Lack of Sinhala Representation in the Resettlement Committee appointed for the North
Dear H.E the President,
We, the Global Sri Lankan Forum, refer to the recent formation of high level committee to work out a methodology to resettle the displaced Sinhala and Muslim people in the Northern province due to the LTTE Tamil terrorism. We understand that the committee is comprised of two Muslim Ministers and one Tamil Minister but not a fair representation for the Sinhala people who in fact faced more issues than any other group in the Northern province. The members to the High Level committee appointed by the parliament are Minister of Industry and Commerce Rishad Bathiudeen, Minister of Prison Reforms, Resettlement and Hindu Religious Affairs D.M. Swaminathan and Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government Faizer Mustafa.
The Global Sri Lankan Forum- GSLF- would like to draw your serious attention on the appointment of Minister of Industry and Commerce Rishad Bathiudeen to this sensitively important Committee. As Your Excellency is well aware of Mr. Bathiudeen is instrumental in resettling and creating Muslim colonies illegally all over the North and the East and had been accused for his alleged involvement in encroaching the Wilpatthuwa national reservation by force. Further, another member of the committee; Minister of Prison Reforms, Resettlement and Hindu Religious Affairs D.M. Swaminathan has unfairly ignored to provide much needed infrastructure, housing for the internally displaced Sinhala people in the North and the East and he has been allegedly acted in a biased manner and by providing undue favouritism to Tamils over the internally displaced Sinhala people.
The civil society groups and Sinhala people have no confidence and trust on this ethnically imbalanced so called High Committee which only represent the interests of two minority communities.
Sinhala people who lived in Northern Province were forced move to the South due to Tamil terrorism. According to the reliable sources it has been recorded that over 75,000 Sinhala people had been displaced in North due to LTTE Tamil Terrorism. Currently, only Sinhala settlement in Jaffna is Sinhala Ravaya Gama” in Nawakkuliya and even this Sinhala village has not been benefited from resettlement and reconciliation programmed implemented by your government to date.
This village is also under frequent threats and attacks by the Tamil extremist and pro-LTTE

In relation to these important issues, we, the Global Sri Lankan Forum would kindly request you to redress the following;
- Nominate two Sinhala Ministers who has good historical knowledge of Sinhala people who lived in the North and the East to this High Committee to resettle the internally displaced Sinhala People in the said two provinces,
- Direct the relevant government ministers and institutions to provide all necessary housing, education, medical and infrastructure facilities to all internally displaced Sinhala people living the North and the East (e.g. in Nawakkuliya – Jaffna, Killinochchi, Kokilllai , Bogahawatte, Keviliyamaduwa, Mangalagama, Eravur etc.,)

Ranjith, we the expatriat Sri Lankans with some patriotic local Sri Lankans are only playing the violin to the deaf elephants. I wonder GoSL will bother to waste their time on this burning issue as their priority is to mollycoddle the rasict Tamil and Muslims who are only adopting bash and steal Sinhalayas campaign. GoSL is blind or pretending to act to protect all Sri Lankans. Majority population is subjected to Tamil and Muslim harassment. Diyasena Kumarays is not born yet to protect the Majority Sinhalayas.

Thank you for bringing this grave discrimination against the sinhalese to the attention of the President, as he still has the power to ensure justice is done to the Sinhalese who were evicted from the Northern Province and now abandoned even by the JVP and JHU faction of Champika Ranawaka and Ratana thero.
This could be the result of the massive Central Bank bond issue profits going to undesirable parties, now being used to influence all and sundry. They say ‘Salli Deiyange Malli’ meaning, money is Gods younger brother.

ALL COMMITTEES HAVE BEEN HIGH LEVEL COMMITTEES, WITH TAMILS AND MUSLIMS. THAT IS WHY THEY ARE CALLED HIGH LEVEL. SWAMINATHAN, RISHAD, AND FAIZER HAVE ALWAYS WEIGHED HEAVILY TOWARDS THE TAMILS AND MUSLIMS. REST ASSURED THAT NO SINHALESE WILL EVER GET THEIR LANDS BACK.

