It was not only in the recent war theatre that the British Government and British authorities opposed Sri Lanka and made every effort to undermine the legitimate aspirations of Sri Lankan masses.  When the people’s resurgence took place in the 1950s, shattering Britain’s hidden objectives of remote controlling Sri Lankan affairs through their proxies differing only in the colour of skin, Britain had been hostile to Sri Lanka whenever it became possible.  Britain made desperate attempts to save the terrorist leadership even against the wishes of the Tamil masses.   Rajan Hoole and K. Sritharan of the award-winning University Teachers for Human Rights (Jaffna) reported recently that Sri Lankan Tamils are wary of any peace talks that will give oxygen to the LTTE.

We have even experienced the agony of some British High Commissioners trespass their diplomatic privileges and behaving with the colonial mindset.  Dominic Chilcot was one such arrogant and despicable individual who violated all diplomatic norms who behaved crudely like a warlord during his assignment in Sri Lanka.  He even visited newspaper editors to instruct them what to write and what not to write. 

This arrogant High Commissioner indulged in many controversial issues and the Dudley Senanayake memorial lecture delivered by him on 10^th December 2007 was a highly despicable pronouncement which even deserved his immediate deportation. 

Totally digressing from the topic he was supposed to speak, he made the occasion a platform to introduce neo-colonialist concepts and pass on horrendous commandments to Sri Lanka.  This malevolent nitwit was the rogue who introduced the concept of what is called the “R2P” the right to protect or right to interfere in Sri Lanka, saying that “South Asian affairs have become very much a part of British political life and Britain has a direct interest in the conflict here and in the establishment of a fair and lasting peace”.  This nitwit ridiculed the concept of absolute sovereignty of nations, and also declared that political aspiration for Eelam was not illegitimate.

It was this dunderhead’s despicable speech that gave a life line to the NGO vultures, political traitors, and media dogs  to invite all sorts of good for nothing malingerer scoundrels to storm our nation one after the other in the pretext of attending various inapt memorial and community functions and emphasize the right of the international community to intervene in our internal affairs, criticize the mode of governance, raise a cry of alleged human rights violations, abductions, extortions, killings etc, and demand restrictions to development assistance and even justifiable loans, until such time that Sri Lanka conceded to their demands. 

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, who inaptly thinking himself that Sri Lanka is yet a British colony, made several neurotic and compulsive telephone calls to His Excllency the President demanding to halt the military operation for two weeks and even insisted on sending a special envoy to report to him on the status of military operations in the North.  If it was not for our steely willed President and his forthright response that war will be over within two weeks this ruffian and penny-wise pound foolish Scottish Suddha would have achieved his vicious objectives as he wished.

  It was however, amazing to find this ruffian the other day in an absolute display of duplicitous policy on terrorism calling the frontier between Afghanistan and Pakistan ‘a source of a chain of terror’, a crucible of terror, reaching as far as the streets of Britain. He therefore wanted Afghanistan and Pakistan tackled together with might and main. It is also equally amazing to find this ruffian being blind to tiger terrorist hooliganism and vandalism prevalent not only in the streets of Britain but also in the British Parliamentary Square, the seat of so-called democracy, which these terrorists have named as “Tiger Square”, bullying the Sri Lankan President to halt military operations and give a respite to the terrorist leadership, in complete contrast to policies he advocates for Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The ignominious iters as “Sillyband”) was the last futile attempt made by the British imperialists to provide a life line to the terrorist leadership and reverse the marvellous gains made by the Sri Lankan gallant forces in the Northern front, with enormous sacrifices, which was a sheer humiliation to the so-called powerful armies of U.S and Britain getting mercilessly slaughtered daily in Iraq and Afghanistan.  This Psychopath who had even attempted to belittle and deride the political hierarchy of India, found the real match in our outspoken heroic Defense Secretary Mr Gotabhaya Rajapkse who bluntly told him that people in this country approve of what the President is doing and a leader must listen to people in his own country and not to the foreign minister of the UK. Rejecting his call for a ceasefire and access for what they call ‘aid workers’ to the civilian zone, Mr. Rajapakse vowed that the government would not stop its war on terror until the LTTE was crushed and its leader Velupillai Prabhakaran captured, dead or alive. He was ultimately forced to depart our shores pratfallen and mission unaccomplished. 

