The Easter Sunday terror attacks against Christians and tourists in Sri Lanka had terrible repercussions for the country’s Muslim minority. In DG #35 we worked with photojournalist and documentary maker Joshua Harry Brown to examine the country’s latest cycle of religious violence. You can see the short film Brown made in the country below and for the full story get yourself a copy of the issue here.

This man says he came to SL five years ago, obviously during PATRIOTIC leader’s time. It is sad but SL cannot afford refugees, especially Muslims when it has a threat of Islamic takeover.
Not sure how many such refugees have been taken in by PATRIOTS. We can blame everything on RANIL and let PATRIOTS come back and SURELY WE WILL LOOSE OUR COUNTRY UNDER PATRIOTS faster than under RANIL. In 2014 I visited a restaurant where most of the workers spoke Afgan language.
Looks like even a promise of removal of 13A by PATRIOTS will not save us.
