No one doubts that the Russians or the Chinese had any hand in this Vile Scheme.

However, USA has lost in almost all their meddling in Asia and in the Middle East. The latest being with North Korea.
With the possibility of a joint exercise of cooperation of One Belt – On Road project, between China & Russia, the possible political control of Sri Lanka, is on the cards.
This is the New Silk Route, which will connect China with Asia-Europe-Africa and beyond.
USA should not under-estimate the Democratic senses of India or Sri Lanka.
The Easter Sunday Massacre might lead to more Dirt unearthed from the on-going investigations.
Latest threats from ISIS on creating terror in Europe may be a message to white-wash who was behind the Terror in Sri Lanka.

The dead locals are Sinhalese Christians and Muslims both religions Hinduthwa wants out of India and its neighbors.
India knew the locations and even the names of the bombers and they had a local group in South India of the same names.
