ජනාධිපති මෛත‍්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මහතාට සහ අගමැති රනිල් වික්රමසිංහ මහතාට එරෙහිව පළාත් සභා මන්ත‍්‍රී උදය ගම්මන්පිල මහතා විසින් අද අල්ලස් හෝ දුෂණ කොමිෂන් සභාවට පැමිණිලි කලේය.
ඔහු පවසන්නේ පසුගිය ජනපතිවරණයට පෙර මාධ්‍ය හමුවක් පවත්වමින් මෛත්‍රිපාල සිරිසේන මහතා තමා ජයග්‍රහණය කළහොත් රනිල් වික්රමසිංහ මහතා අගමැති ධූරයට පත් කරන බවට කළ ප‍්‍රකාශය අල්ලස් දීමක් බවයි.
ජනාධිපති මෛත‍්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මහතා තනතුරක් පොරොන්දු වීම සහ ලබාදීමද අගමැති රනිල් වික්රමසිංහ මහතා තනතුරක් භාර ගැනීම යන වරදද සිදු කර ඇතැයි පැමිණිල්ලේ දැක්වෙයි.
අල්ලස් කොමිසමට පැමිණිල්ල භාර දී මට පැමිණි අවස්ථාවේනීතිඥ උදය ගම්මන්පිල දැක්වු අදහස්
‘ජනාධිපති පණත අනුව ජනාධිපති අපේක්ෂකයකු තනතුරක් ලබා දිමට පොරොන්දු වීම, තනතුරක් ලබා දීම, තනතුරක් භාර ගැනිම යන සියල්ල වරදක් බවට පත්වෙනවා. අල්ලසක් බව පත් වෙනවා ඒ අනුව පසුගිය නොවැම්බර් මාසේ 21වෙනිදා මෛත්‍රිපාල සිරිසේන මැතිතුමා මාධ්‍ය හමුවක් තියලා ප්‍රකාශ කරනවා මම ජනාධිපතිවරනයට ඉදිරිපත් වෙනවා මම ජනාධිපති වුනොත් පැය 24කින් රනිල් වික්රමසිංහ මහත්තයා අගමැති කරනවා කියලා. මේ කාරනය ප්‍රකාශ කරන කොට රනිල් වික්රමසිංහ මහත්තයා ජනිධිපති අපෙක්ෂකයෙක් විදියට ඉදිරිපත් විමටයි සිටියේ ඔහු තමන්ගේ අපේක්ෂ දුරයෙන් ඉවත්වෙලා එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂය තිරණය කරනවා මෛත්‍රිපාල සිරිසේන මැතිතුමාට සහාය පළ කරන්න. මෛත්‍රිපාල සිරිසේන මහත්මයාගේ ජයග්‍රහනයේ ප්‍රබලතම සාධකය වන්නේ එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂය ඔහුට සහාය පළ කිරිම. ඔහු එය ලබා ගන්නේ අගමැති දුරය එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂයේ නායකයට ලබා දිමට පොරොන්දු වෙලා. ඒ අනුව ජනාධිපතිවරන පනතේ 79 වන වගන්ති යටතේ අල්ලස් වරදකට වර්තමාන ජනාධිපති මෛත්‍රිපාල සිරිසේන මැතිතුමාත් වර්තමාන අගමැති රනිල් වික්රමසිංහ මැතිතුමාත් වරදකරුවන් බවට පත්වෙනවා. විශේෂයෙන්ම මෙම වරද කරලා තියෙන්නේ රටේ පළමු සහ දෙවැනි පුරවැසියන් අල්ලසට දිලා තියෙන්නේ රටේ දෙවැනි වැදගත්ම තනතුර ඒ නිසා මේ වගේ අල්ලසක් ලංකා ඉතිහාසයේ මින් පෙර වාර්ථා වී නැ. ඒ නිසා අපි අල්ලස් කොමිසමෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටිනවා සියළු විමර්ෂන නතර කර ප්‍රමුඛතා පදනමින් මේ චෝදනාව පිළිබද විමර්ශනය කරලා වරදිකරුවන්ට දඩුවම් ලබා දෙන්න කියලා. ඒ වගේ වර්ථමාන අගමැතිතුමා පාර්ලිමේන්තුවේ සදහන් කළ අකාරයට වර්ථමාන අල්ලස් කොමිසමේ අධ්‍යක්ෂ ජෙනරාල් දුරය දරන්නේ එතුමාගේ පුද්ගලික මිතුරියක් වන දිල්රුක්ෂි ඩයස් වික්රමසිංහ මැතිනියයි. එතුමියගේ නායකත්වයෙන් තිබෙන අල්ලස් කොමිසම කෙතරම් අපක්ෂපාතිව කටයුතු කරනවද කියලා පරික්ෂාවට ලක් කෙරෙන අවස්ථාවක් විදියට මේ පැමිනිල්ල දකිනවා. ඒ නිසා කඩිනමින්, කාර්යක්ෂමව සහ අපක්ෂපාතිව මේ පැමිණිල්ල විභාග කරන්න මුළු රටම මේ පැමිණිල්ල දෙස බලා සිටිනවා කියලා අපි අල්ලස් කොමිසමට යළිත් සිහිපත් කර සිටිනව. ආණ්ඩුවේ දින සිය දැන් ඉවරයි ඒ වගේම අණ්ඩුව අල්ලස් කොමිසම පැත්තේ රවුම් ගැහුව කාලෙත් ඉවරයි වගේ පෙන්නේ දැන් පටන් අරන් තියෙන්නේ ආණ්ඩුව ගෙදර යවන අපේ දින සියේ වැඩසටහන ඒ වැඩසටහන ඇතුලත දී ආණ්ඩුවේ අය අවාත් නාවත් අපි ඉදිරියට සතිපතා අල්ලස් කොමිසමට ඇවිත් මේ ආණ්ඩුව බලයට පත්විම ආණ්ඩුවේ දිව 100 හා ඊට පෙරත් පසුත් කළ වංචා දුෂණ පිලිබද පැමිණිලි කරන්නත් මේ පක්ෂත්ග්‍රහි අල්ලස් කොමිසම මේ වෙනුවෙන් නිතිය ක්‍රියාත්මක කරනවාද කියලත් විමසිල්ලෙන් සිටින්නත් බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවා.

