Best solution to solve this deadlock is to have a evaluation criteria to show how the ministers have performed
Following guidelines may be used for the evaluation Criteria .
- Extent of criticism levelled at the President and PM by the subject minister
- Capability to work as a team
- Extent of Confrontation with other ministers in the government
- Popularity among the people and clergy
- Honesty and Integrity
- Allegation of corruption
- Import and selling of duty free car
- Amount of close relatives in the ministry appointed by he subject minister ( Nepotism)
- Age and memory power and health
- Extent of official and private trips abroad
- Employment Generation
- Alcohol consumption and addiction
- Education Qualifications
- Amount of times the minister changed sides after losing elections
- Amount of strikes taken place within the organizations under the minister’s purview
- Any other reasons as decided by the President
And finally bank balance now and before coming to power
There may be a situation that all the ministers may have to be changed !!!

Military should take over the country for a short period and dissolve the parliament.
Give shelter to all those who lost their homes in Meethotamulla and Salava in the Biggest Gavalena in the world called the Parliament until they are provided with permanent housing.
Set minimum standards like education, experience to all those who wish to enter the parliament.

WELL SAID Sarath!
That is the ONLY solution.
NO VIOLENCE BY PEOPLE. NO BASTILLE DAY!
We need a PEACEFUL and SPIRITUAL transfer of power to GUARDIAN GODS of the nation – the MILITARY and the SANGHA.
