Two things info need to be addressed-;

1: Education should be targeted toward Employment Opportunities in Sri Lanka and Overseas

2: English should be given Top Priority!

Get the Sri Lanka Diplomats to Research Employment Opportunities based on Sri Lankan talent available.

Sri Lanka has sent out thousands of low-paid Domestic Workers and Hotel Restaurant Workers.

The need for thousands of Medical Health Sector where the monthly salary of a Registered Nurse (RN) in the UK-USA-EU is around USD 3500-5000/month depending on the Special Qualification & Experience.

The IT sector has always been an English education mainly dominated by Indian IT personnel and sees no reason why Sri Lanka could enter into where the salaries could be USD 4000 .- 8000/ month.

The Indians have reached the Top of the Ladder in the UK & in the USA.  Quite a difference from USD140/month.