උදය ගමන්පිලගේ තර්කය හා ගොනුකර ඇති පෙත්සම ඉතා සදාරණය. එයට මොනවිදියේ විසදුමක් ලැබෙතත් (අල්ලස් කොමිෂම චුදිතයන්ගේම නිර්මාණයක් බැවින් හොරාගේ අම්මගෙන් පේන ඇසිම වැනි විසඳුමක් ලැබිය හැක) අවම වශයෙන් මේ ජෝඩුව අනිත් අයට චෝදනා කරන්නේ තමන් නිවැරදිව සිටින ස්ථාවරයක සිට නොවනබව තේරුම්ගනු ඇත.

Hats off to Udaya Gamampila for his courage to bring MY3 / Ranil to books.Keep it up Sir,the public is behind you so just make it hard for these cruel liars. These traitor combination should be taught a lesson.They came to power with lies and they must be wiped off too with lies.
Ranil should be brought to justice for aiding and abating LTTE terror group while he was in office. He should be brought to justice for appointing a foreign citizen as the head of the Central Bank. He should be brought to justice for having torture chambers and for helping LTTE terrorist movement to kill our war heroes etc. This guy is a criminal more than anybody in the political spectrum. Must investigate MY3’s cross over after eating hoppers at the Presidential palace and so on. There are so many wrong doings by this Govt which needs to investigate like they do on others.

Namaste: Thanks Gammanpila. What I see is Indian Empire is more powerful now with its newly acquired friendship with the US and the West. WE have to understand that India is not that country of poor beggars. It is an Empire. Most of us are do not know what is happening around the world. There are poor and uneducated and unskilled people in India like in any other country. But there are about 300 million Indians in India who falls within the middle class then there are about 30 million Indians overseas including Indians in the Island. I applaud Udaya and Pivithuru Hela Urumaya for taking this stand. My3/RW duo hoodwinked the entire nation. My3 at one time said that the commission taking in the MR government was over 90% and just by stopping that he can find enough money for development programs. RW who spoke to the media at MY3 inauguration said that the full credit of finishing the war goes to MR and the new government will ensure safety of MR. Is this how they are ensuring safety, not only of MR but of the entire country.
Now that My3 has proved that he is a puppet, we should also know that RW too is a puppet. How can two puppets give any leadership to a country, for that matter to a country like SL?
However, in the last few months, I have grown to admire the second tier of leaders in MR’s Government. Leaders like Dinesh Gunawardena, Wimal Weerawansa and now Udaya Gammanpila. Irrespective of their personal safety (and that of their families), these heroes talk and act for the masses and for the country of their birth.
As Christie says, the danger of Indians is not only the numbers, but they flock together.
However, don’t forget we are (the small as we are) the only people in this world that eliminated a terrorist outfit, we are the only people that saved the most number of hostages, we are the only country that embarked on mega development so soon after ending one of the longest bloody wars in the world, we are the only nation that utilised the men/women in uniform in a profitable way to themselves and to the country once the war was finished. NO WONDER WE ARE ENVIED BY SO MANY.
