ධර්මසිරි සෙනෙවිරත්න .
ශ්‍රී ල නි ප නිලධාරීන් තොරණ රැස්වීමේදී ඇතිවූ කාලගොට්ටියෙන් පෙනෙන්නේ බිම් මට්ටමේ පාක්ෂිකයන් ට අවශ්‍ය මහින්ද බවය් .සිරිපාලටත් සිරිසේනටත් අවශ්‍ය මහින්ද පැත්තකින් තියාගනඔහුගේත් සහයෙන් තමන්ට බලය ලබාගැනීමට බවපාක්ෂිකයන්ට ඉව වැටී ඇත. මොන මොන අඩු පාඩු තිබුනත් රනිල් හා චන්ද්‍රිකා තරම් මහින්ද රටට ද්‍රෝහී නොවෙයය් රට්ටු සිතති . දූෂණයෙන් තොර ය සෙවීම කිසිවෙකු නොමල ගෙයකින් අබ සෙවීම වැනි බව දන්නා රට්ටු 2009 න පසු බියෙන් ඔරවා පොළොවේ පයගසා යන්නට තමන්ට ඉඩ සැලසු මහින්ද ගේ සහචරයින්ගේ දුෂණ ඉවසා සිටින්නේ දැනට ඔහුට වඩා හොඳ කිසිවෙක් නැති නිසා වෙනි
දිනේෂ් හා භුමි පුත්‍ර පක්ෂය මීට පෙර රටට ගැලපෙන රටේ උරුමක්කාරයන්ගේ අයිතිවාසිකම් ආරක්ෂාවෙන ප්‍රතිපත්ති සමගින් ඉදිරිපත් වුවත් බොහෝ සිංහල බෞද්ධයන්ට වත් ඒ ගැන දැනුමක් නොතිබුණි ඔවුන් ප්‍රධාන පක්ෂ දෙක වටා පමණක් ගොන්රලක් මෙන් ඒකරාශී වුහ . දිනේෂ් වැනි පුද්ගලයෙක් මීට පෙර බලයට පත්වුයේ නම් සිංහල යන්ට මෙවැනි ඉරණමක් අ ත් වන්නේ නැත . ඒවා දැන් හමාරය ගිය නුවන ඇතුන් ලවාවත් අද්දවන්නට . බැරිය ඒ පවු . අපි තවත් වින්දවමුද නැත් නම් දැනට ජනප්‍රිය මිනිහා කොවක දමා හෝ සකසා දමනයකර නරක මිතුරන්ගෙන් ඈත් කර ඉදිරියට ගෙන රනිල් හා චන්ද්‍රිකා දේශද්‍රෝහීන් බලයෙන් පහ කරමුද .එක ශ්‍රී ලණි ප බිම් මට්ටමේ අයෙක් සුසිල් ප්‍රේමජයන්ත අමතා මෙසේ කියනු මම දැක්කෙමි ””’මහින්ද නැත්නම් මගේ භාර්යාවගේ චන්දෙවත් ගන්න මට හැකියාවක් නැහැ .””’ඒ ප්‍රකාශය සියල්ල තේරුම් කරවය් .
18 වෙනිදා දිනේෂ් ලාගේ රැස්වීමේදී කල යුතු මුලිකම දේ නම් එවැනි චන්ද දායකයන් තවතවත් උත්තේජනයට පත් කිරීමය් විමල් ලා සහ හෙළ උරුමයේ අ ය ගෙනා හොඳ යෝජනාත් සමග 13 සහ පළාත් සභා අහෝසි කරන බවට ජනතාවට සඵත කර කියා සිටිය යු තුය එහෙත් වාසු වැනි අ ය මේ අදහස් වලට නොගැලපේ .ඒගැන විමසිලිමත් විය යුතුය .කට හැකර කතාවලට වඩා බුද්ධිමත් ලෙස ජනතාවට මෙහිදී කරුණු කියාදිය යුතුය නලින් ද සිල්වා වැනි අ ය ට මෙහිදී විශාල කාර්ය භාරයක් කල හැක .හැබය් මහින්ද තමන්ට වැරදුන දේ දන්නා බවත්ඉදිරියේදී නිසි මග යමින් රට ගලවා ගැනීමට කටයුතුකරන බවත් ප්‍රසිධියේ ප්‍රකාශ කල යුතුය . ජයග්‍රහණයෙන් පසු මයිත්රීත් එකතු කර ගත යුතු නම් වඩා හොඳය . ගිනිකන්න ලාගේ නිමල් සිරි පාල ට දැන් අවශ්‍ය තමන් අගමැති වීමටය ඔහුත් වාසු ගේ අදහස් ඇති අයෙකි ජනතාව ඔහුගෙන් ප්‍රවේසම් විය යුතුය
දැනට කලහැකිදේ දැන් කර ඉදිරිය ගැන නිවැරදි ව්‍යාපෘති සකස් කරමු ද්‍රෝහීන් ගෙන් රට බේරා ගැනීමට දැනට කල හැකි දේ කරමු .

