SINGAPOREAN CHINESE AND INDIAN COMPANIES ENTRUSTED TO DEVELOP THE COUNTRY GOVERNMENT IS THE AGENT ?

I read news items and statements read by the leaders in many forums about Singapore, India and China are entrusted to develop Tricomalee, Colombo Port City , Hanbantota etc.
Prime intention of the government is to fulfil the election promise of providing one million employment and what else ?
Increase our foreign earnings? Develop our human resources? Increase agricultural output?
We also seek Singaporean assistance to develop our Civil Service?
What we need is a revolutionary strategy to develop our indigenous skills and change the mind-set of the decision makers .
I just want to ask one simple question .
Are ae we going to change the local rules and regulations related to environment on the land and the sea currently handled by the bureaucrats in following Organizations ?
Central Environment Authority
Cost Conservation Department
Marine Pollution Authority
Megapolis
Southern Development Authority
Cenetral Development agency
Agency for Strategic Development and investment
Sri Lank Port Authority
Provincial Authorities
As an example , I am having problems with all almost all the above authorities to get off a project in a 100 perch land with 5 million rupee investment to provide employment to about 100 workers. For last one year
I had to go to CEA in Galle five times and CCD five times to get a letter, They cited following reasons
Today Director is not here to sign
Next day director is there but no Typist
Next day both are there but the subject clerk is sick
Next day all of then have nor come to work because roads are blocked by fishermen
Last day there is a power cut an Typist cannot print the latter !
When Hambantota ,Port City and Trinco gets the nod to be developed by companies from countries mentioned above ,government may have to take them out of the jurisdiction of Sri Lanka laws governed by the Parliament .
Otherwise our NGO’s and individuals will go to courts ( who are mainly involved in remanding people ,releasing them ,issuing enjoying orders and even give legal opinions and decisions against action initiated by the parliament.) and stall any project by the State .
This may be the reason why the Prime Minister hinted that Port City will be governed under a separate jurisdiction?
We may have to have Federal State Concept or Canton system like in Switzerland to fast track all the development plans in Sri Lanka
No Harward training will help to solve above problems unless we change ourselves

Yahapalana government’s plan is to make Sri Lanka the battle ground on which contending powers – India, China, Jihadists and Western Christian powers will fight for our land and riches. May they perish before soon!

The Yahap appears intent on selling the country to outside interests. No checks and balances by Yahap !
See the list of action to favor so called Development by Outsiders, especially INDIA :
– ETCA
– Sea tunnel to TAMIL NADU
– 5,000 acre lots on 99 yrs leases to foreigners
– New Constitution (what might that bring ?).
If Yahap cannot develop Lanka while keeping to the Unitary Status of Lanka, and keeping the present ethnic balance intact, whilst looking after first the interests of the citizens of Lanka re jobs, land ownershiip etc., then it is time for the Yahap people to depart from leading the country and let Patriotic others do the job better.
