   I believe this is the best logical proposition for the UNP (from which even the SLFP got branched out) formed by the founding fathers of our nation. Sajith P, can never become the leader of SL as he lacks the support of majority Sinhalese to my mind. Ruwan has all the credentials and resources to embark on this journey. Perhaps he may have to wait a long time depending on how present day ruler perform. This country has some luck; perhaps the Covid is a blessing in disguise. In the same way luck may come his way even within few months.
   My advice: discover SL’s true history in the meantime, perhaps from venerable monks like Meevanapalane siri dhammalankara.
