   This article clearly demonstrates why the Constitution of Sri Lanja should PROHIBIT ALL sub-national local governments including the Provincial Councils under the 13-th Amendment to the current Constitution.

   That CANNOT BE ACHIEVED under the current UNPATRIOTIC Yamapalana government that wants to DISINTEGRATE the nation even further.

   Therefore, the FIRST STEP for Patriots to undertake is to OUST the Yamapalanaya as SOON AS POSSIBLE and RESTORE a PATRIOTIC GOVERNMENT to our Motherland.

   If MR/UPFA seeks to be RE-ELECTED to Power on a platform of REPEALING the 13A, DISSOLVING the Provincial Council System, and introducing a New Constitution that ELIMINATES all possibility of DISINTEGRATION of the country into ethno-religious Bantustans, it will SUCCEED beyond its WILDEST DREAMS as the ALIENATED Sinhala Buddhists flock to their banner without exception!

   Pause and view how we came to this situation.

   The entire world is experiencing immigration problems because of the failure of the post WWII experiment of multiculturalism. It was first practiced and justified by the Western countries in the Third World colonies to use cheap labor. Before this, the universal practice world over was immigrants assimilating into the host country or invaders reconstituting the country with their culture like the Romans did.

   The British left Lanka leaving behind the Indian labor so that the tea industry continued for their benefit following the Independence. Earlier, the Portuguese / Spanish Crusaders brought European diseases that the Sinhalese did not have resistance for. King Rajasingha II invited the Dutch to guard the coastline as the solution. The Dutch requested ‘slaves’ for help that Rajasingha provided by binging in Keralese jungle people from the subcivilized Deccan, present Tamil Nadu. These Malabars (Malayavaru = Malaya people) assimilated in the South even integratiing Hindu practices, but the Dutch got busy Christianizing those in the North and prevented assimilation. The King’s law was that in order to live in the country, one has to become Sinhalese. This was how Indian mercenaries and European deserters settled down in Lanka. Americans were addicted to 25 cent a gallon gasoline. The auto and oil industries sabotaged train transportation initiatives in America. Americans want petrol and the ME gas prices were fixed higher by the Cartel. This money goes back mainly to Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia arms war in Syria benefiting USA. It is reinvesting US dollars buying property in the West an paying for settlements and new child births as in Sri Lanka.

   The current invasion of Europe by Muslims caused apprehension among European leaders that the pioneering terrorist Tigers would start selling to largely illiterate Muslims fighting their Jihad. This led to an unprecedented act in International affairs. The leader of one country asked the leader of another country to invite back immigrants that settled there three generations back! That is what Angela Merkel and Sirisena did. What Sirisena did is an act like, ‘ahaka yana nai sarame dagannava’.

   The natural thing for a country is to have one culture, the basis of which is one language.
