Good news for the whole country. This old goat should retire now or go to a foreign country like his pal Chaura Rejina and stay away from Sri Lankan politics as he was a loser all the time. He is not a leader for the Sinhala Buddhist people. He always tried to please the westerners rather than his own people. He is a traitor to motherland. He is responsible for so many deaths in Sri Lanka during the past. All the troubles we are facing today because of this western stooge. He should be brought to justice for his past crimes as well as for the biggest daylight robbery he mastermind “The central bank bond scam”. He cannot be pardoned for that as that money belongs to the people of this country. RIP oh Run-nil.

Ranil-Baba, the LEADER of the 40-Thieves, mewling and puking like a beaten wolf-pup beat a retreat back to his OWN DEN, because the PENALTY BILL in ILLEGALLY OCCUPYING a government property was BUILDING UP day-by-day.

Now, the NEW Govt should ASSESS a HEFTY BILL and send it to the Apita H*kapu PARA-GATHI AGA-MATHI for IMMEDIATE PAYMENT, on pain of having his OWN DEN possessed and sold to pay the bill.

With respect to Temple Trees can anyone shed it’s history? My ancestors on my father’s side who intermarried with the eminent burghers and British in Baddegama, where many are buried side by side in the small cemetery there was told by my grand father that his father’s photo is displayed at temple Trees with the other colonial leaders who took part in erecting the Jubilee post at Mirihana in the honour of King Geoerge the 5th.My great Grand father’s photo was last seen at Temple trees.I was keen to find more about my grand father’s people who worked for Dutch and then to British, based mainly in Baddegama and Galle.
I requested Gen Artigalle if he could help me to get a copy of it from Temple Trees but he died. It could be a myth or true that our Ancestral home called the Makunudal walawa in Ratnapura area was used as a shelter for Ehalapola who escaped the king.
I would like to know more about my grad father’s father and I was told their sudda relatives built the Temple Trees as the SD’s house in the cinnamon plantations that were there from Moratuwa to Negombo. If I should get a copy of photo of my ancestor who was with the rest of the colonial types, I would pay some money to a charity of ones choice.
If Emil Vanderpooten is reading this, please tell me more about this as your people, along with the Winters and Bostocks are buried with our ancestors in Baddegama, close to one another. You know my people and me from Kandy.