  Demonstrating his sordid character, upon return to his home-grounds, this Sillyband made a statement in the House of Commons on belittling the Governmen’s relief efforts, disputing the figures relating to rescued and entrapped persons, and blamed the government for not permitting their designated stooges to enter/visit the camps. However, the multi-party British Parliamentary delegation who visited Sri Lanka on the invitation of H.E. the President, after visiting the camps in Vavuniya negated his allegations. 

  Having defeated the ruthless terrorist gang militarily and having opened a new chapter in the history of the world and having even taught a lesson to the powerful countries of the world on how to defeat terrorism, we should not remain complacent about the laurels of our achievement. We must be mindful that the horrendous unpatriotic (the minority) elements in Sri Lanka and the remnants of tiger terrorists in the West and Tamil Nadu in collaboration with the haughty western nations who are unhappy about our success would make every attempt to create dissent and discord in Sri Lanka and design the landscape for the terrorists to raise their ugly heads once again in different and unexpected forms as happened in many counties in the world. These vicious elements could raise their ugly heads in the form of neo-terrorism, economic subjugation, trade restrictions, cultural enslavement, religious aversion, or communal disharmony.  

 In the meantime, individually and collectively we must make every endeavour to confront these anti-Sri Lankan elements and either win them over or defeat them through every possible means, which among other things may include:

- Sri Lankan government should adopt a firm non vacillating foreign policy upholding righteous causes similar to the foreign policy adopted by the late Prime Minister Mr. S.W.R.D.Bandaranaike prior to the advent of the Non-Aligned Movement. Sri Lanka may even give leadership to such a multi-polar foreign policy;

- The Embassies/High Commissions should cease to be springboards for providing educational and employment opportunities for the children and relations of the Embassy officials. The Embassy officials should operate round the clock to counter anti Sri Lankan vicious propaganda and promote and propagate about true facts on Sri Lanka and the Embassies should become vehicles of building bridges between the respective countries and Sri Lanka. They should coordinate their activities with the Sri Lankan community resident in the respective countries and encourage and induce these personnel to act as Sri Lankan emissaries in their respective fields;

- Sri Lankans resident in foreign countries should form non racist, non exclusive organisations to promote all aspects of life in Sri Lanka and these groups should regularly meet legislators, powerful government officials, community leaders, industrialists, religious dignitaries and other important personalities to enlighten them about the true facts of life in Sri Lanka, to counter vicious propaganda against Sri Lanka, to promote tourism and trade, and to enlighten them on facilities, resources and opportunities available in Sri Lanka. They should also organise periodical cultural events, trade fares, tourist promotion and social gathering events in collaboration with Embassies/High Commissions in the respective countries enabling important personalities of the respective countries to attend and also encourage them to visit Sri Lanka and spend their holidays in our paradise island.

- Many foreign based terrorist Tamil commentators have boasted that their struggle would not cease with the decimation of the military arm and it woud now take a new vibrant form to pressurise the western countries and deny Sri Lanka any form of assistance and brand it as an outlaw nation. All patriotic Sri Lankans resident in foreign countries should continuously be vigilant of these intrigues, misrepresentation and distortion of facts and effectively counter such moves and expose the criminal elements and their vicious motives.

- Wherever we are we must get rid of our enslaved mindset of considering western products, western culture superior, such as the silly concepts of suddha wage, suddha hadapuwa, and make every efforts to live as Sri Lankans, appreciate values of Sri Lankan life, buy Sri Lankan products and in the alternative to buy only products of our friendly nations, thereby imposing a boycott on western products.