Going little away from your subject matter, let me suggest following proposals that we must bring onto the bargaining table. Mahinda needs us, we need Mahinda, so we must come to a deal. However if he declares that he will abolish 13th and will adhere to national development policy based on the consensus of a national task force for a production oriented economy, then the UNP and the My3 faction will end up in the political wilderness. May the triple Gem bless Mahinda to be enlightened with this simple political wisdom.
අපි මේ වෙලාවේ 13 අහෝසි කිරීමේ කොන්දේසිය අනුලන්ගනීය කොන්දේසියක් විදියට දේසපාලන සාකච්චා මේසයට ගෙන්න ඕන. මහින්දට එක කරන්නද පුළුවන් බව මට විශ්වාසයි. එතුමාට සිද්ධ වෙච්ච සියලු දේවල් ගැන හිතනකොට එය ඉටු කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය සියලු සාධක ඉටුවෙලා තියෙන්නේ. මෛත්‍රීට එක කරන්න කොන්දක් නැහැ කියන එක අපි දන්නවා. රනිල් කරන්නෙත් නැහැ. සිරිපාල ගොයියා කරන්නෙත් නැහැ. මේක කරයි කියල හිතන්න පුළුවන් එකම කෙනා තමයි මහින්ද. ඒ හින්ද මහින්දව තමයි ඉස්සරහට ගෙන්න ඕන. හැබැයි, 13 ගැන පැහැදිලි ප්‍රකාශයක් ප්‍රතිපත්ති ප්‍රකාශනයට ඇතුල් කිරීමේ කොන්දේසියට යටත්ව.
මෙවර මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මහතා දේශපාලනයට ආයුත්තේ selfless ජන නායකයෙකු මිස තවත් එක කුට දේශපාලකයෙකු ලෙස නොවේ. ඔහු ආයුත්තේ ඉතිහාසය වෙනස් කිරීමේ අභිලාෂයෙනි. එනම් ජනතා ශක්තිය හා ඔවුන්ගෙන් ඔහුට ලැබෙන ආරක්ෂාව පිලිබඳ විශ්වාසයෙනි. ඔහු 13 වෙනස් කරන බවට ප්‍රතිඥා දී, ජාතික ආර්ථික ප්‍රතිපත්තියක් අනුගමනය කරන බවට සහතිකයක් ජනතාවට ලභා දෙන්නේ නම්, ලක්ෂ ගණන් ජනතාව ඔහුගේ නිවස අසල කඳවුරු බැඳගෙන ඔහු ආරක්ෂා කරනු ඇත. එවිට යුධ අපරාධ බිල්ලන්ට ඔහු රැගෙන යාමට සිදුවන්නේ මහා ජන ඝාතනයක් සිදු කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුවය. ඔහු ජන නායකයෙකි. අහක ඉන්න පෙන්දන්ගෙන් ආරක්ෂාව ඉල්ලා බැගපත් වීම ඔහුට තරම් නොවේ. ඔහු සැබෑ ජන නායකයෙකු ලෙස කැප්පෙටිපොළ කෙනෙකු මෙන් මරණය පිළිබඳව තුට්ටුවකට වත් මායිම් කල යුතු නොවේ. හැකිනම් තමාව යුධ අපරාධ වලට අල්ලා දෙනලෙස වත්මන් රජයට අභියෝග කිරීමේ හැකියාවක් ඔහුට තිබිය යුතුය. මංගලලා මෛත්‍රී ලා ඉන්දියාව සහ බටහිර සමග දැන් තමාව කොටු කිරීමේ කුමන්ත්‍රණයක නියලී සිටිනී නම් ඒ බව ජනතාවට ප්‍රසිද්ධියේ කීමට ඔහුට හැකි විය යුතුය.
ඉන්දියාවත්, බටහිරත් ඔහුට පිටුපසින් පිහියෙන් අනින ලද බව ඔහු දැන් දන්නෙහිය. එය දන්නා නිසා ඔවුන් සතුටු කිරීමේ වගකීමෙන් ඔහු නිදහස්ය. උතුරු නැගෙනහිර ද්‍රවිඩ චන්ද දායකයා ඔහුව කරපොත්තෙකු මෙන් පාගා දමා තිබේ. ඔහු අනවශ්‍ය තරමට ඇත පත ගෑ කොළඹ ආත්මයක් නැති තුප්පහියන් රැල ඔහුට වස දී ඇති බව ඔහු මැනවින් දනී. දැන් ඔහු නිදහස් මිනිසෙකි. මේ පරාජය ජාතියේ අනාගත මාවත වෙනස් කරන ආශිර්වාදයක් වියහැකි සිදුවීමක් බවට පෙරලීමට ඔහුට හැකි විය යුතුය. පරාජය ඔහු අත තිබෙන දෙවියන් විසින් ඔහුවෙත ලභා දෙන ලද වරයක් සේ සලකන්න.
