N. U. Jayawardena Charitable Trust donates electric motorcycles to St. Benedict’s College

The N. U. Jayawardena Charitable Trust

The N. U. Jayawardena Charitable Trust donated two electric motorcycles to St. Benedict’s College, Colombo 13, to be used in the Technical Education Division of the school. These motorcycles were imported by the MMBL-pathfinder Group for a pilot project and are being donated after the completion of the initiative. Deshamanya N. U. Jayawardena, was the first Sri Lankan Governor of the Central Bank, a senator, and a leading financier.

Mr. Dharmin Perera, Son-in Law of Deshamanya  N. U. Jayawardena, handed over the electric motorcycles to Rev. Bro. Niran Perera, Deputy Director of St. Benedict’s College, Colombo 13, on behalf of the N. U. Jayawardena Charitable Trust.

Mr. K. Balasundaram – Group Director/CEO, MMBL-Pathfinder Group, Mr. Nandana Dewage – Director Operations, Mr. K. D. Liyanage – Director Legal & Secretarial,  Mr. A. A. Jawad – Director, Pathfinder Foundation and students were present at this occasion.
