How it happened? Another Indian job. The former President called an early election. The Indian imperialists (Indian Union) were ready to correct its mistake in 2005 when it backed Mahinda Rajapaksa over Ranil Wickramasinge. Then, Indian imperialists advised Indian block vote in the island to abstain from voting. The reason for the preference was Indian imperialists thought it will be easier to negotiate with Mahinda an unknown matter for India. When profiling Mahinda they did not take in to account his brothers, in particular Gotabaya who was in the US at that time. Unfortunately for India, Mahinda did not follow Indian directions as former Sri Lankan leaders did since 1956. In 2010 India enrolled General Sarath Fonseka as a presidential candidate against Mahinda and failed. So behind the scene as Indian imperialist always do they were planning for years and had got former governor Chandrika Bandaranayake-Kumaranatunge to do the job and succeeded with doing a repeat of what India did with her father Solomon West Ridgeway Dias Bandaranayake in 1951. India did not have to wait for four year this time. India managed to divide the non-Indian vote and got the Indian block vote for Maithripala Sirisena the new governor of Sri Lanka who may be the proxy for the real governor Chandrika.
What it means for Sri Lanka? Nothing much. It will be the same as what the island nation had from 1956 to 2005 and before from 1792 to 1948. The Indian minority will run the country with the privileges they enjoyed since their arrival under the cover of the British fire power and their own nonviolent aggression and oppression. They will claim they are the victims of Majority Chauvinists; the same claim that they make in other colonies from Fiji to Guyana. For example; finance and justice; most important ingredients in the world and heads of these two institutions in the island now are from the victimized minority and one of them has been brought from another colony.
What it means for the Indian Empire? It means a lot to the Indian Empire. The former partner of the British-Indian Empire from Fiji to Guyana that is all former tropical colonies of the British-Indian Empire. India lost its control over the island nation since 2005 as the new government of the island nation managed to wipe out the Indian terrorist arm; trained, armed, financed, managed and branded Tamil !Tigers by India. Since the election of the new governor Indian cars and food have become cheaper with reduced tax on Indian products. Indian Imperialists have already indicated massive investments and projects in all sectors of the economy. This will not be a hard act as the island nation’s economy has been in their hands for more than two centuries and the business language in the country is an Indian language spoken by more than 75 million of them in India. The wealthiest in the island are Indian though their wealth is not stored in the island but most of it in India. Reclaiming the control over the island nation will supplement its control over the Indian Ocean and Indian Ocean countries. With its unchallenged military power; with ICBMs, Aircraft Carriers, Nuke Subs, Nuke (Peace) bombs and purchase of hundred billion dollars’ worth of military hardware the island nation provides the best step with Mauritius a third State of India to lay a drag line across the Indian Ocean.

ශ්රී ලංකා නිදහස් පක්ෂයේ මහින්දවාදී පිරිස ශ‍්‍රීලනිප මෛත‍්‍රී පාර්ශ්වය හා එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂය ප‍්‍රමුඛ ජාතික ආණ්ඩුව සමඟ එක් වී පොදු ප‍්‍රතිපත්තිමය එකඟතාවක් සමඟ කටයුතු කිරීම කෙරෙහි මේ වන විට ශ‍්‍රීලනිපයේ මෛත‍්‍රී පාර්ශ්වයේ නියෝජිතයන් සමඟ සාකච්ඡා ආරම්භ කරමින් තිබේ.
මෙම දෙපාර්ශ්වයේ ප‍්‍රතිපත්ති සම්පාදක විද්වතුන් මෙම සාකච්ඡා සිදු කරමින් සිටින අතර මෙහි දී ශ‍්‍රීලනිපය දෙකඩ වීම වැළැක්වීම මෙහි මූලික අරමුණ කරගෙන ඇත. වත්මන් ආණ්ඩුව ‘ජාතික’ ආණ්ඩුවක් ලෙස නම් කරනු ලැබූව ද ඒ තුළ ජාතික ප‍්‍රතිපත්ති නැති බවත් එජාපයේ ස්ථාවරයන්ට සමගාමීව කටයුතු සිදු කෙරෙමින් පවතින බවත් ශ‍්‍රීලනිප පාර්ශ්ව දෙකෙහිම අදහස වී ඇත. එමෙන්ම ජනාධිපතිවරයා සතුව හෝ රට නංවන නිශ්චිත වැඩපිළිවෙළක් නොමැති වීම මත එජාපයේ ස්ථාවරය පමණක් ක‍්‍රියාත්මක වෙමින් පැවතීම ආණ්ඩුව ඒක පාක්ෂික ආණ්ඩුවක් බවට පත්වීම කෙරෙහි බලපා ඇති බව ද මෙම විද්වතුන් පවසයි.
මේ අනුව ශ‍්‍රීලනිප දෙපාර්ශ්වය ප‍්‍රතිපත්තිමය එකඟතාවක් මත එක් වී එජාපයට නව ජාතික ආණ්ඩු වැඩපිළිවෙළක් යෝජනා කළ යුතු බව මහින්දවාදී පිරිසේ යෝජනාව වී ඇත. විශේෂයෙන්ම එළැඹෙන අයවැය සඳහා ශ‍්‍රීලනිපයෙන් ද පූර්ණ අයවැය යෝජනාවක් ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතු බවත් මෙහි දී සාකච්ඡා කෙරී ඇත. එමෙන්ම මානව හිමිකම්, බලය බෙදාහැරීම, මැතිවරණ ක‍්‍රමය, විධායක ජනාධිපති ධුරය, ආර්ථික උපාය මාර්ගය, බදු ප‍්‍රතිපත්තිය ආදිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් ශ‍්‍රීලනිපයේ ප‍්‍රතිපත්තිය සැකසීම සඳහා මේ වන විටත් දෙපාර්ශ්වයේ නියෝජිතයන් කමිටුවක් පිහිටුවා ඇත.