අපේ මුළු පරපුරම ශ්‍රී ලංකා නිදහස් පක්ෂය නිසා සියලු දේවල් නැති කරගත්ත මිනිස්සු. අපි පක්ෂයෙන් ගත්තු දෙයක් නැහැ. අපි පක්ෂයට දීල තියෙනවා මිසක්.අඩු තරමින් රක්ශාවක්වත් අපි අරන් නැහැ. එනිසා, ඔය දේශපාලකයින්ට වඩා පක්ෂයෙන් යමක් ඉල්ලා හිටින්ඩ අපිට සදාචාරාත්මක අයිතියක් තියෙනවා. මම පෞද්ගලිකව දෙසපාලකයෝ පස්සෙන් යන බූරු පැටියෙක් නෙවෙය්. නමුත් මහින්ද වගේම දෙවෙනි පරම්පරාවේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා පාක්ෂිකයෝ හැටියට අපි ඉල්ලා හිටින්නේ එක දෙයයි. 13 අහෝසි කරන්න, ගංගා නිම්න පදනම් කරගත් කලාප අනුව හෝ දිස්ත්‍රික්ක සභා මත පදනම්ම්ව බලය විමද්‍ය ගත කරන්න, ජාතික ආර්ථික ප්‍රතිපත්තියක් ගෙන්න. මේක මහින්දට පුළුවන්, සිරිපාලට බැරි දෙයක්.
මේ ඓතිහාසික කර්තව්‍යය ඉටුකරලා, රටට සදාකාලික සාමයක් සෞභාග්‍යයක් ලබාදීල ඉතිහාස ගත වෙන්න මහින්ද ලැහැස්තිද????????
මා මේ කී දෑ ඔහු සැලකිල්ලට ගන්නේ නම්, ප්‍රථමයෙන්ම ඔහු ඔවුන්ගේ නිවසේ නම වෙනස් කරනු ඇත. කාල්ටන් Carlton වෙනුවට සිංහල නමක් නිවසට යෙදුවොත්, ඔහු selfless ජන නායකයෙකු ලෙස දේශපාලනයට අවතීර්ණ වීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන බවට අපට දෙන ලද සංඥාවක් සේ එය පිළිගැනීමට අප බලාපොරොත්තු වෙමු.

The advantage of the declaration of repealing 13 is far reaching. Many UNP supporters and other party supporters will vote for the candidate (hopefully Rajapaksa) who pledges to repeal 13 is a definite result. That will even happen among the JHU supporters. By this way, president Mahinda Rajapaksa can make his defeat a deadly boomerang to the conspirators, especially for India and the west. The entire conspiracy will be backfired. Let us make them to eat their entire shit load.

The only leader who has the backbone to tell the International community to mind their own business is none other than Mahinda Rajapksa. He should be encouraged and pushed by the people of this land who love thy Motherland to come back to active politics and save them before these Yahapalanaya Gobells sell this land of ours to Tamils & Muslims.
This western backed Govt is trying to stop Mahinda by any means before the General election therefore all his political friends ,parties, the citizens must act quickly to bring him back to the stage to start anew and to start developing the country.
As this land is ours we Sinhala Buddhists must get united to fight Tamil & Muslim terrorism and stop their expansion of our lands by these two groups. They should be kept in the distance as you cannot trust them to be Sri Lankans. They have already started acting like kings of this land. They support India & Pakistan than their own land of birth. We should boycott their goods and their shops because the money they earn from it spent on other illegal purposes. Most of the Muslims are drug addicts or drug lords or drug carriers. These two groups have come to destroy us Sinhala Buddhists and we should not give room to play with our lives or to destroy the peace we are enjoying after the war.

I agree with you. Actually Sri Lanka, a country of 25000 sq. miles doesn’t need a wide arrangement of devolution of power. Similar extent of land in the USA, such as state of West Virginia has only one administration. But there are so many different ethnicities living there. None asks separate states. That is the truth.
What is realistic to do in SL is to increase the efficiency of our administrative structure into regional level, and increasing the proportionate minority participation in decision-making process in the center, which they already have now. (They are still unhappy about it. It is a different story)
But we are living under this obscenity of the demand for devolution of power on ethnic line since colonial time. However we can live with the concept of ‘devolution’ although it makes us poor and poorer day by day, and that may be the hidden objective of India an the west, but what we cannot live with is the devolution precisely on ethnic line. Majority fear has valid reasons. They fear of secession. The reason of the majority to fear is the actual reason why Tamil minority, India and the west vehemently demanding for it. Because they know devolution can be used as the catalyst for secession is the exact goal they want to achieve. That is the hidden agenda. But they won’t say it in public. This ‘not telling’ in public must be our point of exit. We must use it for our advantage.
Abolishing 13 is the only answer for the prevention of secession on the regional units based on current provinces, which in turn based on ethnicity. Introducing new concept of devolution based on newly demarcated regions created on boundaries of river basins (I don’t remember who proposed this concept of river basins) will be a good answer to permanently seal the entire future plans of secession.
Then the Tamils, India and west might say that Tamils harbor aspirations to have their own ethnic enclave and violating it is a crime. Our political leadership must have courage to tell them that satisfying all unrealistic aspirations of different ethnic groups that undermine the concept of nation state is beyond the power of national politics, but remains within power of almighty god. Therefore aspirators mustn’t bring their unrealistic aspirations into politics but must take them to kovils and smash coconuts.
Mahinda must do this, and he is the only one can do it.
