Probability of merging of Eastern Province with the Northern Province is zero. Current Chief Minister is of Muslim origin SriLankan. SriLanka does not wish to have another separatist war to give a Provincial Administration to the Muslim. It is wise that the Tamils accept the current level of Provincial Administration (NPC), and live, socially integrated and humanely with the majority Sinhala people in the North. The Eastern Province should practice democracy, and live socially and humanely with the Tamils and majority Sinhalese in the East. Muslims of SriLanka are not fools to be charmed into your foolish diplomacy and sneaky plans. They would like to administer the East as SriLankans. Therefore, please stop propagating to your supporters around the globe to attract Muslims by giving them media assistance etc.
It is a strong advice that Mr. CV Wigneswaran concentrate on developing the North, and look forward to modelling the North as an intellectually and technologically advancing Province, instead of chattering gobbledygook politics. Mr. CV Wigneswaran; You are ageing, and too old to understand 21st century modern politics and democracy, hence you should move sideways and give the position to a youngster who understands 21st century politics, rather being a chatterbox. I am 73+ of age and have an IQ of 127. I am not sure of your IQ score. Our Tamils in the North is so backward to understand Demography, Democracy, and Human Geography & Justice. The only doggerel that terrorist Prabakaran (VP) propagated was Tamil Eelam. He is a foolish smuggler with no education. The backward followers of VP are still continuing with that mantra. Politicians like you and irrational politicians like Sivajilingham, are continuing to use that mantra; Tamil Eelam”, to intoxicate and indoctrinate the young ones and the old bamboozles.

Mr. CVW, just give some thoughts: 31.92% of the Tamils including Indian origin live in the North. Remaining 68.08% of the Tamils live outside the North. Tamils from the highlands hold key positions in the cabinet. Mr. CVW, why not Sambanthar relinquish the TNA, LOP joke, running to US, meet US and Indian politicians, to bluff the people in the north that he is in contact with seagulls in the West. It would be beneficial for TNA to join the government and some can hold ministerial position and start development.
Another example is that you wear national dress, with Pattai & pottu, when GOSL President visits the North. What is the reason for this hypocrisy CVW?
It is of the view that you are the bottle neck and constrain for reconciliation and development. You have become a slave to the US and Rudrakumaran. You also seem to gather some separatist in Jaffna to run behind you, which gives fear to TNA politicians. Your speeches are like that of pseudo random signal (PRS) with some pattern.
What is the reason you complain on PTA to the US? India has an act known as POTA, and every country has the right to enact an act to prevent terrorism. It is of the opinion that no outside country should interfere with GOSL law and legal affairs. Mr. CVW, Can you ask US as to why US is destroying countries, just for oil and oil passage? Think of the 9/11, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Yugoslavia, Kosovo and several nations. The war here were perpetrated by US for their selfish motive, giving flimsy false lies. Do you know the extent of HR violations committed by the US soldiers in these countries? Do you not know the result, if American forces land in the North or Trinco? Are there no competent medical practitioners to test people in the North? You are humiliating and disgracing your doctors; being a Chief Minister.
In the 21st century, China is almost feeding most of nations. China is competitive, flooding the world market with all kinds of products, for common man to access. US billionaires does not like that, because they want all income to accumulate to their account. Today a common man can afford to have a computer because China makes it available at competitive price.

Can you categorically confirm that there are no Tamils hiding in countries, giving room for their relations to claim missing person? Can you confirm that no one drowned in the Indian Ocean?
War Crimes and Reparation
Tamils are forcefully demanding war crimes justice. CVW: Have you ever made any attempts to talk about the war crimes of LTTE. How many humans have they murdered? What is the value of loss to properties and humans? Talking about reparation, who will accept responsibility for the reparation for the people and the country?

I would urge anyone with any influence whatsoever over these yahapalanaya government idiots if they know any of them personally, especially Sirisena, Ranil, CBK and Mangala traitors, please convey to them that the over 65,000 Sinhala people and their decedents ethnically cleansed from the North and the over 16,000 Sinhala people and their descendants ethnically cleansed from Batticaloa, all of who would now amount to over 1.3 lakhs of Sinhala people ethnically cleansed in the 1980s by the LTTE and Prabhakaran be resettled in the North and in the East immediately.
What is unfortunately happening today is that the TNA racists are threatening the 32,000 Sinhala people living in the North at present to leave. This is called ethnic cleansing and it should be condemned totally. Not only this, even Sinhala university students who are studying at Jaffna University are being beaten up and threatened. This is totally unacceptable. Sinhala villagers are threatened by racist TNA councillors not to complain to the media about being harassed by the TNA. Other Sinhala villagers are being coerced and threatened by the TNA to sell their land and leave which they are increasingly doing, unfortunately.
The only way that there would be lasting peace in Sri Lanka is if thousands of Sinhala people are settled in the North and even in the East. When people live side by side, by this I mean Sinhala, Tamil and Muslim, there is much more harmony and peace and as a result development. This is the only way that peace and harmony will happen in Sri Lanka.

What Viggie means by ‘reconciliation’ is ‘atonement’. But with so many skeletons in his own cupboard, atonement is a sterile dream.
Atonement will never yield reconciliation. It will dig deeper into old wounds and open fresh wounds.
Let us leave closed chapters closed and get on with our lives.
Reconciliation can only be achieved by peaceful day to day cohabitation and not by digging graves. What digging old graves yields is stench and putrefaction.

Sorry Kanthar, I disagree on IQ of northern Tamils. We have the HIGHEST IQ of SL. Fish has Omega-3 essential for brain development. NO DISTRICT eats so much fish as Jaffna. Sesame seed oil is also high in Omega-3.
But sadly northerners have used their high IQ to do LOW things. What a tragedy!

