Previous government have not used the loans for any development work – PM

Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa alleges that although his government took loans and carried out development activities, none of the loans obtained by the previous government have been used for development work.

The Prime Minister was addressing a rally in Nupe, Matara today in connection with a series of public meetings to confirm the victory of the candidates of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna contesting the forthcoming general election from the Matara District.
