In my last letter to you on 13th November on your laying a wreath for the Tamil Tigers at Elephant Pass, I said that you were -brave, arrogant and stupid.-‚ ‚ I still maintain that observation on that provocative act.‚ ‚ Today, I came across a staged photograph of you holding a banner, rather strange I thought, above the wreath which read -” -In memory of all innocent Sri Lankan victims of violence.-‚ ‚ -The God damn audacity, ‚ (I said under my breath,) when Canada acted as one of the surrogate Godfathers for the Tamil Tiger terrorists by aiding and abetting them to kill innocent unarmed civilians among them pregnant mothers, infants and grandmothers and grandfathers who were too feeble to run ‚ for their lives and ‚ hide when the Tamil Tigers were coming at them with Kalashnikovs loaded with live bullets bought out of Canadian dollars.- ‚
‚ Remember, Deepak, when Canada allowed the Tamil Diaspora to collect two million dollars a month for 13 years to stuff the Tamil Tiger war chest to buy sophisticated weapons to kill my Sinhalese people as well as innocent Muslims.‚
Remember how on May 6, 2000, Finance Minister Paul Martin and the Minister for CIDA, Maria Minna and several Liberal backbenchers patronized a $60-a-plate fund raiser for the Tamil Tigers organized by FACT? ‚ We Canadians are no bloody Saints are we now, Deepak?‚ Turn your palms and have a good look Deepak.‚ You will find an indelible film of Sinhalese and Muslim blood on them. ‚ And that will be so on every 34 million Canadians.‚ ‚ That-â„¢s how sinners we are, and Prime Minister Harper tries to paint all of us as lily-white saints and angels without wings.‚ ‚ That is a load of -ËœBull-â„¢, Deepak. ‚ Let-â„¢s get real!
On 31 January 1996,‚ the Tamil Tigers with a truck bomb brought down the Central Bank Building in the Fort‚ killing 114 innocent civilians and maiming for life another 1,338.‚ ‚ We were complicit of those deaths as the truck bomb was filled with RDX and TNT explosives bought from the Rubezone Chemical Factory in the Ukraine with a 7.5 million dollar cheque cut from a Tamil person-â„¢s account from a Bank in Vancouver in 1994.‚ ‚ So why this lily-white persona of us Canadians, when we are all smudged with Sinhalese and Muslim blood, Deepak?
Deepak, what is nasty and sickening about your act of Canadian righteousness was picking the worst possible place to lay the wreath -” Elephant Pass, where there were three historic battles of the Tamil Tigers with the Sri Lankan soldiers in 1991, 2000 and 2009.
That was a pre-meditated effort to appease the Tamils back home, wasn-â„¢t it Deepak?‚ ‚ ‚ You Conservatives are grovelling at the Tamil feet in the Greater Toronto Area to get their votes. Don-â„¢t give me that -Ëœhorse-poop-â„¢ by saying that it is not true and don-â„¢t challenge my intelligence either.
What is crafty-¦.what is nasty-¦. and what is despicable is that in a landmass of 25,332 square miles, your choice had to be ‚ Elephant Pass which meant a lot to the Tamil Tigers who fought to cut off that isthmus from the majority Sinhalese in the south, ‚ and govern the Jaffna peninsula as ‚ their mono-ethnic, racist, Tamil separate state, Eelam.‚ Believe me, Deepak, that stupid act has made Canada toast in the eyes of the once Canada-friendly Sri Lankans in that island nation.‚ Surely you could have found a neutral place to lay that Wreath of Hypocrisy!
If you thought that you were dealing with a Banana Republic and Canada could get away that easily, you were wrong!
If you thought that the Sri Lankans were an illiterate bunch and that you could pull wool over their eyes, you were wrong again.‚ ‚ In case you did not know, 91% of Sri Lanka-â„¢s population is literate.‚ That is why the Sri Lankans are livid with Canada, and their eyes are spitting cartwheels of dragon-fire at you Conservative politicians who are pandering to the Tamils, and would tell you, -Why don-â„¢t you go back to where you came from Mr. Obhrai, we don-â„¢t need you in our island, leave us alone.‚ You Canadians are not squeaky clean to come and preach to us about human rights as did your parliamentary colleague Jason Kenney in January.-‚ And that is the truth.
There was something more jarring about that act, was your insipid arrogance.‚ ‚ The lack of diplomacy and the lack courtesy towards the host country. You and our High Commissioner were cunning and even after being requested by a Sri Lankan official not to lay the wreath, you went ahead and laid the wreath anyway.‚ It is time that all of you get back to College and repeat Diplomacy 101, and it will do you all a world of good when dealing with the Sri Lanka file.
