An Open Letter to President Sirisena

Concerned Diaspora
Mr. president,
I heard you sent a letter to former President Rajapaksa a couple of days ago. I have a Suggestion: Why not send another letter to the former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe too? Otherwise, he will feel left out, don’t you think?
Here are my suggestions for that letter. You can write it in Sinhala if you like. I have been eager to speak to someone in your government for a long time. But I live outside the country. You see, I am one of the diaspora ignored by your ex-Foreign Minister. He only meets with the Pro-LTTE diaspora.
Here are my suggestions for your letter to the ex-PM:
- Tell him you are the President and ask him not to twist your arm.
- Ask him to own up to his guilt for the Central Bank fiasco.
- Tell him to stop making secret deals with the North.
- Ask him to stop lying about his opponents.
- Tell him to stop exaggerating about the 100-day plan that never materialized.
- Tell him to stop his Foreign Minister from making false statements.
- Tell him to stop this nonsense about building a bridge to Tamil Nadu.
- Ask him to explain how he got a scholarship” to MIT not long before January 8th.
- Tell him we saw that there were only 5 people in the audience for a scheduled speech by him at MIT
- Ask him to stop playing the religion game by going to Kovils at this time of his life.
- Tell him to stop his Finance Minister taking credit for positive things done by the last government.
- Tell him to keep his Foreign Minister in check and make sure political appointees in embassies do some work ie updating their websites.
I can go on and on… but this is a good list for a start.

Best thing this ungrateful Grama Sevakaya should do is to resign from the President post of the S.L.F.P. without destroying the party which ruled this country for many many years and produced the first woman Prime Minister in the world.
This shameless creature maybe nuts to give statements often without any value to it. Once a traitor to the party is always a traitor. Instead of sacking others S.L.F.Per’s must unite and get rid of this mental retard guy before he do more nasty things to this great party. S.L.F.P.er’s must understand that this guy is not a S.L.F.Per now but a UNPer. He is not only supporting them but talk on behalf of them. Where ever he go he goes with UNPer’s not S.L.F.Per’s. He is a pain in the ass for the party so he should be removed at once and appoint Mahinda as the President of the party.