 As His Excellency the President, while granting appointments to nearly 1,000 Graduate Teachers, emphasised recently that we should drop the words “NO”and “CAN’T” from our vocabulary, the foregoing suggestions are some of the points we can certainly accomplish if we unitedly and determinedly take action similar to the glorious feat our gallant forces achieved under enormous hardships and with unprecedented sacrifices. Let us show our gratitude to the nation by working hard in whatever way possible to rebuild our shattered nation and make it once again a mighty nation in the East.

In our two and half years of solid, unwavering and firm liberation war against thirty years of brutal terrorism, against the worst and ruthless terrorists of the world, so branded as the hyprocratic and double-tongued world’s  bandit nation, we were forced to fight not only in the war theatres of the Eastern and Western Provinces but also against the dollar-slavery vultures of media dogs, federalists, devolution-mongers sponsored and fattened by rogue NGOs, and against the deadliest and the combination of the most powerful western world (the neo-colonial bandits) who, in distinct contrast to their self-motivated scheme of “war against terror” remained no stone unturned to impose unfavourable ceasefires, settlements beneficial to terrorists, halt military operations whenever our gallant forces gain grounds in order to reverse such admirable gains, and overall to keep our country embroiled in a war until such a time they find ways and means convenient to create a rogue nation called Eelam to please the new-found vote banks in their respective countries and forcibly implant such a vicious entity on our precious soil, as they did in Palestine, Timor and Serbia.

 While we should be ever thankful and obliged to all and every nation that helped us militarily to withstand the horrific fire power and the military might of the terrorist enemy acquired through funds flowed unrestrictedly from western nations (despite the nominal imprint by them on the outfit as a terrorist organization) channeled by bandit elements in the Tamil Diaspora and rogue nations such as Norway, nations that helped us to overcome financial constraints and proceed with development, social, educational, health and poverty alleviation programmes, nations that stood by us in regional and international fora audaciously and daringly countering the arguments and proposals of the western bandits and their shameless and boorish cohorts and feelers, we must collectively and individually make all and sundry efforts to demonstrate our solidarity, hatred, and resentment against the western bandit nations, their interests, and their vicious and mean objectives, whenever, wherever, and whichever way possible, keeping in mind that that if we have the willpower and determination we can achieve anything.

 This hatred, condemnation, protests and resentment should not however, be directed against individual personalities of such nations as there were many persons possessing dignified and noble qualities, including some parliamentarians who expressed their genuine support for the Sri Lanka’s righteous cause in Parliamentary debates and through various other avenues including media channels other than the biased notorious media manipulators such as Clinton News Network (CNN), Biased Broacasting Culprits (BBC), Al Jazeera, Times on Line, Channel 4 and their ilk. The daring and enlightening accounts carried by the guardians of true journalism such as Washington Times, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, Jane’s Defense Weekly, the National Post, Al Ahram, the Hindu and some other print and electronic media writers such as Michael Roberts, Kath Noble to name a few, need appreciation and commendation by all Sri Lankans and by those who despise all manifestations of terrorism.

 Among the rogue and bandit nations that assisted, promoted and arrogantly stood in defense and solidarity with the terrorist outfit in all its forms and spitefully and explicitly worked and laboured against Sri Lanka’s effort to eradicate terrorism the British imperialists take the leading position.

 Despite the fact that the problem originated as an outcome of their own discriminatory misrule during their colonial occupation of this nation under which they accorded undue and excessive privileges to a hand-picked, proselytized, anglicised elite Tamil clan systematically and scientifically trained to despise, denounce, deny and suppress the birthrights of the indigenous Sinhala majority population and other minorities, the British government and their ruling class continuously stood in solidarity with the terrorists as if to help continuation of their vicious and ignominious divide and rule colonial policy.

