ජේ ආර් 13 ව්‍යවස්ථාව ගෙන එනතුරු මේ රට ”’ පිවිතුරු”” ඒකීය රාජ්ජයක් විය. පිවිතුරු හෙටක් ගැන කතාකරන ය මේ බව දනිති එහෙත් දැන් කතා නොකරති ,13 ට පෙර මුළු රටම පාලනය වුයේ ත් රටට නීති අනපනත් සම්පාදනය වුයේත් එකම ආන්ඩු වකිනි, එකම තැනිනි 13න් පසුව මහරජයේ බලතල හා පළාත් ආණ්ඩු බලතල යනුවෙන් දෙකට බෙදුනේය ඒ මදිවාට මහා ආණ්ඩුවටත් පළාත් ආණ්ඩුවටත් දෙකටම ඇති බලතල ලැයිස්තුවක්ද –සමගාමී — ඇතිවිය .
මහරජයෙන් සමහර බලතල ඉවත් කල වහාම පිවිතුරු ඒකීය තත්වය නැතිවිය ,. රජය සතු අයිතිවාසිකම් බෙදීගියවිට ඒකීය බවක් නැත . ඒකීය බව රක ගෙන 13 ක්‍රියාත්මක කල නොහැක ඒකීය බව රකින්න නම් 13 අහෝසි කල යුතය පළාත් 9 යේ නීති නවයක් ඇත්‍ නම් රටේ ඒකීය බවක් කොහෙන්ද පොලිස් හා ඉඩම් වැනි මහා භයානක බලතල නොව වෙනත් බලතල නීති වුවද රටේ හැමතැනම එකම විය යුතු ය බෙදුම්වාදී විනිසුරන් බලයට පත්වුදාට 13 ගැන භයානක තීරණ දෙනු ඇත . රනිල් වැනි චන්ද්‍රිකා වැනියවුන් එබඳු තත්වයක් ඇතිකර තම තීරණ නීත්යානුකුලයය් කියනු ඇත . මොහාන් පීරිස් ඉවත් කිරීමත් ශිරානි පත් කිරීමත් නිත්‍යානුකුලව සිදුකර නතය් සරත් සිල්වාත් කියය් සරත් වරක් රනිල් ගේ උපදේශකයෙකි නීති තර්ක විශ්වා ස කල නොහැක.
පළාත් ආණ්ඩුවට පොලිස් බලතල දිය යුතු බවට 13 ඇත . නොදෙන්නේ ජනපති බලතල උඩය . විධායක ජනපති නැතිවුවිට හා රනිල් තීරණ දෙන්නා වුවිට කුමක් වේද අගවිනිසුරෙක් –ශිරානි වැනි —- බෙදුම්වාදීයෙක් වුවහොත් ජනපති හිටියත් තත්වය භයානකය . ශිරානි හා දිවිනගුම මතකද . ඉඩම් බලතල දුන්නොත් නම් මාසයක් තුල උතුරේත් නැගෙන හිරත් ඉඩම් සියල්ල දෙමලුත් මරක්කලයොත් බෙදා ගෙන ඉවරකරන බව සිකුරුය ආ යෙත්නම් ඒ පලාත්වල බිම අ ගලක් වත් සිංහලුන්ට ලබාගැනීමට ඉතිරි නොකරනු ඇත 1915 දී මරක්කලයෝ බොදු පෙරහරට තහංචි දැම්මේ පො ලි ස් පනත යටතේ ”” සාමය කඩවීම වැළැක්වීම ….”’ යනුවෙන් අර්ථකථනය කර මිනි 13 න සිදුවන්නේ මීට වඩා භයානක තත් . වයක්ය ධීගවාපිය බුල්ඩෝසර් කිරීම නැවැත්වීමට හැකිවුයේ ජනපති බලතල තිබු නිසාය 13 ක්‍රියාත්මක කලොත් සිංහල ජාතියම බුල්ඩෝසර් කලත් වැලක් විය නොහැක
2013 දී රතන හාමුදුරුවොත් චම්පිකත් සම්මන්ත්‍රණ පවත්වා කතා කලේ 13 භයානක කම ගැනය . එහෙත් දැන් කතා නැත්තේ අපට පිවිතුරු හෙටක් උදා නොවන බව සහතික නිසාද මයිත්රීත් ඇදගෙන රතන හිමියනි වහාම රනිල් ගෙන් ඉවත් වන්න ජාතිකවාදීන් සමග නැවත එක පෙරමුණකට එන්න 13 යනු ෆෙඩරල් ක්‍රමයකි ව්‍යවස්ථාදායක බලය බෙදීමකි .

