   Already one of them has taken offence. Hopefully this will force UNPers to think about their useless leader of 25 years.

   This will buy some Catholic votes ! That is all. But it will create more enemies form the west.
   However, if we trust “offering premiership ” story, looks like some of the evil associated with this act could be washed away. Yet, he could have done this in a better way than what he did.
   Mahinda’s behavior throughout this years of Ranil+Sira Samanala palanaya is commendable. He was very careful not to attack this man but the golden horse was full of hate throughout, until this act.

   I still believe in a Indian deal here. It is becoming clearer now.

   Thanks Randeniya. I am sure there is an Indian deal or India is worried.

   As you can see Sirisena sucked to India in his speech,

   India never trusted Ranil that is why India backed Mahinda in 2005 over Ranil.

   And Ranil gave Hambantota to Chinese and did not give Colombo or Trinco to India with the same urgency.

   So India is attacking Ranil personally and politically.

   Kudos to Sirisena for doing the right thing…

   Appointing MR was the best thing he has done so far. Ranil is a world-class traitor who worship the West and his Colonial masters. For the last 3 years he has nearly destroyed the country. Now it’s up to UNP party members to get rid of this all time loser.

   Disgusting. How can this traitor praise MR in front of the people now? Does he think people in Sri Lanka are idiots? This is third class politics. It is pathetic to see how JO “heroes” are sitting with this man on the same stage and enjoying this moment. MR made a grave mistake. He could have easily win the next general election with a big majority. He lost that opportunity.

   In politics there are no friends or enemies – only opportunists… This is true not only in SL but all over the world. Current politics in US is a prime example of political hypocrisy.

   MR is a master politician who knows what he is doing. Don’t worry, he will win the next election. The people are with him.