The present Yahap people are led by UNP led by Ranil who was appointed because the ‘west wanted it so’ (Pres Sisirsena), and Yahap folk are therefore doing the bidding of outsiders.
It is the ‘divide & rule’ all over again.
INDIA will want to see to the welfare of Tamil Nadu first, not welfare of Lanka.
INDIA does not want to see INDIA neo-Colonised. Lanka is the sacrifial goat ?
This is what happens when Lanka gets divided by party politics and other divisive aspects.
Stand together and Lankans can win together. Fight the external enemy of CLIMATE CHANGE together. Get togther with all the other countries in the world to fight CLIMATE CHANGE !

Sinhala people lost their land in the North in two major waves:
1). When the Dutch brought in Indian Tamil coolies to work in the tobacco plantations.
2). With the formation of Tamil racist parties under the patronage of the likes of Ponnambalam, Anandasangaree et al who laid out the plan to ethnically cleanse the Northern Province in preparation for the Eelaam claim.
We need to somehow get rid of the ponnayas in charge of this country, take back our country and reinstate land entitlements of the Sinhala going back to the Dutch period.

Appointing Rishard and Mustafa in charge of resettlement is like putting a two foxes in charge of the chickens- but then we all know this – look at Wilpattu and Mannar! I just wonder if Saudi, Qatari money is in the pockets of those who appointed this committe as well! For Wilpattu, certainly some politicos were handsomely rewarded!

Bada udin and mustafa will settle all multiplying xxxx No Sinhalese will be allowed. Sinhalese deshapaluwan
will be licking the mussie backs for a few votes or a bit of cash. Sinhala modayas never learn. They keep voting
low life deshapaluwan who betray the trust at a drop of a hat.
Sri Lanka Multiplying Community aka mussies and quietly multiplying and multiplying and taking over area by
area. Ever so crafty mussies outnumbered Sinhalese and tamils in the east. This is pioneered by traitor ashrof.
Thank god traitor no more. Then another mussie comes forward and do a lot of damage and takes back seat.
The new terminator was bada udin traitor. The low life destroyed Wilpattu and now keeping a low profile. Soon another
mussie will come forward and do the destruction and disappear from the scene. That’s how these traitor low lives
destroy Sri Lanka.
Once the mussies settle down, they will get a breeding machine and start multiplying and multiplying. Why not?
They did it in old iran, afganisthan, pakesthan, bangladesh, maldives, malaysia and indonesia. Multiply and
multiply and outnumber! It works, they know. In Sri Lanka, you get FREE education, FREE medicine. Why not?
You can get most Sinhalese deshapaluwan to lick their backsides for a few votes. So win win situation for the
mussies. They have their own schools. Sinhalese aren’t allowed. They fill them up to the rafters and quietly
start to creep into Sinhalese schools and start outnumbering Sinhalese students. That’s how ever so crafty
mussies destroy the natives. If Sri Lanka don’t limit FREE education, FREE medicine for 2 children to a family
Sinhalese going to be outnumbered within 50 years by the fast multiplying xxxx.
All Sinhalese couples doing
jobs and struggle to bring up one chilld while mussies, mostly in businesses, wives stay at home and
multiply and multiply. So automatic birth control for the Sinhalese. Multiplication for the mussies. Things can only
get better for them since numbers are rapidly increasing meaning more mussie ministers, dep ministers,
mps, mayors etc. etc. More and more Sinhalese deshapaluwan licking their backsides for the mussie votes.
Win win situation for the mussies. For Sinhala modayas? They haven’t got a clue about
what’s happening.

We all hoped for ‘Yahapalanaya’. But someone told me not to be optimistic as the ‘palanaya’ we have got today is more of a ‘jarapalanaya’ and they may even resort to violating the constitution by not having elections within prescribed times and keep postponing just like what they did to local government elections.
