Consultant Sabawa for Sri Lankan High Commissioner for India Requested the Maha Sangha to recite the ‘Rathana Sutta’

Uttareethara Sanga Consultant Sabawa for Sri Lankan High Commissioner for India has requested the Maha Sangha to recite the ‘Rathana Sutta’ in every temple in the country on Saturday 01st May with minimum participant for the benefit of the most affected Indian citizen, all the human in the world and finally Sri Lankan in the country in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Issuing a press release, the Uttareethara Sanga Consultant Sabawa, including Ven. Dr. Niyangoda Wijithasiri Anunayaka Thero says that not only our neighbor Country but the entire world is facing a severe crisis due to the epidemic. In such a backdrop, the ‘Rathana Sutta’ is being chanted at many temples in the island, wishing all the people of the world protection from the COVID-19.
