yahapalanaya but Paliganna Palanaya.

   We have still time let’s just sit & watch what they are upto a Yahapalanaya or Jarapalanaya same like before. Our politicians not the only corrupted ones but world over we have seen and heard about big time corruption by these thieves so instead of shouting and fighting among our own Sinhalese about the corruption we must try to find out the truth and if anyone found guilty punish them as per the law without political interference. Today we see everybody want’s to take revenge from one man and his family. All want to grab a piece from his soul for his past mistakes. They Govern in anger. We hear angry words all the time in the news or in the TV. I don’t see any Yahapalanaya in their Governance. These people haven’t done anything up to now except roaming around the country and searching and harassing the opposition and also taking back all the corrupt Frogs from the Opposite side and keeping them to get the majority vote in the Parliament. Let’s see how Sirisena control his dirty corrupt traitors who sold our country to the enemy five years ago.

    Show me one article written by Shenali about the corruption of the Rajapakse administration. You will find none apart from fleeting reference to “allegations”.Shenali was very good at burying her head in the sand when it came to the misdemeanors of the Rajapakse regime.

    Dailymirror has a 10 minute video of Mervin Silva blaming GR and BR for HORRENDOUS crimes.

    Didn’t we tell the govt. to get rid of Mervin? Now he too has turned against MR.

    At the start of the election campaign I wrote a Sinhala Buddhist song sung by a Tamil Nadu singer. I repeat it today.

    “sinawen ho kathawen be maninnata minisaa”.

    In that it says, when the time comes to repay the sins, the man will not find comfort even in his own shadow. This is what has happened to BR. I don’t think Mervin’s allegations against GR are correct.

    My concern is the intelligent of the journos and their readership. For hundred thousand (ten million) US$; I am sure you could by five personal jets. Pilot training planes are not that expensive and you don’t start jets.

    “sinawen ho kathawen be maninnata minisaa”. – indeed. There is one Sutta ( I remember in Anguttara Nikaya) which explains how people can be judged, based on different qualities. Most of the what Buddha says is it takes a long time after associating with them. Also in most cases you need “Panna” ( wisdom), according to the Sutta. In this case Maa-Hindaa had 20-30 years to know Mervyn. He couldn’t or He didn’t find out who this idiot it. Whilst even a child would condemn him Maa-Hindaa chose to take him with him when going abroad even.

    Yes.

    But LEAVE GR OUT. If you punish GR the patriots who worked with him in national security also get framed.

    I don’t know why traitors are born human. They used to be reborn as Malaria mosquitoes in historical times! Some glitch somewhere. In those cases some human intervention is needed to save the country. So lets leave GR and other patriots who DID THE NEEDFUL TO SAVE SL out of this.

    GR has nothing to do with those cases, including the 13 day bride’s husband’s death.

    BR – oh yes! BR must be brought to SL and punished. INTERPOL assistance may be required.
