This is because the most exploited people are living in the US. They are exploited to the hilt by the neo-liberals for their profits and brainwash them to believe that they are the greatest nation on earth. They are happy to die for the American Establishment while living off cardboard boxes. They are happy participants in all the dirty work the USA is doing all over the world while enriching the Military-Industrial Complex.
As Ananda says they Live FAST, die YOUNG and the families are happy to have a GOOD LOOKING CORPSE for a celebrated Church Burial!