That act of yours has made it absolutely clear that we are now part of the International Mafia Conglomerate together with India, Norway, UK, AI, Human Rights Watch, UNHRC and several others trying to harm Sri Lanka and get at a pound of its flesh.‚ ‚ And that too, for the only reason that they managed to eliminate the most ruthless terrorists group in the world, the Tamil Tigers, who Assassinated two, one former and the other incumbent Heads of State, Rajiv Gandhi of India and President Premadasa of Sri Lanka, two Ministers of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Industry, three Mayors of Jaffna, the Leader of the Opposition,‚ 13 Tamil incumbent and former MPs because they didn-â„¢t toe the Tamil Tiger-â„¢s line, the inventors of the human suicide body pack and was successful with 388 suicide bombings.‚ ‚ All this unholy Mafia alliance for a few Tamil votes in the Greater Toronto Area. Ha!‚ Come on Deepak, let-â„¢s get real.
Remember how you parliamentarians had a Special ‚ Emergency Debate on Sri Lanka in the House Chambers on the evening of 4 February 2009, ‚ with the gallery packed with Tamils ‚ who were cheering you all, when ever one of you bashed Sri Lanka, ‚ during that Tamil Tiger Blarney Gong Show. ‚ ‚ That was hilarious, and that was sickening-¦ and that was pitiful. -¦and that was not Canadian that I know of.‚ What an evening of tragic-comedy theater that was.‚ ‚ Remember, Deepak?‚ You were a part-actor of that strange evening, weren-â„¢t you?
In his enthusiasm to tell the world how righteous Canada is, Prime Minister Stephen Harper lost it when he showed his hypocrisy when it was in Indonesia while attending the APEC that he announced that he will not attend the Commonwealth Summit in Sri Lanka owing to the country-â„¢s unacceptable human right violations.‚ ‚ –What-, I screamed.‚ -That was indeed a sick joke Prime Minister!-‚ ‚ Deepak, did you not know that Indonesia was noted for two infamous genocides, the first was in 1965 when General Suharto overthrew President Sukarno, and it was estimated that over a million Indonesians were killed during that purge.‚ And the second was in 1975 conducted by Suharto in the invasion of East Timor.‚ ‚ ‚ -We shoved wood in their anus until they died-, Adi Zulkardy, a death- squad leader, said in a film on these massacres.‚ So Indonesia it had to be for Prime Minister Harper to paint Sri Lanka black.‚ ‚ How vile and stupid can he be!‚ ‚ Bad Karma, Deepak!
If Canada-â„¢s intention was to sabotage the Commonwealth Summit, by the end of the conference, put on your hearing aids, all of you, including Prime Minister ‚ Stephen Harper, Foreign Minister John Baird and Minister Jason Kenney, as I don-â„¢t think you all should miss the‚ jubilant‚ musical ‚ laughter of Ha! Ha!! Ha!! by President Mahinda Rajapaksa who will also announce that after all Canada-â„¢s efforts, the sun did rise from the eastern horizon and‚ fell over the‚ waters of the western horizon in the late evening. ‚ ‚ The birds all over Sri Lanka were still singing, that the Tamils who stayed back without getting on a plane and land at the Pearson Airport in Toronto ‚ and say that they are refugees and want asylum, are happily sharing a plate of rice with chicken curry and coconut sambol with the Sinhalese and letting their children inter-marry, and kneel at the same pew in a church ‚ with the Sinhalese-Christians in prayer wishing Sri Lanka prosperity and ethnic harmony.‚ ‚ Well, Deepak, that will eat your heart out, won-â„¢t it?
President Rajapaksa may, perhaps, thumb his nose at Prime Minister Harper and his Conservatives and say-¦ -Na-¦.nana-¦.Naa-¦.Na-‚ Well, Deepak, that is how the nasty political cookie crumbles in the tropics.‚ The game of Canadian Sri Lanka’s‚ Political Monopoly‚ which‚ President Rajapaksa is quite familiar with‚ I am sure is‚ prepared to‚ accept your challenges‚ and don’t be disheartened if he keeps winning ‚ all the time.‚ ‚ Cest la Vie!
But what is important for you Conservatives‚ is to note what Prince Charles said in his opening speech for the Commonwealth Heads, where the Canadian Chair of the Canadian Head of State‚ was empty since he was boycotting the Summit -” -Ladies and Gentlemen, each one of us is here because of the hope and trust we place in the Commonwealth to bring that -Ëœtouch of healing-â„¢ to our troubles and deliver the very best future to our people.-‚ ‚ I say -Amen- to that, and it is impossible for Canada to achieve that when Canada-â„¢s Prime Minister decides to boycott this Summit‚ and lead with his baton the‚ Tamil Separatist Markham-Toronto Choir to‚ enjoy their cheers‚ for boycotting the‚ Commonwealth Summit‚ which is music to his ears.