Expose the damage done through the Vadukoddai Resolution (1976) (VR).
Alternative would be for present day Tamil leaders to REVOKE this Resolution at this late stage, after so much damage has been done to the Tamil community and the rest of the Nation.
– Note that the LTTE was formed AFTER the VR.
– Note that the 1983 Trumped up Riots came AFTER the VR.
– Note also that INDIA trained the LTTE in Tamil Nadu AFTER the VR.

The High IQ Tamils calling Sinhala people Modayas self-destructed along the banks of the Nandikandal lagoon. Who may I fondly ask, are the GREATER MODAYAS?
That Tamils have high IQ is ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT! I was one of the best students to enter the Engineering Faculty at Peradeniya, with a double promotion (aka exemption from the 1st year) on the basis of my GCE A-Level results. I also had many Tamil classmates, out of all proprtion to the Tamil population at that time, but I did not detect an IQ superior on average to us Sinhala students.
What I did detect was that Sinhala Buddhist students coming from rural schools were a very small minority! LACK OF OPPORTUNITY & ACCESS TO GOOD SCHOOLS MADE THE DIFFERENCE.
Tamils had a stranglehold on education for a long time in Sri Lanka and lots of good schools because they had allied themselves to the British Colonial power and helped them to suppress and control the Sinhala majority. It was the golden rule in action: those who ruled kept the gold.
As Kanthar Balanathan stated at the turn of the 20th century there were about 900 Christian and Tamil schools, and only 2 Sinhala Buddhist schools! That in a nutshell was the price of losing sovereignty in 1815.
Now, after 68 years of free education and development of good government schools, especially MMV’s and National schools, all over the island providing access to every student irrespective of community, the situation is DRAMATICALLY DIFFERENT.
Now, the BEST STUDENTS flood into Universities not from Colombo and Jaffnap, but from previously unknown new schools created by the government.
Today kids getting 9A’s at O-level and 4 A’s at A-Level come not from elite schools in Colombo and Jaffna, but from these “outstation” schools! Thank God for that …. we have done somethings right!
NO LONGER can the jaundiced Tamils claim that they are of INTRINSICALLY High IQ because more of them enter university and hold the best jobs; that can no longer be justified or supported by EVIDENCE!
Lorenzo, the EELAMIST AGITATOR, is trying to push intrinsic TAMIL SUPERIORITY down our Sinhala throats on the pretest of “fish eating”… but as always …. he is absolutely full of S**T … as we well know by now.
Here is what I know: Tamils are no more intelligent and have no higher IQ than Sinhala people. We are the SAME.
But now, millions of Sinhala students nationwide are able to compete on equal terms with Tamil students attending good schools in Jaffna and elsewhere, and are FAR OUTNUMBERING the Tamil students entering the universities, especially in Science, Engineering and Medicine.
And that is how it should be, in a country in which Sinhala people outnumber all other communities.
An EQUAL CHANCE to flourish for EVERY STUDENT irrespective of caste, creed, race, language, religion or sex is what we are now approaching!
That is the ACHIEVEMENT of the SINHALA BUDDHIST majority of our Motherland not the Tamil culture that tries to keep its poorest people illiterate!

So nothing stops a top modaya to have a HIGH IQ.
University admission was NOT based on IQ at that time so you cannot measure the IQ by university entrance.
I think today they have IQ as a criterion for university admission. Tamils are only 16% of SL but more than 35% in universities. Some of them CHEATERS but some are NOT.
As I clearly said Tamils have used their high IQ for BAD things too. A TRAGEDY.

It is an established FACT that High IQ is highly correlated with academic achievement, but ACADEMIC OPPORTUNITY is also highly correlated with academic achievement. High IQ alone is not enough.
Those who make the claim that High IQ and Hard Work alone enabled Tamils to enter universites in the past in far greater numbers than their numbers in the population warrant, conveniently ignore that the bulk of Sinhala students did not have the necessary schools and teaching to compete properly.
Today, that has radically changed; by far the largest number of the best students entering university are from the Sinhala community and closer in proportion to their numbers in the population of Sri Lanka. That is what would happen if the IQ is evenly distributed among communities, and academic opportunities are becoming available to all common ties in all areas of the countries. In the future, this trend will continue and will further drive the statistics towards the proportions of different communities in the population, provided our politicians don’t allow communal Bantustans to emerge in Sri Lanka.
Lorenzo, don’t exit the argument through the backdoor; no one is misrepresenting the OBJECTIVE & the THRUST of your statement which are patently FALSE!

In my view Tamils do have the highest IQ in SL (due to cheap access to good nutrition). But that does not make others fools. High IQ is not useful in life compared to hard work. Where do you get jobs for IQ? Higher IQ does NOT make anyone superior!! Unfortunately Tamil have used their higher IQ for self destruction.

The 13-A is an ILLEGAL piece of legislation as it was imposed under Duress on the JRJ govt. in 1987.
Therefore, it should be REMOVED, NOT FULLY IMPLEMENTED.
The 6-A has NEVER been implemented ever since its inception (that too is likely ‘because the west wants it so’ along with INDIA). Not likely it will ever be implemented. So let’s just forget it.

The Vadukoddai RESOLUTION and other Tamil Party MANIFESTOS calling for a Sovereign Eelam State to be created in Sri Lanka, AND the Party Manifesto of the TNA going into the 2015 election that also calls for the same thing, amount to TREASON against Sri Lanka.
BEFORE Sri Lanka can ACCEPT these political parties as VALID PARTICIPANTS in democratic National Politics, they have to DIASSOCIATE themselves from those Resolutions, Manifestos and SOLEMNLY AGREE and PROMISE in writing to cease snd desist from SEPARATIST ACTIONS in the future, invluding REVISING their party names referring to EELAM.
