කඳවුරු ඉවත් කිරීම

පලාලි කඳවුර අවට අක්කර දහසක් ඇතුළු තවත් කඳවුරු කිහිපයකට අයත් ඉඩම් බෙදා දීමට ආණ්ඩුව පියවර ගෙන ඇත. කඳවුරු අවශ්‍ය වන්නේ රටේ ආරක්‍ෂාව සඳහා ය. රට සම්පුර්ණයෙන් ම ආරක්‍ෂිත නම් විශේෂ කඳවුරු එකක්වත් අවශ්‍ය නැත. එහෙත් අපට ප්‍රශ්නය වී ඇත්තේ රටේ ආරක්‍ෂාව ගැන ආණ්ඩුවට සහතිකයක් දිය හැකි ද යන්න ය. රටේ ආරක්‍ෂාව ගැන තම ජනාධිපතිවරණ ප්‍රකාශයේ වචනයක්වත් සඳහන් නොකළ මෛත්‍රිපාල සිරිසේනට වඩා වැදගත් වන්නේ ජනාධිපතිකම ආරක්‍ෂා කර ගැනීම බව අපි දනිමු. විශේෂයෙන් ම මහින්ද රැල්ලක් ඇති වී තිබෙන විට ජනාධිපතිකම ආරක්‍ෂා කරගැනීම වැදගත් වෙයි. එයට අමතර ව රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ විධායක ජනාධිපති ධුරයේ තටු කපා ඒවා අගමැති ධුරයට සවි කිරීමට අර අඳිමින් සිටියි.
නන්දිකඩාල් ජයග්‍රහණයෙන් පසු බෝම්බ පිපිරීම් නතර වීමට එක් හේතුවක් නම් ආරක්‍ෂක අමාත්‍යාංශය හා බුද්ධි අංශය ඒ ගැන පරීක්‍ෂාවෙන් සිටීම ය. හමුදා කඳවුරු ද එහි දී ප්‍රයෝජනවත් විය. පලාලේ කඳවුර නොවන්නට කොටින්ට පලාලේ ගුවන් තොටුපළට යන එන ගුවන් යානාවලට වෙඩි තැබීම ප්‍රශ්නයක් නොවන බව අතීත අත්දැකීමෙන් කිව හැකි ය.
මෙරට තවමත් දෙමළ ජාතිවාදය හා දෙමළ බෙදුම්වාදය ක්‍රියාත්මක වෙයි. විශේෂයෙන් ම රනිල් සිරිසේන ආණ්ඩුව පත්වීමෙන් පසු දෙමළ ජාතිවාදීහු පෙරට පැමිණ සිටිති. අද උතුරු පළාත් මහා ඇමති විග්නේස්වරන් ක්‍රියා කරන්නේ වඩුකොඩෙයි යෝජනාවලට ආපසු යෑමට ය. දෙමළ ත්‍රස්තවාදය නැවතත් ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය පසුබිම දෙමළ ජාතික සංධානය විසින් සකස් කෙරෙමින් පවතියි. ඒ අතර බටහිර රටවල් හා ඉන්දියාව තමන්ට සුපුරුදු ආකාරයට නැවතත් සිංහල ජාතිකත්වයට එරෙහි ව ක්‍රියා කරයි.
රටේ ආරක්‍ෂාව ගැන සැලකිල්ලක් දක්වන ආණ්ඩුවක් කඳවුරු ඉවත් කිරීමට පෙර දෙමළ ජාතිවාදය පරාජය කිරීමට සිත යොමු කරනු ඇත. එහෙත් මේ ආණ්ඩුව එසේ නො කරයි. ඔවුහු බටහිරයන් සමග එකතු වී ඊනියා මානව අයීිතිිවාසිකම් කඩ කිරීම් පිළිබඳ පරීක්‍ෂණ පැවැත්වීමට කටයුතු කරති. හමුදාව අධෛර්යමත් කරති. පසුගිය ආණ්ඩුව බටහිරයන්ට අවශ්‍ය අන්දමට කටයුතු නොකළ බැවින් බටහිරයෝ අපට විරුද්ධව ව්‍යාජ මානව අයිතිවාසිකම් කඩවීම් චෝදනා ඉදිරිපත් කළහ. අද ඒ යෝජනා ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම කල් දමා ඇත්තේ ආණ්ඩුව බටහිරයන්ට දෙමළ ජාතිවාදයට හා කොටින්ට උඩගෙඩි සපයමින් කප්පන් දී ඇති බැවිනි. මංගල සමරවීර හා විජිත හේරත් මානව අයිතිවාසිකම් කඩවීම් ගැන කතාකරන්නේ රටට පක්‍ෂව නොවන බව පැහැදිලි ය.
දින සියය ඇතුළත මේ සියල්ල කරන රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ මහා මැතිවරණයෙන් බලයට පැමිණියහොත් කුමක් කරනු ඇත් දැයි සිතාගත හැකි ය. කඳවුරු ඉවත් කිරීම පිළිබඳ නිමල් සිරිපාල වැනි පාරාජික ශ්‍රී ල නි ප නායකයන් කියන්නේ කුමක් දැයි දැනගනු කැමැත්තෙමු.

He never cared about the country. He was always sleeping in Geneva sessions!!!
How can we expect anything good from him??

Mahinda, as the ex- President who ran few ministries including National security is silent.
People already showed support at Nugegoda.
Why can’t he come out from hiding and hold a press conference and say something once? He must take the leadership, if there is no credible leader in the parliament.

Namaste: I know most of you do not agree with that Indian Imperialism is our problem. What Indians will do is to stop a two third majority in the parliament for one Sinhalese political party. Then Indians can play hell with us as they have done from 1956 until 2005. Talking about defense India will provide it. Are you people aware that in 1956 a new irrigation minister came in, his wife ran the Ministry and more and more Indians settled in the North, North Central and the East. Jai Hind.

During the height of the Tamil Tigers’ attacks the Indian defence (or foreign) minister said “we will provide the weapons to Sri Lanka and we will decide what they should have” or words to that effect leaving the ex president MR no other option than getting what was needed from others who were willing to give them.
Another Indian, now in their govt one time said India must annex Sri Lanka as the solution to the Tamil problem (they mean their Tamil problem). Later on the same man proposed that the highest honour that India could give to a civilian must be awarded to the ex-president MR for getting rid of the military capability of the Tamil Tigers; they were afraid of the monster they created had grown to a size they could not control.
India has consulate offices in Colombo, Kandy, Jaffna and Hambanthota. The last one to provide the consular needs of the large number of Indians they have discovered there!

Everyone must keep in mind that only the military wing of the terrorist group LTTE within the country was defeated.There are still LTTE cadres in the country and abroad who are simply hibernating. The Tamil diaspora is very much active and they are supported by many countries and many organizations who are against the Sinhalese Buddhists. Most Tamils have not given up the the idea of Eelam although they want to live in other parts of the country where they are safe unless they start some trouble.
It is not a smart idea to withdraw the armed forces from any part of the country especially from the North and the East. In addition to maintaining a good armed force presence in these areas , it is necessary to have a very good intelligence network.
A clause must be included in the constitution to make separatism illegal.
