මහා මැතිවරණයේ රනිල්-මෛත්‍රී එක්ව සිදුකල ඡන්ද මගඩිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් තවත් තොරතුරු අනාවරණය කිරිමට අප දැන් සුදානම්. කුරුණෑගල ප්‍රකාශිත ඡන්ද පත්‍රිකා විශාල තොගයක් පාලු පොල් ඉඩමක තිබි සොයාගත්තද මැතිවරණ කොමසාරිස් හෝ වගකිවයුතු කිසිදු නිලධාරියෙකු ඒ සම්බන්ධයෙන් මේ දක්වා කටයුතු නොකල අතර සිද්ධිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් සියලු තොරතුරු අතුරුදහන් කිරිමටද කටයුතු යොදා තිබෙන බව අප වාර්තාකරුවන් අනාවරණය කළා.
පරාජයෙන් වියරූ වැටි සිටින එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂය මැතිවරණ් නිරික්ෂණ කණ්ඩායම් කිහිපයක් එක් කරගනිමින් මැතිවරණයේ ඡන්ද කොල්ලයකට සුදානම් වන බව LNW ඔත්තුකරුවන් අනාවරණය කර තිබුනා.
මේ අතර මහනුවර, කොළඹ, ගම්පහ සහ කෑගල්ල යන දිස්ත‍්‍රික්වල මැතිවරණ ප‍්‍රතිඵලයේ යම් අස්වාභාවික බවත් දක්නට ඇති බවත් එය අධ්‍යනය කරමින් සිටින බවත් කී ඔහු කලින් සූදානම් කරන ලද ආකාරයේ ප‍්‍රතිඵලයක් සමහර දිස්ත‍්‍රික්කවල ඡන්ද ප‍්‍රතිඵල තුළ දක්නට ඇති බව ජාතික නිදහස් පෙරමුණේ නායක විමල් වීරවංශ මහතාද සදහන් කළා.
මේ අතර ඉතා සියුම්ව මැතිවරණයේ ප්‍රථිපලය වෙනස් කිරිමට මැතිවරණ කොමසාරිස් මහින්ද දේශප්‍රිය කටයුතු කර ඇති බව තර්කයකින් තොරව දැන් අනාවරණය වි තිබේ.
ඒ සදහා ඔනෑ තරම් සාධක ඇති අතර අප ඉතා සරල සාධක කිහිපයක් ඔස්සේ ඔබට පැහැදිලි කිරිමට සුදානම් ….

පසුගිය ජනාධිපතිවරණයේදී හංසයා ලකුණින් තරග වැදුනු පොදු අපේක්ෂකයා ලබාගත් ඡන්ද සංඛ්‍යාව සහ මහා මැතිවරණයේදි අලියා ලබාගත් ඡන්ද සංඛ්‍යාව අතර වෙනස බලන්න > 105276-124225=18949
එම දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේම වලංගු ඡන්ද ප්‍රමාණයන්ගේ වෙනස දැන් සලකමු (ජනාධිපතිවරණය -මහා මැතිවරණය ) >281116-262988=18128
එම අගයන් දෙකෙහි එකතුව දැන් අපි සලකමු >18949+18128 =37077
එම අගය සහ ජනාධිපතිවරණයේදි සහ මහා මැතිවරණයේදි එක්සත් ජනතා නිදහස් සන්ධානය ලබාගත් ඡන්ද වෙනස දෙස බලන්න >172745-138136 =34609
ඒ අනුව පසුගිය ජනාධිපතිවරණයේදී හංසයා ලකුණින් තරග වැදුනු පොදු අපේක්ෂකයා ලබාගත් ඡන්ද සංඛ්‍යාව සහ මහා මැතිවරණයේදි අලියා ලබාගත් ඡන්ද සංඛ්‍යාව අතර වෙනස හා එම දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේම වලංගු ඡන්ද ප්‍රමාණයන්ගේ වෙනස එකතු කල විට එම අගය සහ ජනාධිපතිවරණයේදි සහ මහා මැතිවරණයේදි එක්සත් ජනතා නිදහස් සන්ධානය ලබාගත් ඡන්ද වෙනසට සමාන අගයක් වේ.
එම තත්ත්වය සැම දිස්ත්‍රික්කයකම ඉතාමත් හොදින් දකින්නට ලැබෙන තත්ත්වයකි.
සන්ධානෙට නොදා ගෙදර හිටියද? ඡන්ද මගඩියක්ද?
මෙහි ලකුණු කර ඇති ජනාධිපතිවරණයට සාපෙක්ෂව පාර්ලිමේන්තු මැතිවරනයේදී සන්ධානෙට නොවැටුනු ඡන්ද ගනන හා අඩුවූ ඡන්ද ගනන සසදා බලන්න. ඒවා අසාමාන්‍ය ලෙස සමානයි නේද? මෙය පැහැදිලි කරන්නේ කෙසේද? මෙසේ වුනේ ජනතාව සන්ධානෙට නොදා ගෙදර සිටි නිසාද? නැත්නම් මේ පිටුපස හොරයක් ඇත්ද?
සන්ධානෙට නොවැටුනු ගනන ආසන්නව සමානයි = අඩුවූ චන්ද ගනන + එජාපෙට වැඩිවූ ගනන

This is a very good analysis. Thank you for taking the time to do this. I am sure the voters have lost faith in this electoral democracy already.
Sri Lanka will never have a proper election result as long as this man Deshapriya holds the post of Elections Commissioner.
With the announcement of the poling results, we guessed that this is happening according to a pre-set Computer Programme. Probably the programme was managed from India or the US. They already had the list of who and a percentage against each, which was populated based on the actual number who polled.

The Mahinda Sandhanaya too should get the blame for allowing such fraud to take place – if it really happened. They should have had mechanisms in place to monitor the vote counting process every step of the way till the final announcements were made. They had many pandits proficient in computer wizardry. The effort that was put organising mammoth rallies now look in vain in the way Maru Sira finally hijacked all Mahinda’s gains unlawfully. Now it looks too late to cry over spilt milk!

There was NO BIG fraud. I told you so. I was in SL for 2 weeks during election time. SOME MR supporters were RELUCTANT to go to polling station and vote. That is why I coordinated with people to transport them. I asked ALL of you to do same. SOME incentive (at least free transport in a AC van) was needed for some voters.
UNP was very good at this. We should have copied them.
We did that in H’tota and Gampaha. If there were many others to do same, the REDUCTION in MR votes could have been avoided.
The other reason is the QUALITY of candidates. MR was relatively TOP QUALITY so many voters voted for him. But at parliamentary election, all junk contest in other districts. Voters were reluctant.
NIMAL LANZA came second highest in Gampaha district UPFA!!
No point regretting now.

The simplest way to verify if the rejects are real or only ballot papers of UPFA is to go through them carefully and see the reason for rejection. They can take a sample and check.
In the future the Election Department must print the ballot papers either on security paper or paper with a water mark to prevent the issues of fraudulent ballot papers which were found in large numbers in a UNP office.