ඊට පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්තී‍්‍රවරු කිහිප දෙනකු ද ඇතුළත්ව සිටී. ඒ අනුව සැකසෙන ප‍්‍රතිපත්ති මාලාව එජාපයට ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට නියමිතය. ඉන් පසුව එජාපය, ශ‍්‍රීලනිපයේ ප‍්‍රතිපත්ති අතර එකඟතාවකට පැමිණියහොත් ජනාධිපතිවරයාට ජාතික ආණ්ඩුවේ ප‍්‍රතිපත්ති වෙනුවෙන් මැදිහත් වීමේ හැකියාව ද වැඩි වන බව මේ පිරිසේ මතය වී ඇත.
ඒ කෙසේ නමුත් මේ ප‍්‍රතිපත්තිමය එකඟතාව ක‍්‍රියාත්මක වීමේ දී මේ වන විට ජනාධිපතිවරයා එජාප නායකයා හා සමඟ අත්සන් කර තිබෙන අවබෝධතා ගිවිසුම අවසන් වන තෙක් අගමැති ධුරය වෙනස් නොකරන බව ජනාධිපතිවරයා සහතික වී ඇත. එමෙන්ම මෙම එකඟතා තුළ මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මහතාට අගමැති ධුරය ලබා නොදෙන අතර ඔහුට ආණ්ඩුවට එකතු වන ලෙස ආරාධනා කිරීමටත්, කැබිනට් ඇමැති ධුරයක් පිරිනැමීමත් සිදු කෙරෙනු ඇත. එමෙන්ම දැනට මහින්ද පිල නියෝජනය කරන මන්ත‍්‍රීවරු කිහිප දෙනකුට ඇමැති ධුර හා ශ‍්‍රීලනිපයේ තනතුරු පිරිනැමීම ද සිදු වනු ඇත. එසේම ඉදිරි පළාත් පාලන මැතිවරණය මෙහෙයවීමේ නායකත්වය මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මහතාට ලබා දීම සිදු වන අතර එම ජයග‍්‍රහණයෙන් පසුව ඔහු දේශපාලනයෙන් විශ‍්‍රාම යාමට නියමිතය.
ඉන් පසුව එම පවුලේ අයකුට ශ‍්‍රීලනිපයේ ඉහළ තනතුරක් ලබා දීම ද සිදු කිරීමට ද මෙම සාකච්ඡා සිදු කරමින් පවතී. ඒ බොහෝ විට බැසිල් රාජපක්ෂ හෝ ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්ෂ හෝ විය හැකි බව ද එම තොරතුරු මූලාශ‍්‍ර සඳහන් කර සිටී. ශ‍්‍රීලනිපය දෙකඩ කිරීම සඳහා බැසිල් රාජපක්ෂ මහතා එජාපය සමඟ කුමන්ත‍්‍රණකාරී වැඩපිළිවෙළක යෙදී සිටින බවට පසුගිය කාලයේ චෝදනා එල්ල වී තිබිණි. කෙසේ නමුත් මෙම සාකච්ඡාවල දී ජනාධිපතිවරයා පවසා ඇත්තේ බැසිල් රාජපක්ෂ මහතා දක්ෂයකු බවය.
එමෙන්ම පසුගිය දා බැසිල් රාජපක්ෂ මහතා ද පවසා තිබුණේ මෛත‍්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මහතා සමඟ පෞද්ගලික කෝන්තරයක් නොමැති බවය. මේ අතර පසුගිය සතියේ දී මුදල් අක‍්‍රමිකතාවක් සම්බන්ධයෙන් චෝදනාවට ලක් වී අත්අඩංගුවට ගත් බැසිල් රාජපක්ෂ මහතාට අධිකරණයෙන් ඇප ලබා දීමට ශ‍්‍රීලනිපයේ ප‍්‍රබල ඇමැතිවරයකු මැදිහත්ව තිබූ බවට මාධ්‍ය වාර්තා කර තිබිණි.
එමෙන්ම ශ‍්‍රීලනිපයේ දෙපාර්ශ්වයේ සාකච්ඡා සාර්ථක කර ගැනීම සඳහා මූල්‍ය අපරාධ කොට්ඨාසය දූෂණ වංචා චෝදනාවලට ලක් වූවන් අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීම නිසා බාධාවක්ව ඇති බව මහින්දවාදී පිරිස පෙන්වා දී ඇත. මේ නිසා එම ආයතනය ජනාධිපතිවරයා අතට ගත යුතු බව අවධාරණය කර තිබේ.
නමුත් ජනාධිපතිවරයාගේ පාර්ශ්වය පෙන්වා දී ඇත්තේ එම ආයතනය ජනාධිපති අතට ගතහොත් රාජපක්ෂ පවුලේ සහ එම ආණ්ඩු සමයේ දූෂිතයන්ව ආරක්ෂා කිරීම සඳහා ජනාධිපතිවරයා කටයුතු කරන බවට චෝදනා එල්ල විය හැකි බවය. එම නිසා එය සිදු කළ නොහැකි බව ඔවුන් පවසා ඇත.
– සුභාෂ් ජයවර්ධන
