The monkeys and buffaloes have gone to Polonnaruwa, because the Waireepala Sorrysena mentioned as one of his election promises that he will rule Sri Lanka from Polonnaruwa! Have we all forgotten this? This is the reason for all monkeys and buffaloes have migrated there.

Those of the SLFP who joined the UNP have done an immense injustice to the voters of Sri Lanka. A Democracy needs an alternate party, at all times. Sri Lankan politics is at critical stage of its existence since Independence. If this mis mash continues the island nation will remain in a downward trajectory, that will take years to remedy.
