   මේකට හේතුව මට හිතෙන හැටියට රටේ අස්ථාවර අවස්තාවක් තිබියදී නඩුකාර තුන්කට්ටුව මේ ගැන ඔවුන්ගේ කිසිම අවධානයක් නැතිව දුන් වැරදි නඩුතීන්දුවක් ණිසා තමා අද ජනතා විමුක්ති පෙරමූන ඔවුන්ගේ ජනතා හිතවාදී කමක් නොමැතිකම මනාකොට පෙන්වා ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාදයට සම්පුර්ණයෙන් පටහැනිව එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂයට ත් සභානායකවරයටත් උවමනා හැටියට විශ්වාශ භංග යෝජනාවක් ගෙනාවා. ජනතා විමුක්ති පෙරමුණ අපේ රටේ දේශපාලන කඩාවැටීමටත් රට විනාශය කරා ගෙන යාමටත් ඔවුන්ගේ සහාය එක්සත් ජතිකපක්ෂයට දුන්නා. ලංකාවේ නීතිය කොහාටද ?

   This is the result of an unreflected judicial decision at a time when Sri Lanka is in a politically uncertain situation. The Judges should go beyond law to understand realites before they take a decision.
