    Instead of adding numbers (to 16,000, 17,000 and so on), for gods sake, can the GMOA or who ever tell us to how many levels these clusters have gone to?. Then only we can tell where we are heading- whether we are winning or losing against this new strain.
    I am sure their mapping can easily identify the progress of this decease within the two clusters. This also will give a clue to the level of resistance the local community has.

    The medical experts may be having their own way to explain the progress. But if we can have a simple explanation like the following, it will help us to know whether the GOSL is winning or losing:

    {A1, A2, A3,……….Ax } Minuwangoda level 1
    A1 -> {B1, B2, B3,….By} Minuwangoda level 2
    B1 -> {C1, C2, C3,….Cz} Minuwangoda level 3

    If x>y>z GOSL losing.
    If x<y<z GOSL wining.

  3. aloy Says:

    Sorry, please correct as:
    if x>y>z wining,
    if x<y<z losing.