 Athough President Jayawardene senselessly and totally backed former British Prime Minister Mrs. Margaret Thatcher’s imperialist, aggressive and gun boat policies in the international arena, the British government failed to help even in the least possible manner to combat tiger terrorism which was only in its nascent form at that time.

 The terrorist fugitive Anton Balasingham, the rascal who among other crimes was responsible for brutally murdering 700 surrendered policemen in violation of all UN human right conventions, was provided a special status by the British government, as if he was more important to the British government than the Sri Lanka’s High Commissioner to U.K, and this terrorist culprit was allowed to coordinate terrorist activities all over Europe and operate from his registered office in London even after the so-called proscription was made, until he died a natural death. He acted as a viceroy with complete immunity from British authorities and even Temples and religious places of Tamils in U.K were forced to function under the jackboot of this terrorist. It was reported that from Armulmihu Hindu temple in Tooting in South London alone the terrorists raised nearly £500,000 each year.

 The wife of this criminal, a wellknown terrorist reputed for forcing innocent poor Tamil girls to embrace the terrorist culture, training them in arms handling and combat operations, and guarlanding them with cyanide phials necklaces, who had written the notorious terrorist book “The Will to Freedom – An Inside View of Tamil Resistace”, and who is believed to be instrumental in organizing anti Sri Lankan protests and marches in London and other British towns is living with total immunity and clandestine support from the British government in her ₤500,000 four bedroomed luxury residence at Malden, Surray. All patriotic Sri Lankans in U.K in collaboration with other peace loving masses should organize incessant protest marches in London and other cities demanding British authorities to deport this terrorist to Sri Lanka as it has already been requested by the Sri Lankan government.

 Despite the nominal proscription of LTTE as a terrorist organization newspaper reports claimed that LTTE cadres received ‘police’ training in the UK after the ignominious sell-out agreement (CFA) between Ranil Wickremasinghe and the terrorist leader signed in 2002.

 The economic refugees who settled down in Britain under the false pretext of discrimination in Sri Lanka, amounting to about 150,000 have become a powerful and significant vote-block in several electorates in Britain. On 21 September, 2006, on the UN Peace Day, thugs of these economic refugees organized protests in the 32 boroughs in the greater London Area paralyzing services on that day.

 Similarly in the latter part of April, LTTE flag-bearing terrorist elements took to the streets of Westminster causing awful chaos by starting an illegal and unofficial demonstration calling for an immediate ceasefire in Sri Lanka. These Tiger terrorists in Britain blocked the British Parliament Square for several weeks, renaming it abominably as “Tiger Square” causing havoc to ordinary life, beating drums and shouting war slogans claiming the terrorist dacoit Prabhakaran as their leader and Eelam as their nation. It was reported that young British Tamil children were taken out of their schools and were forcibly used as human shields in the “Tiger Square” costing the British Taxpayer in the region of £300,000 a day to police especially when riot police and helicopters had to be deployed.

Although under section 12 (3) and Section 2 and 6 of UK’s anti-terrorist law which respectively bans support for a proscribed organization by way of speeches and/or providing material support by way of fund raising, several front organisations of the LTTE are operating in Britain without any constraints from the British authorities. The wellknown tiger terrorist in Britain , who is a cousin of slain terrorist leader’s wife Madhivadini is operating from LTTE HQ, Eelam House, 202 Long Lane, London SE1 directing the activities of the British Tamil Forum. The LTTE website www.eelam.com is registered in the name of this terrorist. Similaly there are many terrorist websites operated from various locations in Britain and terrorist publications printed and published in London. Tamil Youth Front (TYO) is another terrorist front organisation headed by a terrorist . British Tamil Association (BTA), International Tamil Rehabilitation Organization (ITRO), Tamil Centrre for Human Rights (TCHR), Tamil Rehabilitation Organisation (TRO) renamed as White Pigeon, and Tamil Women’s Association are some of the other front organisation of the terrorist outfit operating in Britian without any hindrance from British authorities.

