‘Ekneligoda not abducted for being a journalist’, CID believes

The Colombo Telegraph has reported that the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), which is investigating the abduction of Prageeth Ekneligoda, believes that the reason for the abduction was something other than the fact of his being a journalist. The CID also believes that Ekneligoda’s practice of mailing human ash to Mahinda Rajapaksa was part of a well orchestrated project that was handsomely funded” to drive fear into the former president.
Moreover, one of the military personnel grilled by the CID has alleged that Ekneligoda was involved in human smuggling and forging documents. Sandhya Ekneligoda, wife of Prageeth, has meanwhile accused a friend of a Foreign Affairs Minister Mangala Samaraweera and the editor of The Colombo Telegraph Uvindu Kurukulasuriya of attempting to derail the investigation into Prageeth’s abduction as per orders given by former president Rajapaksa. In addition, four army personnel have confirmed to the CID that he was in their custody at the army camp in Giritale.

So, Eknaligoda has been right fully given the REAL death sentence to protect our motherland in 2010.
So , Champika Ranawaka was the unofficial Minister of Defence that time ordered the killing that took place and he did that to kill tow birds in one stone !

But this comes from Colombo telegraph – an UNTRUSTWORHTY source trying to implicate MR instead of a minister in the YAAPA(LA)NAYA govt.

Dear Readers
Please be aware I am being Moderated for past 10 months (since November) for the wrong assumption that my comments reduce votes for Mahinda Rajapakse and NO OTHER PURPOSE as I could think. I was released for a short while after Presidential Election debacle.
Therefor my comments ( readers not having to see in full) might give wrong impression. They are to be read carefully to acquire the hidden meaning, humour and sarcasm which is a way of my writing.
I am not a person who harms even an Ant, I have compassion to even mosquitos even when they bite, when I am in mindful mode which is 90% of time I am awake.
My only purpose of writing is share of knowledge, getting rid of ignorance lot of people suffering from. My judgement could also be completely wrong, as I believe I am not enlightened yet. I hope you forgive me for that. However I am committed to the path wholeheartedly I might leave this forum forever , when I feel fit, without any warning. I am sure most of you will never miss me, might even be happy.
