අභ්‍යන්තර පරීක්‍ෂණය

ආණ්ඩුව එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ මානව අයිතිවාසිකම් කොමිසම මාර්තුවේ දී ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට තිබූ වාර්තාව සැප්තැම්බර් දක්වා කල්දමා ගත්තේ අප්‍රියෙල් මාසයෙන් පසුව පැවැත්වීමට නියමිත මැතිවරණයේ දී ජනතාව ඉදිරියේ බොරු පම්පොරි කතාවක් කීමට ය. තම විදේශ ප්‍රතිපත්තියේ නිවැරදි බව නිසා මානව අයිතිවාසිකම් කොමිසම වාර්තාව ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම කල්දැමී යැයි කීම ආණ්ඩුවේ අවශ්‍යතාව විය. එහෙත් ආණ්ඩුව ජනතාවට නොකියන කරුණු ද වෙයි. නියෝජ්‍ය විදේශ ඇමති අජිත් පෙරේරා ඒ කරුණු සැඟවීමට අසාර්ථක උත්සාහයක් දරයි. විදේශ ඇමති මංගල සමරවීර බොහෝ විට විදේශගත ව සිටීම නිසා නියෝජ්‍ය ඇමතිට වැඩ වැඩි වී ඇත.
ආණ්ඩුව මානව අයිතිවාසිකම් කොමිසමට පොරොන්දු වී ඇත්තේ ඊනියා මානව අයිතිවාසිකම් කැඩීම් පිළිබඳ අභ්‍යන්තර පරීක්‍ෂණයක් පවත්වන බව ය. එය හුදු අභ්‍යන්තර පරීක්‍ෂණයක් නො වේ. එයට ඊනියා ජාත්‍යන්තරයේ සහාය ද ලබාගනු ඇත. දෙමළ ජාතික සංධානය තාවකාලික ව වුවත් ඊනියා අභ්‍යන්තර පරීක්‍ෂණයට කැමතිවන්නේ ඒ ජාත්‍යන්තර සාධකය හේතුවෙනි. මේ ජාත්‍යන්තර නියෝජිතයන් යනු බටහිර නියෝජිතයන් මිස වෙනත් අය නොවන බව පැහැදිලි ය. බටහිරයන් ජාත්‍යන්තරය යනුවෙන් හඳුන්වන්නේ තමන් ම ය. එසේ වුවත් විසුරුණු දෙමළ ජනයා ඒ කොන්දේසිය මත කරන ඊනියා අභ්‍යන්තර පරීක්‍ෂණයකටවත් කැමති නැත. ඔවුන්ට අවභ්‍ය පූර්ණ ජාත්‍යන්තර පරීක්‍ෂණයක් ය.
බටහිරයෝ් ද විසුරුණු දෙමළ ජනයාගේ ඉල්ලීම ඔවුන්ට අවශ්‍ය අන්දමට යොදා ගනිති. මේ ඊනියා අභ්‍යන්තර පරීක්‍ෂණය පරණගම කොමිසම සමග පටලවා ගත යුතු නො වේ. ආණ්ඩුවේ ඇතැම්හු තමන්ට සුපුරුදු ආකාරයට ඊනියා අභ්‍යන්තර පරීක්‍ෂණය පරණගම කොමිසම වෑනි එකක් යැයි කියති. එහෙත් ඒ සම්පුර්ණයෙන් ම ජනතාව නොමග යැවීමකි. පරණගම කොමිසම බලහත්කාරයෙන් අතුරුදහන් වූ අය ගැන සෙවීමට පත්කරන ලද්දකි. එය ඊනියා මානව අයිතිවාසිකම් කඩවීම් ගැන පරීක්‍ෂණ කිරීමට පත්කළ කොමිසමක් නො වේ.
පරණගම කොමිසම ඉදිරියට පැමිණ ඇති පෙත්සම්වලින් අතිවිශාල බහුතරය කොටි සංවිධානයට විරුද්ධව ඉදිරිපත් වී ඇත. පුද්ගලයන් අතුරුදහන් කෙරුණේ කොටි සංවිධානය විසිනි. පරණගම කොමිසමට විදේශීකයෝ පත් නො කෙරුණහ. විදේශිකයෝ හුදෙක් නීති උපදෙස් ගැනීම සඳහා පමණක් වූහ. එබැවින් අතුරුදහන් වුවන් ගැන සෙවීමට පත්කළ කොමිසම ඊනියා මානව අයිතිවාසිකම් ගැන පරීක්‍ෂණ කරන විනිශ්චය මණ්ඩලයකට සමාන කළ නො හැකි ය. අභ්‍යන්තර පරීක්‍ෂණයෙන් පසු විනිශ්චයක් ලැබෙනු ඇත. ඉන්පසු ඊනියා ජාත්‍යන්තර කොමිසමකට යෑම කාලය පිළිබඳ ප්‍රශ්නයක් පමණකි.
ආණ්ඩුව වාර්තාව ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම කල්දමා ගැනීමට දකුණු අප්‍රිකානු ක්‍රමයට සත්‍යය හා සංක්‍රමණීය යුක්තිය පසිඳලීම සඳහා විශේෂ කාර්ය සාධක මණ්ඩලයක් පිහිටුවීමට ද එකඟ වී ඇත. ජාතින් අතර සංහිඳියාව ඇතිකරන අප්‍රිකානු සත්‍ය කොමිසම් මගින් සිදු වී ඇත්තේ බහුතරය නොසලකා සුළුතරයට ආර්ථික ආධිපත්‍යයක් ලබා දීම ය. දෙමළ ජාතිවාදීන් ඉංගිරිසින්ගේ අනුග්‍රහයෙන් 1833 සිට ඉල්ලා ඇත්තේ මේ සුළුතර ආධිපත්‍ය ය.
මහින්ද රාජපක්‍ෂ මහතා දකුණු අප්‍රිකාවෙන් එවැනි සත්‍ය කොමිසමක් පිහිටුවීමට උපදෙස් දීමට පැමිණි රැම්පෝසා ගෙදර යැවූ බව සිහියේ තබා ගත යුතු ය. මහින්ද රාජපක්‍ෂ මහතාට එසේ කළ හැකි වූයේ පසුගිය ආණ්ඩුවේ බටහිර ගැති නොවන විදේශ ප්‍රතිපත්තිය හේතුකොට ගෙන ය. එහෙත් අද ඇත්තේ නොබැඳි විදේශ ප්‍රතිපත්තියක් යැයි කියමින් බටහිර ගැති විදේශ ප්‍රතිපත්තියක් අනුගමනය කරන ආණ්ඩුවකි. ආණ්ඩුව බටහිරයන්ගේ අවශ්‍යතාව පරිදි දෙමළ ජාතිවාදයට කප්පන් දෙයි.