Dear Asoka: Please tell your Prime Minister to send this man – Deepak Obhroi to Afghanistan in a plain loaded with thousands of “Wreaths” and place them all over that country where the Canadian Forces killed hundred and hundreds of innocent civilians including women, old feeble men and women and children. That would be the most humane and honorable thing to do as a sign of apology to that nation.
Also tell you PM not to send any more here to shit in our back yard. I hope Sri Lanka Government will summon your Envoy and reprimand her. Anyway, it is doubtful, because we have a “nutty professor” in-charge of our External Affairs.

Please note that ALL these leaders are talking about “Human Rights” and “Reconciliation” in SRI LANKA, not the other 52 countries in the CommonWealth!
In other words, the CHOGM has DEGENERATED into a COORDINATED ATTACK FOCUSED on Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka alone! Everyone, including the UK, one of two chief war -mongering nations on Earth, is sitting in judgement on Sri Lanka!
This is ONE REASON I had Opposed the Sri Lanka Hosting the CHOGM.
The OTHER REASON is that Sri Lanka has paid a STEEP PRICE, empowering the Eelamists in the Northern Province suspending the REPEAL of the 13th Amendment and DISSOLUTION of the Provincial Council System.
IF ANY GOOD comes out of this, it is that the GOSL, with the Indian-Pie plastering its face, will OUST India out of Sri Lanka UNCEREMONIOUSLY in all areas, REPEAL the 13th Amendment and DISMANTLE the Provincial Council System by leaf, branch, trunk and root.
If that happens, I will be ECSTATIC and light celebratory FIRECRACKERS … just like on May 19, 2009!

HERE is an IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY to convey to India’s Sri Lanka’s assessment of Man Mohan Singh’s decision on attending the CHOGM after Sri Lanka appeased him with the Northern PC Elections: DENY India’s ONGC the opportunity to submit a proposal to explore for Oil & Gas in Sri Lankan waters off Mannar!
The GOSL should NOT give India any stake in these sensitive waters, already a bone of contention due to illegal poaching by Indian Fishermen. If we can’t even get India to leave our marine resources alone and control its Tamil Nadu based fishermen, how does the GOSL hope to get India to act honestly on joint petroleum resource exploitation? This is a marriage between incompatible partners sure to end in marital abuse and acrimonious divorce.
I have been an Engineering Manager of Oil & Gas Production and Exploration R&D at Gulf Oil Corporation and at Chevron Oil Corporation for nearly a decade. I KNOW how easy it is to steal oil and gas across international boundaries from adjacent producing properties, because the flow of oil and gas through porous pathways continuous across these boundaries can be manipulated through pumping at production and injection wells. If the blocks on both the Indian and the Sri Lankan sides of the international border are operated by Indian companies, such as the ONGC, where is the INDEPENDENT OVERSIGHT to protect Sri Lanka’s oil resources? Which IDIOT would allow the Indian FOX to mind the Sri Lankan HEN HOUSE!
Above and beyond the wisdom of joint ventures with India, it should be CLEAR now to the GOSL that Sri Lanka should END all diplomatic, economic, and military dependence and collaboration with India, because India cannot be a RELIABLE PARTNER for Sri Lanka as long as Tamil Nadu remains MUCH MORE IMPORTANT to India than Sri Lanka. That REALITY will NEVER CHANGE, and Sri Lanka should ESCAPE from the DEADLY SUFFOCATING EMBRACE of India before Sri Lanka loses her Sovereignty and her ability to survive and achieve our goal of becoming the New Wonder of Asia.
My advice to the GOSL is: DO NOT enter into Oil and Gas exploration and Production with India. Instead, seek out other partners such as Vietnam which will not threaten India, failing that China, or even Israel!
If GOSL wants the message to be sent gradually … then open the bidding on these blocks to all countries, specifically invite Vietnam and China to bid, and then award it to either Vietnam or China in the end.
Send a MESSAGE NOW to India that Sri Lanka does not take kindly to the extension of Indian HEGEMONY over Sri Lanka and INTERFERENCE in our Sovereign nation, by turning down India’s bid for Oil & Gas exploitation in Sri Lankan waters.