ඔය කියපු දෙන්නා හැරෙන්නට තව බොහෝ සුදුසු දෙනෙක් සිටිති. සමහර උඇන්පී කාරයෝත් නරක නැත.
ජාතිකවාදය අනිත් සියලුම වාද වලට වඩා සූක්‍ෂම ලෙස ක්‍රියාත්මක කළ යුතුය. ඊට හේතුව එය හා ජාතිවාදය වෙන්වන්නේ ඉතාම සුලු, එහෙත් බලවත් රේඛාවකින් වීමයි.
එහෙත් සියයට 99 ක් දේශපාලුවෝ “ජාතිකවාදය” නලලේ ගසාගෙන, පොකැට්වාදය ක්‍රියත්මක කරති.
පොකැට්වාදය ඊලාම් වාදියාටත් වඩා දරුනුය. මොකද පොකැට්වාදියා ලජ්ජා නැති, උඩින් හොඳ මූනක් මවාපාගෙන ඉන්නා, ඕනෑම වාදයකට යටින් හීන්සැරේ යටත් වන්නෙකු වීමයි.
චන් ද්‍රිකාගේ ඉන්ටර්විව් එකෙන් පෙනුනේ මයිත්‍රී ඇය ගනන් නොගන්නා බවයි. මයිත්‍රී දුර්වලයකු නොවේ. මගේ හැඟීමේ හැටියට, ශ්‍රි ල ප ය පොකැට්වාදියන් ගෙන් සුද්ද කොට මතුවට ආන් ඩුවක් හැදීමට මයිත්‍රී ක්‍රියාකරනු ඇත.

My heartfelt thanks! You have again DONE THE RIGHT THING discharging your DUTY to defend and protect our Motherland!
I have worn your shoes as a moderator in the past, and have been forced to take SIMILAR ACTION to protect those things we hold dear, by denying a platform for those who wish to undermine and destroy our country.
Some NAIVELY THINK that FREE SPEECH is an unlimited right to run amok exploiting the very system that enables those freedoms, to DESTROY it.
It is not so. In every DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY there are RULES OF THE ROAD that must be OBSERVED. Those rules are set by those who wield power, usually lawmakers representing the democratic majority. Those who violate those rules suffer the consequences. There is always a conflict between FREE SPEECH and NATIONAL SECURITY with the pendulum swinging to and fro in favor of one or the other. In the USA, the Sedition Act of old, the more recent Patriot Act, and the latest legislation on the monitoring of phone calls and internet content and indicate the PRIORITY that Americans, quite rightly, place on National Security in the interest of National Survival. So must the Patriotic sons and daughters of Sri Lanka protect their Motherland.
LankaWeb, from its very INCEPTION, was concerned with the defense and protection of our Motherland. Accordingly, to that end, it has a DUTY to discharge by preventing the use of its website for the purposes INIMICAL to the VERY SURVIVAL of Sri Lanka as a Sovereign Unitary Nation; the ONLY homeland of the Sinhala people.
The ENEMIES of Sri Lanka throw “Free Speech”, “Democracy”, “Human Rights” and “Buddhist Values” in our face to RENDER US DEFENCELESS against their onslaught, while they exploit those very values to destroy the system that gives them those freedoms. We MUST NOT ALLOW THAT by falling prey to those Siren Songs!
In that same way, the enemies toppled established governments in the Middle East, confusing the people, and transforming those countries into lawless anarchies, condemning their people to death, destruction, homelessness and despair.
You would think that having suffered through 30 years of such pain ourselves, Sri Lankans would not let our guard down, to let it happen again. Yet, they have recently succeeded beginning that very process in Sri Lanka as well. Before the recent election, we saw a WELL ORCHESTRATED, CONCERTED EFFORT to disseminate REGIME CHANGE Propaganda on the INTERNET and elsewhere, to SOW DISSATISFACTION in the minds of WEAK MINDED GULLIBLE people; an effort that continues to this day.
I am doing my part towards to stem that Tide of Anti-National Propaganda. I find NO JOY AT ALL in the particular approaches that I have been FORCED to take at LankaWeb in the defense of my Motherland; but as a Patriotic Son of Lanka, I MUST fight FIRE with FIRE.
Please CONTINUE to Monitor these Anti-National Propaganda activists; and DENY them every opportunity to use LankaWeb as a WEAPON against our Resplendent Motherland.

Dear Patriots time to act before it’s too late. Time has come again to save our Motherland from Imperialists and Tamil Diaspora. Saudis are pouring money to Muslims to have their own land. It’s a matter of time if we don’t take a united stand against these evil land grabbers.
We don’t have any true info about the country or it’s activities because TV & News papers are all afraid to give the correct Information to the public except the Govt NEWS. They blamed MR for taking over all the news outlets before and now they do the same. Is this their Yahapalanaya?
If we take out our forces from North what will be the position of a united country? If we give chief Minister post to a Muslim in the East what will happen to our sovereign state? If you implement 13 amendment what will be the position of Sinhalese? If tourists stop coming to Sri Lanka what will be the position of our economy? Can we trust Choura Regina & Choura Raja (Chandrika/Ranil)? If they do all these will our Sinhalese cowards in the Govt object and fight for it? I hope all the peace loving people will stand up unitedly to oppose any move by these American backed traitors to break our homeland. Time has come to think and act.

The defense of the is the duty of the central government. The armed forces should never be reduced or withdrawn from the North and the East. In addition to the armed forces we need to have very efficient and loyal intelligence unit working in these areas. This will prevent the ugly head of terrorism rising up again.