Namaste: It is India (the Indian Empire) which is behind these UN stuff. Who is Pllai, Suka both Indian colonial parasites from South Africa. Indian colonial parasites and vermin are a very powerful force in SA. Who co sponsored the last resolution, it is Mauritius a theid Ste of India, We only look at the US which in fact manipulated by Indian vermin like Biswal They do worse things; US has branded Mau Mau organization of Kenya as a terrorists organization and Obama’s father if a Kenyan. We should be critical of Mauritius as much as the US or the West. Our last king was imprisoned in Mauritius. Jai Hind

During Mahinda time we had security and Peace around the country and people in all walks of life enjoyed very much the tranquility of this beautiful country of ours. Development were seeing everywhere from village to the cities. He and his Govt worked for the future of this land not for today or tomorrow only. Education and jobs got the priority in his Govt. Corruption and drugs were the only minus points he had out of so many plus points including foreign policy. He didn’t allow every Dick & Harry in the west or anywhere to poke their fingers in our affairs. He bluntly refused any Mother’s son who came to dictate us like a true Sinhalese. We were truly proud as Sinhalese what we have achieved during the short period under him after the war. When the whole world thought that Prabakaran cannot be defeated only one person had the courage and a vision to eliminate this Barbarian and to develop the nation.
Now the country is going backward as predicted. Ranil the traitor is allowing all banned groups, news papers, individuals and Govts who helped the LTTE terrorists to come back and visits and do things as they pleased same like during the war. We can see daily visits to the North and East by the very same people who came to help Ranil during LTTE terrorism. Roads are open, barricades were removed, lands were taken back from security Zones, allow LTTE sympathizers to print,distribute and protest against the Sinhala Govt. etc.
Yesterday the customs have arrested a Sri Lankan group for smuggling sophisticated telecommunication equipment at Katunayaka reminding the days we were at war with LTTE. Tamils and Muslims are preparing themselves to have their dreamland thru the very nose of the Sinhalese same like they did during thirty years of war. If you allow this dirty Harry Ranil to Govern then we will definitely face another war before long. We can smell it now itself by seeing all these western & Indian stooges of this Govt visiting North and East on daily basis.
Why our people cannot understand the danger of all these things happening today under the guise of Yahapalanaya. Why they believe a man who has lost 29 times and a man who has done more damage to the country than any of the leaders in the past. Are they blind not to see what’s going on in North and East? Can’t they understand the westerners & Indians interfering in our affairs? Are these Yahaplana guys not corrupt? Are they better than the previous with Ravi ( Sathosa Hora) Sajith ( Artifacts Hora) Rajitha ( Fish net Hora) Champaka ( Picture Hora) and many more? Come to your senses my dear people and think of your future. We need a Sinhala Buddhist Govt with educated sons and daughters who have the courage to stand up to evil foreign Govt’s who were trying to break our land in to pieces. Be a Nugegoda Man to save our Motherland.