It was terrorists affiliated to these organisations who were mainly responsible for recent pro-LTTE violence and mayhem in London and other British cities under which they attacked and caused damage to the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, Indian High Commission in London, Sri Lankan High Commission in London, beheaded the statue of the late Indian Prime Minister Shri Jawaharlal Nehru, and attacked and caused damage to several restaurants and fast food outlets owned by non-Tamil Sri Lankans.

With a dramatical increase in Sri Lankan Tamils resident in South Shields (Milliband’s constituemcy), Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Kingston, Merton, Richmond and Sutton etc., covering several British electorates many British MPs have become amenable to terrorist demands even against their consciousness. Blindly believing in terrorist propaganda and lies these MPs have become a powerful force in the British and the European Parliaments voicing terrorist views and anti-Sri Lankan opinion. They include, David Milliband, Kieth Vass, Robert Evans, Simon Hughes, Barry Gardiner, Jeromy Corbyn, David Burrows, Susan Kramer, Siobhan McDonagh, Joan Ryan, Edward Davy, Stephen Timm, and Andy Love. These myopic legislators believe that Sri Lanka is yet a British colony and attempt to impose their diktats on our country.

The last phase (Phase 5) of the Indian General Election for 543 Lokh Sabha seats will be held today (May 13^th) and among the 9 States that go for poll for election of 86 members include the State of Tamil Nadu which will be electing 40 members including one member from Pondichchery.  Election in this State becomes significant for Sri Lanka as many LTTE proxies and Tamil Racists are vying for election in this State assisted and supported by TamilNadu Jokers heading Racist Political Outfits.  These Racists of all hues have taken the Sri Lankan issue as one of the main planks in their electioneering, outbidding each other in the intensity of their pseudo-adoration and faked-sympathy for Sri Lankan Tamils. Their rivalry however, bode well for Sri Lanka as the outcome could result in the seats split into three contending groups not as in the last Lokh Sabha in which Racist Karunanidhi and his allies had a commanding majority to threaten Prime Minister Man Mohan Singh’s Government. 

TamilNadu, India’s utterly racist State boils with Sri Lankan phobia from October last year following some doctored videos showing gory scenes of a “Genocide Drama” were passed on to certain selected proxies of the LTTE such as Vaiko, Ramdoss, Nedumaran, Thol Thirumavalan, T.Pandiyan, Bharatiraja, Sathyaraj, Seeman etc., by the LTTE terrorists and the terrorist Diaspora in a desperate bid to stop the march of the Sri Lankan forces beyond Vavuniya District and keep Kilinochchi and Mullaitivu Districts as a safe haven for the terrorist outfit.

Gory scenes of these videos were splashed in terrorist Websites and Racist TV Channels and even had been delivered to Indian leaders and Government officials as it had been shown to Mr. Basil Rajapakse when he made an official visit to India at that time.  These videos in fact were highly professional products and the gory scenes shown through them were capable of making anyone’s heart weep and fume in anger. 

The Racist Karunanidhi, who is a residual of the TamilNadu Separate State Movement launched by E.V.Ramasamy Nayakkar (Periyar), together with other racists who laments that “Tamilan Illatha Naadillai, Anaal Tamilanukkenru Oru Naadu Illai” meaning that “There is no country without Tamils but there is No Country for the Tamils” and are in the payroll of terrorists and dream that terrorist leader Prabhakaran will provide them the “Country” they eagerly aspire for in Sri Lanka organised mass protests against the so-called “Genocide” depicted by the videos attempting to force the Indian Government to intervene immediately and compel Sri Lanka to stop the Northern Operation. 

