   When the FOX is MINDING the HEN HOUSE how can we RELY ON such assurances!

   If the YAMAPALANAYA was an effective, patriotic government committed to discharging it’s DUTY, it would not have let the man accuses of a MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR ROBBERY at the Nation’s PREMIER BANK runaway to another country on ANY EXCUSE including attending a wedding! The matter is TOO IMPORTANT to the CITIZENS and the RISK of his coming back, or having him EXTRADITED, is JUST TOO GREAT!

   It is not as if the YAMAPALANAYA did not have fair warning and it was a SUDDEN DEPARTURE!

   Now, we citizens of Sri Lanka will have to whistle for the money!
