Hora Hora Ranil hora !!!

What a lot of trouble Ranil Wickramasinghe is taking to avoid probing into the Bond Scam- from 27 February he had been protecting Arjuna Mahendran appointing his own UNP lawyers as a committee to prepare a report makig light of the Bonbd robbery, appointing Arjun as his advisor for the employment of youth. Then apointing Sujeewa Serarsibnghe in to the COPE and getting the UNP members to make foot notes to the COPE report. They got the Presidential Commission report. They now want to stop its release to the Parliament or to the Public. Ranil calls for a Parliament session to discuss the Commission report ionstead presents his report accusing the Previous government for Bond procedures from 2008 to 2014; all that to put off the Parliamentary debate on the Commission Rzeport. The President has no B

Sadly, the UNP and JO plan to disrupt the investigation, punishment and recovery process worked in parliament. By disrupting parliamentary proceedings, both these parties pushed the matter under the carpet. Only fools would cheer the rowdy behaviour by these two groups in parliament. In return, UNP controlled FCID will go soft on JO MPs. Key JO party leaders didn’t even turn up which shows this was a planned exercise despite the fact that the parliament was convened upon the request by the JO parliamentary leader Dinesh.
People wait with anticipation when the JO will file a no confidence motion against Ranil. Will it ever go to a vote?
UNP and JO together try to disrupt all corruption investigation proceedings to save each other’s leaders.
A similar antic was played out over the Office of Missing Persons bill. When presented to parliament, some JO MPs created trouble disrupting proceedings. Thanks to that, the matter was not widely discussed and the bill was passed without a debate and voting. JO was saved from public anger as its support for the bill would have become obvious if it went to voting. But outside parliament they lambasted the bill.
There is no party to take up national issues without turning them into political footballs.

Fully agree with Dilrook. All real HORU simply want to STOP
1. Proper Investigations
2. Change to the current system (i.e. 13A and Palaath Sabha)
3. Any effort to stop killing our enviorment (e.g Wilpattu)
4. Dependence on Foreign Bank/Company Loans , i.e. stop development madness ( if they did this they cannot earn money)

I am disgusted with all the SL politicians, regardless of which party they are from. Their display of hooliganism and trying to divert real issues that affect the country is shameful.
All these despicable assholes care about is how much they can loot the country to fatten themselves with personal wealth and perks. Nothing else.

Exactly Senerath.
I owe this understanding to the excellent The Island editorial that noted the strange behaviour from the Joint Opposition. Instead of going to town over the Bond Scam Commision report, JO MPs, their media and their supporters started bashing the president and the process to disrupt it! Why on earth should they do that?
As the Editorial put it, they want to disrupt any process that will wide open UNP’s closet exposing skeletons inside because the next will be the closets (catacombs according to the Editorial!) of JO leaders.
Even Sirisena (not very clever) has got it. He stated in a speech that the JO and the UNP follow distraction tactics used by pick-pockets. After picking the pocket of a victim, the thief joins the shouting “hora” and give chase to an imaginery thieve which is his escape.
It is the nation they are robbing and depriving.

Before Sirisena Mahinda was the one who was telling the pickpocket story. Mahinda’s side may have thieves but the biggest thives standing today with Ranil hora and Sirisena Hora. Which party was Sirisena before? Is Sira’s family all clean like a white sheet? Bullshit. Sirisena family is the biggest mafia family more than Rajapaksa’s. Sirisena and Ranil both are same. Crooks always helps each other. As the president of Sri Lanka he would have stopped Ranil in the beginning when he was going to appoint a foreigner as the central bank governor. He would have stopped Ranil taking over the central bank under his ministry. If Sirisena is genuine he should have handed over the report first to the parliament not to others. These two evil thieves were partners and they will not blame each other at any circumstances. They cannot say Mahinda hora for three years without proving anything. UNP was the real thieves as the whole world knows about it. Nobody can deny it. It was proved and was in the news for last three years. So if you are genuine admit it and take action against the culprits without telling more lies and cover-ups. Sirisena’s gang were all losers in the last general election and cannot be trusted at all. They know that they cannot win next time so they will stay with Sirisena until the last moment to keep their positions.
Bond scam was not a cooked up story. It was real and the thives are all Srilankans except one guy who came from Singapore to take over the position instructed and invited by the mastermind of this historic robbery. It was heard in the courts and the criminals involved in it were exposed by the lawyers and judges and was in the news for a long time and the people in this country were waiting anxiously to hear the verdict but unfortunately these two heads of state trying to cover up the whole truth but nothing but the truth. JO must do more protests and start building a people’s power to oust this vicious, evil,Hora clique and the Yamapalanaya from office. The name Mahinda Rajapaksa cannot be erased so easily. It’s the name people in this country has faith and trust. Ranil, Sirisena, Chandrika Hora clique must understand the reality on the ground and leave for god sake.