Karunanidhi called for an All Party Conference and in which it was decided to give the Indian Government a deadline on October 29^th or before to stop the Sri Lankan military operation failing which they threatened that all the 39 members will submit their resignation forcing the government to become a minority government.  The main opposition party in the TamilNadu State Assembly, Jayalalitha’s AIDMK and some other fringe racist parties did not attend the All Party Conference and organised protests and agitations separately.  Jayalalitha even blamed Karunanidi and his cohorts for attempting to save the terrorists in the guise of sympathising for the Tamils. 15 Members from TamilNadu handed over their resignation as a token of gesture to Karunanidhi. Many misguided racists staged acts of self-immolation.

Jubilant over the successful outcry created by the Gory Videos, the terrorist leader in an e-mail interview with an Indian media outfit, showered praise on Tamil Nadu leaders for taking up the ethnic issue in Sri Lanka and said the support ‘will definitely give them more strength.  He claimed that President Rajapakse was only day dreaming of capturing their capital Kilinochchi.  ‘

When Indian Government sent its missions to Sri Lanka at the behest of the TamilNadu politicians the treacherous opposition which hopes to topple the government by any means regardless of what calamity may befall the country wanted President Rajapakse not to antagonise the Indians and seek an amicable solution.  

The pro-terrorist and terrorist proxy writers who call themselves as political analysts also toed with the treacherous stance taken by the UNP and the notorious terrorist proxy Jehan Perera writing to Daily Mirror on 21.10.08 said it is incumbent upon the Sri Lankan government to take Indian concerns into account or risk unpredictable consequences. In the global village of modern times, it has not been possible for Sri Lanka to conduct its affairs as if it were an island all to itself, he added.

Unlike J.R.Jayawardene who shamelessly succumbed to Indian pressure in 1987, President Mahinda Rajapakse, was firm, bold and emphatically informed the Indian Government that Sri Lanka is not ready to stop Wanni operations or to implement a ceasefire as demanded by the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and pro-LTTE politicians. That gave a clear and strong message to the Indians and after that there was no pressure from India for a ceasefire although agitations against Sri Lanka organised by terrorist proxies and Tamil racists have become a common feature in major cities and towns in Tamil Nadu despite the sway of the terrorist outfit has shrank to around 2 sq.km in Sri Lanka.  

In today’s election the electorates face a multi-pronged contest, in which Congress Party is aligned with DMK and fringe terrorist proxies and racist outfits such as DPI led by Thol Thirumavalavan.  DMK is contesting 21 seats, Congress 16, DPI 2 and IUML one.

DMK’s former ally, terrorist proxy Ramdoss’PMK, Vaiko’s MDMK, CPI(M) and CPI are in an alliance with Jayalalitha’s AIDMK, The LTTE too has expressed support for this alliance ignoring Karunaidhi.  The AIDMK election manifesto has called for “an immediate cessation of war in Sri Lanka” and demanded “an immediate stop to the genocide against the civilian Tamil population”. The Tamils, it said, should be accorded equal status with the Sinhala majority, with the devolution of administrative power to the Tamil-dominated provinces of Sri Lanka. The Manifesto further states “if these moves fail, then the AIADMK will press for a separate State of Eelam to ensure that the Tamils on the island live a life of dignity,”   

Meanwhile, the BJP is contesting separately only in 12 electorates in the TamilNadu State.  Other than these parties and alliances, another Tamil racist party Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam (DMDK) of filmstar Vijayakant has fielded candidates for all the 39 electorates in TamilNadu and for the Pondichchery constituency, 

Some of the Indian Political Analysts have reported that although Sri Lankan Tamil Problem is one of the issues in the TamilNadu election it is not a major issue such as consequent power cuts, and some other administrative bunglings.  

Election of members on the basis of “first-past the post”helped Karunanidhi’s alliance to win all the 40 seats in the last election.  However, with new alignments and Karunanidhi’s former constituents such as PMK, CPI(M) and CPI joining the Jayalalitha’s alliance the 40 seats will certainly get divided among different groups in today’s election diminishing the threat that could emerge from TamilNadu in directing foreign policy matters of the future Indian Government, which of course is a welcome sign for us in Sri Lanka.