Given the ongoing tensions with Sri Lanka and in the wake of the recent decision of Indian Prime Minister to cancel his trip to the neighbouring nation, state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) has sought political clearance from the ministry of external affairs (MEA) to participate in Sri Lanka’s offshore bidding rounds that are open till November 29.
The offshore area of Sri Lanka’s Cauvery and Mannar basins holds tremendous potential and has attracted several upstream companies due to gas discoveries in Mannar Basin. These blocks also hold immense strategic importance as they are located close to Indian shores.
“India’s presence in Sri Lanka’s oil and gas sector assumes great strategic importance for us …however, given the ongoing situation with Sri Lanka, we need to seek political clearance before ONGC goes ahead and submits its bid …the decision rests with the MEA,” said a senior petroleum ministry official.
Government sources also said that MEA was unlikely to hold back ONGC to bid for oil and gas blocks in Sri Lanka as New Delhi over the past few years has making all efforts to get a toehold in most oil and gas exploration blocks on borders with neighbours such as Sri Lanka and Myanmar.
“Due to the strategic importance of these blocks, officials from both the petroleum and foreign ministries have been holding parleys with top officials of these countries to get allotment of these blocks on nomination basis,” the official added.
Sri Lanka had launched the second offshore petroleum bidding round on March 7 and around 19 blocks have been offered. ONGC’s global arm — ONGC Videsh Ltd (OVL) has already qualified for participation in the bidding process.
“OVL is keen to participate in the Sri Lanka Bid Round 2013 and after studying the data, may consider submission of bids for technically and commercially viable exploration blocks on or before November 29 …it is requested that the political clearance for OVL’s entry into Sri Lanka may please be obtained from MEA,” OVL wrote to the petroleum ministry.
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had recently conveyed his decision to Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa over skipping the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) keeping in mind public sentiments in Tamil Nadu.
However, foreign minister Salman Khurshid attended the Commonwealth summit on Friday despite demands from political parties in Tamil Nadu for a total boycott.

This guy is a Indian colonial parasite from Tanzania. I have heard; may be true that his father brought in billions of dollars worth gold when he came to Canada. This guy did his studies in India and has received the highest award (sammana) for a Person of Indian Origin from India. His father and other Indian in the seventies and eighties helped India to quell Kalistan movement and supported the Indian terrorist arm branded Tamil Tigers.

Come on people. there were no Indian colonial parasites from Sri Lanka before July 1983. If there were any it was a handful. But there were lots and lots of Indian colonial parasites from African countries and West Indies etc. who have settled in British Canada before 1983. It is these Indian colonial parasites after becoming vermin in Canada which supported the Indian intelligence service the Third Eye. They propagated lies with Conrad’s media in Canada, The Guardian in the UK and Fairfux media in Australia. This was possible because the biggest media owners in Black African countries were Indians colonial parasites.

Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa has urged Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa to stop worrying about Sri Lankan Tamils who, he says, enjoy far better living conditions than those living in her state.
Minister Rajapaksa pointed out the absurdity in CM Jayalalithaa’s much repeated concerns as regards the Tamil speaking people here, whereas the vast majority of her people lived in abject poverty.
The soft-spoken minister was reacting to a foreign journalist, who waylaid him at the media centre at the BMICH. The minister was accompanied by Media Secretary Charitha Herath.
A smiling Rajapaksa said that Sri Lankan Tamils were economically strong and experiencing post-war developments, therefore TN politicians should look after their own. The minister challenged the media to compare the situation in the Northern Province and that of Tami Nadu. Having pointed out that the people had been provided with water, electricity and housing, he urged the media to visit Jaffna to see the ground situation for themselves.When the same journalist queried the minister about the ongoing protest campaign in the Valigamam, in the Jaffna peninsula, targeting the government, an angry Rajapaksa said the people had the freedom to protest in Jaffna or any other part of the country. Recalling recent attack on Sri Lankan refugees living in Tamil Nadu, the minister said the media should visit both the southern Indian state as well as the Northern part of Sri Lanka to examine the ground situation.
Minister Rajapaksa told The Island that a section of the media was working at the behest of those undermining post-war stability here. He said that an influential section of the British media was spearheading a costly operation targeting Sri Lanka. In spite of their efforts, the government development project was on track, the minister said, urging the media not to turn a blind eye to post-war developments. The minister alleged that the LTTE rump had hired an expensive international propaganda outfit to spearhead the campaign against Sri Lanka.
He stressed that whatever the media said about Sri Lanka, the masses knew they were safe today, but some people couldn’t stomach Sri Lanka’s victory over LTTE terrorism. Responding to a query, the Minister emphasized that India too, benefited from the eradication of the LTTE in May 2009. “The LTTE posed an immense threat to India, therefore the destruction of the LTTE was nothing but a necessity. We had the solid backing of many countries, including India and New Delhi knew what was happening. Tamil Nadu too, was aware of the campaign against the LTTE. The war was brought to an end a few days before parliamentary elections in India,” he said.
The minister said that ongoing Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) would never have been a reality as long as the LTTE retained a conventional military capability. A gathering of over 50 heads of state or their representatives in Colombo was unthinkable a few years ago, the minister said, while recalling India positioning warships off Colombo during the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) in 2008.
Commenting on Indian Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh’s decision to skip CHOGM 2013, Minister Rajapaksa it was a far bigger problem for India than Sri Lanka.

Ask Harper whether he had laid a Wreath Ever for Native Americans who died because of atrocities by his great great… relatives.
