ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාදී රටක ප්‍රබල විපක්‍ෂයක් තිබිය යුතු නමුත් අද එවැනි තත්වයක් නැති හෙයින් නව දේශපාලන පක්‍ෂයක් බිහි විය යුතුව ඇති බව හිටපු ආරක්‍ෂක ලේකම් ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්‍ෂ පවසයි.

‘ශ්‍රී ලංකා නිදහස් පක්‍ෂය දෙකඩ වුනත් කරන්න දෙයක් නැහැ. ඉතිහාසය කියන්නෙ ඒකයි. ශ්‍රී ලංකා නිදහස් පක්ෂය කියන්නේ නමක් පමණයි. රටක ජනතාවගේ අවශ්‍යතාව ගැන සිතීම ඊට වඩා වැදගත් කියන එකයි මම හිතන්නෙ.’ ඔහු එම ප්‍රකාශය කළේ බීබීසීයේ තිසර රතුවිතාන සමඟ විශේෂ සාකච්ඡාවකට එක් වෙමින්.

‘බණ්ඩාරනායක මහත්තය, අපේ තාත්ත එදා අලුත් පක්ෂයක් බිහි කළා. එදා එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂය දෙකට කැඩෙනවා කියල හිටියේ නැහැනේ.’ ඔහු වැඩිදුරටත් පැවසීය.

නව පක්ෂයක් බිහි වුවහොත් තමා දේශපාලනයට පිවිසෙන්නේ දැයි බීබීසීය විමසූ විට ඔහු සිනහ මුසුව දුන්නේ මෙවැනි පිළිතුරක්.

‘මට හිතෙනවා දේශපාලනයට පිවිසිය යුතුයි කියල.’ (හඬ පටය අමුණා ඇත.)

නව දේශපාලන පක්ෂයක් බිහි වේනම් එහි නායකත්වය භාර ගන්නා ලෙස තමන්ට ද ආරාධනා ලැබී ඇති බව ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්‍ෂ මෙහිදී ප්‍රකාශ කළේය.

අද රටේ සිටින්නේ ‘බොරුවට හදපු විරුද්ධ පක්‍ෂ නායකයෙක්’ බවයි ඔහු පවසන්නේ.

නායකයා කවුද?

‘ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාදී රටක ප්‍රබල විපක්ෂයක් තියෙන්න ඕනනෙ. ඒක අද නැති කරලා තියෙනවා. විරුද්ධ පක්‍ෂ නායකයාත් බොරුවට හදපු නායකයෙක් නෙ. පාර්ලිමේන්තුවේ ඇත්ත විරුද්ධ පක්ෂය ඒක නෙවෙයිනෙ. ඒක හින්ද අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම නව පක්‍ෂයක් බිහි වෙන්නට ඕන.’ හිටපු ආරක්ෂක ලේකම්වරයා පැවසීය.

බිහිවන නව පක්ෂයේ නායකයා මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ හිටපු ජනාධිපතිවරයා හෝ ඔහුගේ ආශීර්වාදය යටතේ වෙනත් නායකයෙකු හෝ විය හැකි බවයි ඔහු පවසන්නේ.

එය සන්ධානයක් වශයෙන් ක්‍රියාත්මක විය හැකි බවද ඔහු ඉඟි කරයි.

   සින්හල බුදුවෝත්, කිතුනුවෝත්, මුස්ලිමුත් එකතුවී ඉන්දියානු අදිරදයට හා ඉන්දියානු පරපෝසිතයනට එරෙහිව නැගී සිටිය යුතුය.

   Sinhala Buddhists, Christians and Muslims should unite and fight for freedom from Indian Empire and Indian colonial parasites.

   Gota our great war hero son should lead the country without say “NO” because many Srilankans wish is the same as mine. He will be a strong leader if he chose to lead. We need a strong leader not a puppet on a string at this critical moment. This great war hero did something to the country no one deny that.We walk feely because of this great personality and the war heros today. To stop all foreign Mafia groups entering Sri lanka today we must have a fearless leader. If we go on like this very soon we will lose our country to foreigners. Wake up Sinhalese, forget the petty differences and get united under a fearless leader like Gotabaya a great warrior.

   Honourable Sir, this is the need of the hour….. to lead the nation out of this hell hole. This is the hour that the nation needs you once again to chase away those hyenas in sheep skin who are hounding Mother Lanka, ready to masticate her flesh.

   Patriots must get together for the final onslaught and save Mother Lanka for our future generations !

   As you know I’m AGAINST this new party. We have to correct the SLFP (by REMOVING the 1 evil My3). Other 2 are no use anyway. They cannot be SL president so they cannot be SLFP president. A vote will be held and MR will win it.

   HOWEVER, as most people support such a party, this should be our STRATEGY.

   GR can do politics BUT he should KEEP OUT of the frontline. We should play the AAPPA GAME. HIDE HIM until the last moment and then put him for presidential election in 2020 or 2021.

   IF My3 dies before then the election will be before.

   UNP-LTTE-ISIS terrorists will try to kill him if they know he is going to run for president. We SHIELD him and only put him forward when needed.
